Chapter 352: Alaric’s Evolution

’Is she doing this on purpose...?’ The pain was so great that Alaric couldn’t help but think that this might be some kind of revenge Aurora had come up with because of his distrust in her.
’Pain really clouds one’s judgment... what am I thinking...’ Calming himself Alaric looked at Aurora and asked,
"Can I evolve already..."

"Of course you can..." Aurora said, signaling him towards the aura suppressor that they had brought from the dungeon.
"Pardon me then..." Muttering these words, Alaric teleported to the device and hurriedly clicked the ’Yes’ button on the evolution menu.
The body he had assumed quickly began turning into goo, and before the passing of ten seconds, Alaric had already turned into an egg.
The moment Alaric turned, the lights in the room dimmed a bit... Despite the suppressor, the egg somehow affected the whole room.
It only continued for a bit before the suppressor worked and the darkness was limited to a certain area.
’Interesting!’ Aurora thought, looking at the incident.
She remembered that there could be multiple reasons for what happened now... but the most applicable at this moment would be...
Either Alaric is just that much of a pure shadow monster... or, he is more mutant than that of a monster.

’I guess I was being too hard on her...’ Taking a note to thank Aurora later for the cores, Alaric went ahead and clicked on the first option of the evolution.
