From the throat of the Ancestral Red Dragon, a faint chuckle emerged.
"Though I am attracted to the scenery here, as a leader, my primary aim is to display my composure before my legion,"
Karon made no efforts to hide his intentions from the Dragon Group. The sudden turn of events required the leader to stabilize morale, and this was his first task.
However, Karon didn’t anticipate that the Casters under his command were not suppressed by difficulties and setbacks but instead developed a desire and intent to seize this world.
"It seems that the talents nurtured by the Empire are outstanding, after all, they were cultivated with enormous resources and time,"
Red Copper Dragon Alfred said happily, as he had always been in charge of the broader direction of cultural education and propaganda, achieving results that brought him joy.
"You’ve done well, Alfred," the Ancestral Red Dragon raised his voice, making his praise clear.
"The reason I brought them along is that they are the seeds of the Empire’s future. Once I lead them down this path, they will naturally learn this way of being and pass on the spirit of the ever-expanding paths of the Empire,"
"This is the will of the Empire, the spirit of gold!"
The Ancestral Red Dragon said calmly,
The Casters meticulously cultivated by the Empire only needed to calm themselves to realize from their professional knowledge domain that since this world could be used as an alternative by the Divine Spirits within the World of Ice and Fire, the Empire’s ultimate goal had been misled.
But since it is an alternative, there must be a real-world connection or related mysticism between the two worlds. Once this connection is found, the world hidden by the Divine Spirits will not be able to escape the Empire’s grasp.
However, it seems that another world has already been cast aside by the feverish brains of these Mages.
Yet Karon had to admit that the unique resources birthed by this world were very appealing to him, and his sub-brain might be enhanced as a result.
If the spices could prove effective for these Giant Dragons as well, then this world’s value might far exceed what the World of Ice and Fire could provide.
In Karon’s dark golden vertical pupils, aside from the desert surface, he could perceive some deeper marks of magnetic field changes and the actual manifestation of rules.
The rules in this world didn’t seem as rigorously strange as those in the Icaria World, the most obvious being the more active Spiritual Power and the surging Heart Energy within the Ancestral Red Dragon’s body compared to other forces.
The warriors of the Empire were not as fervent as the Mages. These Legion Warriors understood the use of such resources but their actions and thoughts remained eternally loyal to the Emperor of the Empire.
The fanatic Casters waited restlessly for the Dragon Emperor and the Dragon Group, meanwhile closely studying the captured Bald Warrior, and even the flapping-wing aircraft resembling a steel dragonfly, equipped with several pairs of steel wings, couldn’t escape the Mages’ grasp.
Though this flapping-wing aircraft appeared strange, as a product of another civilization, it wasn’t peculiar in a Mage’s eyes.
The goblins’ airships, the Human Empire’s magic spaceships, and the Star Realm Merchants’ space magic battleships were all commonly wandering items in the Icaria World.
What warranted more research was these machines’ energy usage devices and methods.
And the cautious Holy Sanctuary Grandmaster Lapus had already used memory erasure spells to completely wipe out certain memories of this Bald Warrior, Laban.
This is the method of seasoned Mages, who upon arriving in any world, would not initially kill any form of life, out of awe for the unknown world’s power, and Lapus’s approach would be considered as a learned experience for the Empire’s Mage Corps in the future.
Until nightfall, when the storm gradually dissipated.
The Ancestral Red Dragon finally turned around, with the Dragon Group following suit, facing the calmed Casters.
The Casters looked nervously at the Ancestral Red Dragon, for the first time, humans’ desires and greed to conquer surpassed that of the Dragons.
"Since I have come here, I shall remain for eternity," Karon said calmly!
