Chapter 1611: Chapter 1612: You Can Even Forget Something Like That?

"No." He slightly parted his thin lips, his deep voice was exceptionally magnetic and pleasant.

Qin Feimo didn’t know how to ease the restlessness in his body, so he simply asked, "Can’t sleep?"

She paused for a moment; she had actually fallen asleep, but was startled awake again when she sensed him moving.

Since she got pregnant, she slept a lot more, usually deep in sleep by nine or ten every night.

"Let’s chat for a while."

The low voice came from above her head. She was taken aback; was he really wanting to chat in the middle of the night?

"Hmm."

She responded softly, not knowing what to talk about, just waiting for him to find a topic.

But after waiting for quite a while, Qin Feimo still hadn’t spoken, as if waiting for her to start talking first.

"You don’t have anything to say to me?"

She was slightly stunned, still nestling in his arms, not daring to move around.

"I... I don’t know what to say either."

"Then tell me, when did you start liking me?" He couldn’t find a topic and, somehow, suddenly blurted out this sentence. 𝗳𝚛𝚎𝚎𝘄𝕖𝕓𝕟𝕠𝚟𝚎𝕝.𝗰𝕠𝐦

Feng Jinglei finally couldn’t help but look up, gazing at his exquisitely handsome jaw.

She really didn’t know if he was confident or just narcissistic.

"I... forgot." Of course, she wouldn’t say she’d liked him for a long time; that would make her seem too hopeless.

Qin Feimo frowned and suddenly lowered his head to look at her round head, "Can you forget something like that?"

"Hmm." She nodded, but it wasn’t true.

Qin Feimo had no choice and seemed to notice she didn’t really want to talk, so he didn’t continue the topic.

"Regarding the wedding, if you have any opinions or thoughts, feel free to share." He changed the topic, still unsure of what to talk about.

Feng Jinglei was very casual about the wedding, as long as everything was arranged by him and grandma, it was fine.

"I don’t have any ideas or opinions; it’s okay for you and grandma to arrange everything."

Qin Feimo knew she had always been like this, so he wasn’t very surprised.

After about half a minute of silence, he suddenly spoke, "Where do you want to go?"

The phrase came out of nowhere, leaving Feng Jinglei bewildered, "What?"

"For the honeymoon, where do you want to go?"

She instantly looked up, staring at his expressionless face.

And he seemed to sense her movement, slightly lowering his gaze to meet her eyes.

"Honeymoon?" she asked in a daze.

"Don’t want to go?" he countered.

She snapped back to reality, "No."

It wasn’t about not wanting to go; it was unexpected that he would take her on a honeymoon.

"Then tell me, where do you want to go."

So, the reason he postponed all things at the company for three months was because he was planning to take her on a honeymoon?

She never thought the child would have such an impact on him; someone who never intended to marry her, because of this child, not only married her but also planned to take her on a honeymoon like other newlyweds.

Although all of this was because of the child, at this moment, she felt sweetness and happiness because he totally could have chosen not to do this, but he did.

"Anywhere is fine with me."

"Name a place you want to go."

This honeymoon was prepared for her, and he didn’t want to compromise and go to a place she didn’t like.

Listening to his persistent tone, Feng Jinglei thought for a moment, not wanting to go against his intention.

"Anywhere is really okay?" She looked up, and she did have a place she once wanted to visit.

"Hmm, as long as you want to go."

"Lake Baikal."

"Okay."

A single ’okay,’ softly uttered from his lips, stirred waves of happiness and excitement in her heart.
