Chapter 489: Asura and Fae

Maia knew of the Asura, as did all the descendants of the world tree herself as this was something she passed on to all of her children.

For as long as she knew, they had been the overlords of the omniverse, so to speak. They never acted like conquers. Instead, they brought about organization and form to an otherwise chaotic omniverse. The were a race of warriors, but also of scholars. While war was always an option that they relished, they didn’t just communicate with their fists. And nor were they passive with their negotiations. Instead, they used a combination of both. While they didn’t rule the entire omniverse, their shadow could normally be felt everywhere their were intelligent species.

As such, when Yggdrasil ended up making contact with them, they formed a natural cooperation. The fae, the children of Yggdrasil, were not naturally fighters by birth. But in the time they had spread out into the universe and beyond, one of their races, later to be called their king race, became the swords and shield bearers of their people. They had fought many battles, bolstered by the strength that having their god tree near them gave them. As such, they never lost. With Yggdrasil by their side, their king race was almost immortal. Moving throughout the worlds in their path, they planted many other world trees whose children became the rulers of the conquered planets.

That was, until one day, they attacked a planet that had just joined into a trade agreement with the Asura. As such, a delegation of the Asura were on the planet discussing business when the Fae attacked. As they had learned, taking a planet wasn’t easy, but they had discovered a path that worked for them.

As such, while the planet’s leaders were in talks with the Asura, the Fae had begun the attack, landing several world tree sprouts into the ground which then began to grow at an exceptional rate, drawing in the natural energies of the world and taking them for themselves. Before the people of the planet even knew what had happened, the trees had grown miles high and began releasing their warriors upon the solders and fighters who sought to stop the growth of these invaders.

Before they had gotten far, Yggdrasil herself made landfall as the king race of Fae joined the action, decimating the armies that had begun to fight back. With their ability to steal the energy of the world, the fighters of the planet found their weapons useless and their abilities weakened.

Just as the king race began their march on the capital palace, the Asura, only fifty in number, emerged to join the battle. While they had just entered into a trade agreement and not an actual alliance, the leader of the Asura decided it would look pretty bad if they let their new trade partner fall even before the ink was dry on the agreement.

In the battles that followed, the Asura pushed back the king race and led attacks on the invasive trees that had taken root, destroying many of them, one after another. Doing so allowed all of the trapped and stolen energies to be returned to the planet, giving the natives a fighting chance.

War waged on for weeks as the line moved back and forth. But in the end, the final sprout had been destroyed and now, only Yggdrasil and the king race remained.

On the final battle, even the great world tree itself would feel it’s life threatened by these strange creatures not of this world, despite their number having been reduced by two thirds in the weeks of battle that took place.

As the final fifteen Asura stood looking out at the field of battle as the natives of the world, their morale restored along with their weapons and hope, fought back the line to the base of the great tree herself, the leader of the delegation grinned and laughed, his brothers and sisters laughing with him.

"My final warning to you, my children, is the last thing that Asura leader said to me that day. After a series of battles with them that we lost over and over again, we entered into a peace agreement and became an ally of theirs. While I still wonder as to how they could welcome an past enemy as a new friend, I never once doubted their sincerity. I also never met that particular leader again as the Asura were spread over the universe and they never stayed in the same places for too long, instead letting trade and business happen between the races that supported them. But the thing he said to me was this; ’It has been too long since I fought a worthy foe that I felt my sword dulled and my wits dimmed. I wish to offer you my thanks for this! AND TO A GLORIOUS DEATH!’ His fourteen subordinates then echoed his call as they charged the battlefield. They broke through our lines in no time despite the death of three more of their comrades and we had no choice but to withdraw from that planet. It was our first loss and our first time meeting a foe that inspired fear within me. So my warning to you is this. No matter what happens in the future, never challenge an Asura... As they are all, each and every one of them... insane!"

Maia had heard this story during her birth as one of the few things that were passed to her upon her birth, but she had never really understood as she had never fought or even met an Asura before. Her previous incarnation did, but that was only a memory for her and they weren’t even enemies at that point.

But for some reason, right now... Maia began feeling some fear as she looked at Laz’s golden eyes and his blood streaked white hair.

"Seems you wanted something from me?" Laz said, his voice a mixture of amusement and anger.

Maia was a little shocked seeing as how he was behaving despite her obviously being stronger than her. Maia then saw Ivana and Sylvia sitting close, their laps a pillow for Laz’s head as her lay under her thrusting hips.

"Well, since I was being gentle for no reason, let’s get this going for real," Laz said, putting his hands on Maia hips and slamming her down hard, impaling her deeper than she could go on her own.

"MMMMMMMMmmmmmmm" Maia wasn’t able to let out words as this new sensation washed over her body.

As for Laz, he just held her there for a moment before lifting her petit body back up and slamming her down again, her breasts jumping up and down from the resulting force.

Maia’s legs gave out as she went limp on top of him, her body still rocked by the force of her orgasm.

But Laz wasn’t done there.

He repeated his actions as Maia’s body began to flow in motion to his actions and his thrusting, assaulting her from both angles.

Again and again, Laz both slammed into her and slammed her into himself, drilling in deep and hard until she could barely stay upright with the actions. Despite being a god, she herself had no experience with this and couldn’t hold on.

It was only after this ten minute abuse that Maia finally climaxed harder than she had dreamed possible while Laz unloaded into her, filling her full as both his and her juices flowed out, unable to be contained any longer.

It was only then than Laz stopped as Maia’s limp yet burning body fell off of Laz’s, only to be caught by Ivana who was waiting nearby.

Laz’s body also burned as the connection between him and Maia, which Maia had forcefully kept closed, opened within that brief moment of pure bliss, flooding Laz with the energy of a god as Maia was flooded with the forceful vitality of an Asura.

Soon, the air heated, almost to an uncomfortable degree.

"QUICK. HELP ME GET HER INTO THE WATER!" Ivana yelled over to Sylvia.

Sylvia got up, resting Laz’s head on the wooden floor before racing over to Ivana who was barely able to move Maia, her body suddenly as hot as pure magma.

After a few, very painful minutes, they were able to get her into the water Ivana had originally stopped her from trying to fall into as they backed away, drawing Laz with them.

Maia’s body was alight in fire, almost red hot and glowing. But a small green light could still be seen, deep in her center. It pulsated, weakly at first, but stronger and stronger over time, until at last, the fiery color was gone and her body was engulfed by the soothing green light.

She then started to grow, her body getting taller as her hair got longer. The young lady from before was gone and in her place was a true goddess, shimmering in a radiant green.

She slowly rose from the bottom of the now evaporated pool and stood, her eyes closed.

Once she opened them, light filled the room and both Ivana and Sylvia had to block their own eyes to prevent from going blind.

When the light finally faded and Ivana and Sylvia stood facing their new goddess, they couldn’t help but bow.

Within her eyes, green as they were, one could see a galaxy rotating in place.

Just the sight of it would be enough to cause a weak man to go insane.
