Chapter 74: They Thought He Was Weak
A golden sword suddenly comes from the sky and embeds itself into the ground between him and the giant Luke.
"Both of you halt." The female golden knight’s words echoed as she moved toward them.
Luke, who was still burning with anger, also felt the female knight’s golden aura and calmed down somewhat.
"Luke." Then he heard Aurielle’s slightly worried voice, as she doesn’t want him to get hurt.
After turning toward her and finder she is safe, he finally got relaxed and released his titan form.
Everyone got surprised by the sudden appearance of the black-armored giant and was even more surprised when Aurielle said his name.
"I have heard of Hero’s giant ability, but wasn’t it a golden-haired giant?" One of the nobles asked his companion with a confused look, on whom the person gave him a look, "Bro, how would I know? Go ask him by yourself."
Seeing his companion look, he stopped asking him and turn back to observed Giant Luke.
But still everyone was surprised. "How can the person who is clearly a first-stage iron knight have punched a peak bronze knight?" Even though all of them know, because it was a surprise attack, or else even that would not have succeeded but still they got amazed and even more curious about Luke giant form.
The next moment, everyone clearly saw Luke’s giant form disappear, and his normal human appearance returned. Surprisingly, everything remained the same as before—even his clothes were completely intact.
Everyone was baffled because of this and thought. "When he became a giant, shouldn’t his clothes have been torn apart as well?"
But they didn’t know that Luke was wearing magical size-changing clothes, which saved him from such troubles.
"Sir Rowan, are you disrespecting my lord by still not recalling your aura?" Then all of them heard the female golden knight speak with displeased voice to Rowan, whose aura was not returned to normal as he was still angry.
But when he heard her words, clarity appeared in his eyes, and he hastily removed his aura back and looked toward seated members with a fearful expression.
Their count were displeased toward him, which sunk his mood, and then he heard another angry female voice.
"Sir Rowan, you have really got guts; first you falsely accused the hero, and now you have touched my sister without her permission!" There Lysandra, was looking at him with an angry face.
Aurielle, who was now holding with Luke, also heard Lysandra’s angry voice, but she didn’t buy it even a little bit, as she knows she’s just faking it.
But the same was not true for Rowan, who knows nothing about the truth and has now become too afraid.So he gathered his courage and spoke with apologetic voice, but didn’t add anything about the hero part.
"I am sorry, your highness; it’s just Lady Aurielle is an old acquaintance of mine, so I got excited after meeting her, and that’s why I touched her hand accidently."
The surrounding nobles gave him a glance, "Who are you making fool?" but still didn’t say anything, if there were really any punishment then only count and her highness will give him.
Lysandra looked toward Rowan, who was apologizing to her rather than to Aurielle, but she was smiling inside, because she had to maintain her image, and that’s why all this drama was needed, and now she will forgive him.
"I hope this will not happen again, Sir Rowan Ashenford!"
Rowan heard her words, which still contained slight anger, but he nodded with relief because he also knew if Aurielle were still princess, then he would have faced much more serious punishment.
Luke from the side also heard, and his expression became ugly as he looked toward Lysandra, who didn’t even look at their side.
Aurielle increased the grip of her holding hands and said to him, "Ignore them."
He turned toward her and saw her expression, which clearly saying she had expected this. Even though he doesn’t like it, he nodded and hugged her.
After the princess words finished, the female golden knight also removed her sword from the ground and returned back to the platform side.
Then the countess, seeing everyone has already done their dancing and now the mood of the party has been destroyed, announced the last part, which is to give her daughters the opportunity to find their husbands.

Luke comes out of his thoughts when he hears Aurielle’s worried voice and nods at her while saying. "Don’t worry, your husband is very strong."
Aurielle smiled at Luke’s words and leaned against his shoulder while they moved toward the stadium.
After walking two minutes, finally, all of them reached a large stadium, which is made circular with seats placed on it. In the center was an arena platform, which is heavily fortified so it can bear the damage caused by participants.
Luke and Aurielle were finally done with observing the stadium, but then they got surprised because suddenly an influx of people from the outside started appearing on the seats, and among them were their knights and maids as well.
"So, the whole city will be going to see my performance." From the noble crowd, someone said, after seeing those specters. while others just shook their heads, because they were not going to participate in this fight and moved toward the VIP area to settle down to enjoy the fights.
After that we also moved toward the nobles area and saw few mages appeared around the arena and were setting up some type of magic circle. A few minutes later, they were finally done and chanted magic words which Luke doesn’t understand at all, which instantly made the magic circle glow, and the next moment, a transparent, blue color thin magic shield formed around the arena.
"Wow." Many civilians who were seeing this for the first time got impressed and a exclamations escaped their mouths, while nobles just watched calmly, because almost all nobles of viscount rank and above contain those shield magic formulas.
"I also have a formation mage in the territory, so after returning maybe I should arrange some magic scroll for her."Luke got amazed by those magic shields and thought about this plan.
Just after everything was done, the same female golden knight came toward the arena and announced the matching to everyone. Around thirty iron knights have applied for spar, including Luke and ten bronze knights.
She also announced that the first match will be going to battle royale, which is half an hour long, and the last four standing nobles from thirty after half an hour will be moved to the next stage.
She also told few rules that should prevent the fight from stagnating, that is.
-No standing in a single place for more than 1 minute.
-If more than four people remain even after half an hour, then elimination will occur from the lowest realm rank among them until the last four are left.
After finishing all this, she returned back toward the edge of the arena for safety; in case some noble was going to get seriously injured and was about to die, she would be able to save them.
"Don’t play with them." Aurielle said playfully to Luke after they summoned the Iron Knight realm nobles first into the arena.
Luke stopped mid-step and turned back toward her and also gave her a playful smile and said. "As you wish, my wife."
Surrounding nobles who were just standup got stunned after hearing their talks because they also saw Luke’s giant form and how he had punched peak Bronze knights.
"Gulp." Someone from the crowd gulped while giving him a wary glance before heading toward the arena with false hope that maybe Luke wouldn’t be able to beat so many iron knights together.
