Chapter 1950: Chapter 1954: Any News?

"I’m Leng Lin, Xiao Xia, Mo Mo is on your plane, did you know?"

"Yes, he is here, I just found him. He’s doing well, you don’t need to worry. I originally planned to contact you immediately once the plane landed."

Everyone listened to Xu Xia’s voice and collectively breathed a sigh of relief.

"That’s good." Leng Lin also felt relieved, "Let’s leave it at that for now. We’ll get in touch once you land."

"Alright, you don’t need to worry, I’ll take good care of him. I’ll call you immediately after landing."

After finishing the call with Leng Lin, Xu Xia handed the radio communicator to the staff, thanked them, and immediately left the control room, hurrying back to the economy class. She walked to the last seat and saw the little one still peacefully sleeping, finally allowing the heavy weight in her heart to settle.

Being on a plane, she couldn’t contact the ground, and had been worried that Luo Jun’s disappearance would surely have Leng Lin and the others anxiously worried. Now that she finally made contact with them, she could finally relax completely.

...

...

Outskirts of Rome villa.

A sleepless Leng Zimo once again checked his wristwatch. The locator showed that Luo Xiaoqian had been stationary at a certain point on the sea. Without a detailed island map, Leng Zimo couldn’t determine whether she was on a boat or at a particular island.

Zirui had previously told him that by noon he would receive a response.

Now, for Leng Zimo, each second felt like a year.

Looking at the first light of dawn in the eastern sky, Leng Zimo wished he could pull the sluggish sun directly into the sky and make time jump to noon instantly.

"Sir!" Ah Jiu came down the stairs and placed the tray on the nearby small table, "Have something to eat. You haven’t eaten anything since noon yesterday."

The tray held a cup of hot milk and a heated hamburger.

"You guys eat. I’m not hungry." Leng Zimo said, staring out the window.

"You must eat!" Ah Jiu picked up the hamburger and offered it to him, his tone unusually firm with these four words. Seeing Leng Zimo’s tired-looking face, his voice unconsciously softened, "Madam needs you, the young master needs you. You can’t fall at a time like this. I know you’re worried about Madam, but if you keep going like this, your body will collapse before you rescue her. If Madam saw you like this, she’d surely be heartbroken."

Sighing lightly, Leng Zimo reached out to take the hamburger from Ah Jiu’s hand, bringing it to his lips and taking a big bite, chewing it casually a couple of times before swallowing.

Watching him eat, Ah Jiu silently sighed and handed him the milk cup.

In just a few bites, Leng Zimo finished the hamburger and milk. He didn’t taste much, merely forced himself to swallow.

Checking the sky and then his watch, he turned and went upstairs to his study, opened the computer, and started to look at maps.

Since the locator was only for tracking, it didn’t show precise latitude and longitude, so Leng Zimo could only rely on intuition to search for an approximate location in the sea. Such searching was undoubtedly not easy. His eyes began to ache from staring at the maps when he finally discovered an island on a blue ocean.

Just then, his phone began to ring.

Seeing the number "ROY" below, Leng Zimo immediately answered the call.

"What’s the situation? Any news?!"
