"How is it?" Liang asked curiously, his eyes filled with anticipation.

Kai took a deep breath, a smile dancing across his face. "I haven’t been better," he replied, his voice brimming with confidence.

Liang’s expression darkened slightly. "I mean your cultivation," he clarified, his tone serious.

"Oh, my cultivation?" Kai cleared his throat, his eyes gleaming with pride. "It’s actually progressing quite rapidly. This technique seems to be tailor-made for me."

Liang nodded, his interest piqued. "How close are you to reaching the Divine Integration Realm?" he inquired, his voice filled with curiosity.

"To reach the Divine Integration Realm," Kai pondered for a moment, "I would need another two planets similar to this one."

Liang’s mouth twitched, a mix of disbelief and awe crossing his face. He muttered under his breath, "This much?"

"Well," Kai explained, a note of excitement in his voice, "The original scripture alone wouldn’t require such extensive resources, but after integrating the Origin Soul Art, this is the remarkable outcome I have achieved."

Liang’s mouth dropped open, his eyes widening with astonishment. "Integrate? Why must you do this?"

"Despite the remarkable cultivation speed of the Unholy Soul Refining Scripture, it carries a significant drawback. The cultivation base it builds is inherently unstable, inevitably leading to Qi Deviation for the practitioner," Kai explained in a composed manner, taking his time to ensure clarity.

Liang’s brows furrowed as he processed the information, fully grasping the potential risks involved. As he nodded in agreement, he recognized that this flaw needed to be addressed.

"Yes, the instability of the cultivation base is indeed the only drawback of this technique," Liang concurred, echoing Kai’s analysis. He understood that there had to be a reason for Kai’s integration of the Soul Origin Art.

"To address this challenge, I have integrated the Soul Origin Art into the Unholy Soul Scripture. While it may not provide the same rapid cultivation speed, its stability surpasses any other option available to us," Kai elaborated, his voice steady and confident.

Liang’s gaze drifted upwards, his mind deep in thought as he pondered the situation.

"Tell me, what is the current state of affairs up above?" Kai inquired, his curiosity mingled with a hint of mischief.

Liang’s response was nonchalant, but the underlying implications were clear. "This time, it was the alliance loss."

"It’s truly remarkable how you managed to observe everything without being detected," Kai marveled.

Liang shook his head modestly. "It’s not as complicated as it may seem. I’ve strategically placed numerous Void Eyes formations throughout the system. Unless someone thoroughly scans the entire system with their divine sense, they won’t discover them."

Kai burst into laughter. "Scan the whole system? Is that even possible?"

Liang’s eyes glittered with a secret knowledge. "Not for just anyone," he replied cryptically.

After a moment of contemplation, he continued, "If I’m not mistaken, only a Seventh-order Void Cultivator could achieve such a feat."

"Seventh-order Void Cultivators? No need to worry about them. Even in the devil realm, there are only three of them," Kai chuckled confidently.

Liang nodded, confirming Kai’s statement. "Indeed, most of them would choose to ascend to the Empyrean Domain after reaching the sixth-order realm of cultivation."

"Empyrean? Why not the Origin Domain?" Kai asked, sounding mildly disapproving.

Liang smiled, his eyes reflecting wisdom. "The Void Origin of the Origin Path is very different from the one present here. Unlike the Void Empyrean of the Empyrean Path, which aligns with the void essence of this domain."

Kai raised an eyebrow, his curiosity piqued. "How would they know that?"

"At the Seventh-order Realm, a void cultivator can sense the existence of other domains," Liang responded calmly.

"I understand," Kai murmured thoughtfully, his eyes flashing with renewed understanding. "But how do you know all this? You haven’t reached that step yet!"

Liang’s smile remained enigmatic. "Let’s go now. Time is of the essence. The final battle has commenced."

As Liang’s words hung in the air, a portal materialized beside them. Without hesitation, the two stepped forward and vanished, leaving behind the ravaged remains of what was once a thriving planet.

Back to the battlefield, where the clash between the four experts unfolded in an unforeseen manner. From the chaotic melee, only Agnar, the master of puppets, emerged as the sole survivor. But the respite was fleeting, for another battle of epic proportions ensued. This time, five experts from each faction stepped forward, their lives hanging in the balance.

Time flew by rapidly, leaving only one hour remaining as the fierce battle persisted. The deafening clash of weapons and the cries of combatants filled the air. At last, after a grueling twenty-four hours, the war drew to a close, leaving only six experts standing amidst the debris and carnage.

Among the ten remaining experts, the Alliance could count only five, while the Legion boasted six survivors.

The Alliance, after the first draw and a subsequent victory in the second battle, suffered the loss of one expert in the third clash, leaving them at an equal number with the Legion.

However, in the fourth encounter, the Legion managed to gain the upper hand, holding the last remaining expert in their ranks.

As for the final battle, it ended in a draw with three experts remaining from both sides.

It was without a doubt the Legion’s victory.

The remaining experts nodded solemnly to one another before vanishing into thin air. The battlefield, where blood had been spilled and destinies forged, fell silent.

As the dust settled, two figures materialized on the scarred battlefield. Bi Tian’s face radiated a sense of fulfillment, his laughter echoing through the air as he disappeared with his majestic castle.

In stark contrast, Star Devourer’s expression remained inscrutable, his eyes scanning the ravaged solar system.

As his eyes surveyed the solar system, horror etched across his face. Three out of the seven planets lay in ruins, devoid of life or any remnants of civilization.

Driven by an overwhelming urge to investigate further, Star Devourer unleashed his divine sense, scouring the desolate remains. Amidst the desolation, he stumbled upon a humble yet significant artifact—a bronze badge. In that moment, he knew with certainty to whom it belonged—a member of the Legion.

In the desolate valley, where the harsh winds swept through the rugged terrain, a portal shimmered into existence. From its ethereal depths emerged two figures, stepping out with purposeful strides. These familiar faces belonged to none other than Liang and Kai.

Liang couldn’t help but chuckle as he observed their surroundings. "Back again," he remarked, a hint of nostalgia in his voice.

Kai’s smile reflected a mix of anticipation and surprise. "Here I thought I wouldn’t see this world again."

Liang shook his head, his expression turning serious, and replied, "We’re not here for a vacation."

Curiosity sparking in his eyes, Kai asked, "Then why are we here?"

A knowing smile curved Liang’s lips as he responded, "You’ve restored your cultivation and grown immensely stronger. Now, it’s my turn."

Kai’s eyes narrowed with intrigue. "But why choose this place? There are countless other locations with denser spiritual qi!"

Liang chuckled, his amusement evident. "Denser spiritual qi? Ah, my friend, you’ve got it all wrong."

Confusion etched across Kai’s face, he questioned Liang, "Is there something erroneous in my statement?"

Liang nodded, his smile widening. "Indeed, it’s completely inaccurate."

Kai’s narrowed eyes demanded an explanation. "What do you mean?"

With a playful glint in his eyes, Liang surveyed their surroundings and said, "Would you believe me if I told you that beneath this seemingly ordinary planet lies the purest form of Spiritual Qi in existence?"

"No way!" Kai shook his head in disbelief, his eyes reflecting his skepticism.

"But that’s indeed the case," Liang chuckled, his voice brimming with amusement.

After a brief moment of silence, Liang continued, "The massive vein that lies beneath this planet is actually not just a regular vein."

Kai’s mouth twitched with curiosity, and he asked, "What do you mean by that?"

Liang took a deep breath, a sense of ancient wisdom emanating from his very being as he prepared to tell a tale as old as time itself. "Billions of years ago, in a time before our existence, this domain was nothing more than a desolate void, much like countless other regions in the Infinite Domains."

As Liang spoke, Kai’s eyes narrowed, the concept alien yet fascinating. He listened attentively, enthralled by the mystery unfolding before him.

"Then, on that fateful day," Liang continued, his voice taking on a mythical quality, "the chaotic forces that pervaded the void converged with the primordial essence of life, birthing an extraordinary phenomenon—a colossal and awe-inspiring creation known as the Primordial Heavenly Vein."

Kai leaned forward in anticipation, his excitement palpable. "Incredible! What happened then?"

A small smile tugged at the corners of Liang’s lips, his eyes alight with purpose. "The explosion of the Primordial Heavenly Vein marked the beginning of a new era. It gave birth to seven distinct domains, each containing a fragment of its immense power. And within these domains, it brought forth all the diverse and extraordinary lifeforms we know today."

Kai’s palms tingled with exhilaration as he couldn’t help but clap his hands together. "That’s an amazing tale! But how does it connect to our presence here?"

Liang took another deep breath, his eyes filled with purpose. "If my speculation is correct, the vein beneath this planet is one of the fragments of the Primordial Heavenly Vein that scattered throughout the void."
