Chapter 114: Chapter 114: Kahn

"Director, there is a breach in the lower left section! What should we do?" an operator screamed over the intercom while looking at the virtual screen.

Seeing the live feed, Director Sharon’s face twisted into an ugly scowl.

"That bastard! Does he not fear us at all?!"

The other two women, who had just been engaged in a carnal exchange on the velvet bed, suddenly froze, becoming as stiff as statues.

"We cannot fight him, Sharon! He is too strong. We will just be throwing away our lives," one of them said, hugging the other tightly.

"Yes, let the Commander handle them! He is a Metahuman and should be able to stop him easily."

"But the Commander has been in mental recovery ever since that incident with the Dream Fairy," Sharon replied, raising her concern. "If we forcibly wake him up, he will punish us all."

"We can handle a little punishment, Sharon. But we cannot let that young Dominator run amok inside our ship. Look, he is not even sparing the low-ranking Beyonders."

The live feed displayed exactly how ruthlessly Neo and Noir were dispatching a group of guards wielding magical powers.

"We have no choice then," Sharon sighed.

After that, she rushed down the metallic corridors toward the deepest, most heavily shielded sector of the Bonnel 2.0, the Medical Chamber.

Along the way, she bypassed multiple security checkpoints, her palm sweating as she pressed it against the biometric scanner of the primary chamber.

Hiss!

The heavy blast doors hissed open, revealing a dimly lit room dominated by a massive cylindrical healing pod in the center.

Inside, suspended in translucent blue regenerative fluid, was the Commander.

Sharon rushed to the control console and initiated the emergency awakening protocol. The system chimed in warning, indicating that his mental recovery from the Dream Fairy encounter was not complete, but she forcefully overrode it.

The blue fluid was rapidly drained, and the thick glass of the pod slowly split open, releasing a dense cloud of freezing cryogenic vapor into the room.

From the mist stepped Commander Kahn.

Even in the dim light, his physique was nothing short of breathtaking. He possessed the sculpted, flawless proportions of an ancient Greek god.

He had broad, imposing shoulders, a chest that looked carved from solid marble, and an abdomen defined by deep, perfectly chiseled muscles.

The leftover healing fluid ran down his bare skin, over thr faint silver scars that emitted with a terrifying dense energy.

Just by standing there, he radiated a dangerously suffocating aura that made the air in the room feel heavy and difficult to breathe.

Kael lazily ran a hand through his wet, silver hair and stretched his massive arms. His joints popped out loud, like firecrackers in the quiet room.

"Well, well. If it isn’t my favorite Director," Kahn said as a lazy and incredibly handsome smirk formed on his face.

"I was right in the middle of a rather fascinating negotiation with that Dream Fairy in my head. You really know how to ruin a man’s wet dream, Sharon. To what do I owe the pleasure? Did the kitchen finally run out of deep space caviar?"

While waiting for her answer, he reached for a black silk towel draped over a nearby medical chair, casually wrapping it around his waist.

When he turned back to face her, his smirk faded.

The usual haughty, corporate superiority Sharon carried like an absolute shield was completely gone. Instead, she stood there shivering, her face pale as a sheet and her eyes wide with a profound terror he had never seen in her before.

Still, Kahn’s humorous demeanor did not entirely vanish.

"My, my. You look like you have just seen a ghost, Sharon. Or maybe something much worse. Speak. Who exactly had the sheer audacity to scare my arrogant little Director this badly?"

Sharon swallowed hard, then explained how a young Dominator named Zenith had suddenly claimed the planet under the banner of the "Zenith Empire."

She detailed their brief encounter outside, how a single casual step from him had caused the ground to violently explode without a single drop of Cosmic Force, and how he had completely dismissed the Byzon Company’s ultimatum.

Finally, she pointed to the live security feed, which showed Neo and Noir effortlessly tearing through the ship’s defenses in the lower decks.

Kahn listened quietly. At the end, he was far more amused than impressed.

"Haha, a newborn Dominator claiming an entire world and calling it the Zenith Empire?" he mocked. "And you girls actually let a kid playing king scare you into a corner? Breaking a few blast doors and swatting down Type 8 guards is child’s play, Sharon. A true Beyonder does not get intimidated by a little muscle."

He then threw off the silk towel and walked over to his high-tech armor rack.

Next, With fluid movements he began equipping his form-fitting heavy alloy combat suit, which perfectly accentuated his god sculpted frame.

"Well, since he went through all the trouble of breaking into my ship, it would be terribly rude of me not to roll out the red carpet," Kahn joked, snapping his armored gauntlets into place.

After equipping everything in place, he flashed Sharon one last smirk before stepping out of the room.

"Stay here and keep your eyes on the monitors, Sharon. Let me show this young emperor how the Byzons actually treats uninvited guests."

Without another word, he headed headed directly toward the primary turbolift, descending rapidly toward the lower decks to confront Neo.

---

Walking right beside Neo, Noir let out a bored, dramatic sigh. She playfully tossed a sphere of abyssal black fire from one hand to the other.

"Darling, you promised me a war, but all I am doing is incinerating pesky bugs," Noir pouted.

"Their souls are so incredibly bland. They break before I can even hear them properly scream. Are there no real warriors on this giant floating ship?"

Neo looked up, feeling the strong aura of the commander.

"It seems the pest control phase is over, Noir."
