Chapter 801: Chapter 628 Distant Reunion_2

So, no one was willing to defy that.

The other party was desperately dodging, while Long Yi was in hot pursuit. People around kept attacking, but Long Yi summoned his Crystal Stone armor and ignored their assaults, solely focusing on chasing down that one person.

The one being chased by Long Yi was almost in tears. How could he have known he would become the first target? And to be hung so embarrassingly high on the flagpole, no less? But he simply couldn’t fight back!

The more those surrounding Long Yi attacked, the more fear they felt. Long Yi wasn’t retaliating against them; they could attack without any reservations, but even so, Long Yi remained unshaken under their collective offense!

Although everyone knew the Mountain Giant race’s rock armor was extremely sturdy, and that they had nearly infinite strength as long as they stood on the ground, there had to be a limit to how much they could endure, right? But Long Yi’s Crystal Stone armor seemed to have no limit. The various Fighting Auras and Magic spells that struck him only caused him to sway slightly and had little other effect.

"It doesn’t feel very fun, it’s just really hard," Ai Lin mumbled discontentedly, her lips pouting.

First Prince Saint Cassio could only respond with a wry smile. How Long Yi chose to fight wasn’t something he could control.

"What kind of fight would Miss Ai Lin prefer, then?"

Second Prince Saint Julio suddenly asked.

"Hmm... It would be more satisfying to get rid of that Crystal Stone armor and just drown the opponent with a barrage of Magic missiles with a wave of the hand, I guess?"

Ai Lin said with a playful smile.

But the First Prince shook his head and said, "That’s not very likely. Long Yi is also being pursued, and wearing the armor maximizes his protection from damage. If Long Yi is a smart man, he would definitely not remove his armor."

Boom!

No sooner had Saint Cassio finished speaking than Long Yi in the field suddenly exploded his Crystal Stone armor. The sturdy shards flew around like shrapnel, hitting the faces of those who thought they could comfortably continue their pursuit. Almost at the same time, Runes swirled around Long Yi. Terrifying Runes ascended, and a sky full of Magic missiles, like a hailstorm, flew towards the man who was running away.

The man being chased was very unlucky. He was injured in the lower leg by broken Crystal Stone, and just as he fell to the ground, he was solidly bombarded by a sky full of Magic missiles.

Finally, when the Magic missiles ceased, Long Yi had lifted him up and hung the barely conscious man’s belt on the tall flagpole.

Hung up there, the man actually felt relieved in his heart.

At least, he was still alive.

In the luxury box, the three princes were completely dumbfounded.

No sooner had Ai Lin finished speaking than Long Yi did exactly as she suggested, and flawlessly so. Not only that, he won!

Wasn’t this too bizarre?

Or was it that their own realm was too far removed from Ai Lin’s?

Although they were reluctant to admit it, Ai Lin had clearly anticipated Long Yi’s next move—this was not something that could simply be attributed to luck.

"Next one!"

Long Yi then pointed at another person, the taller of the two brothers.

The audience immediately boiled with excitement.

The final option given was quite unexpected.

Crash into his shorter brother and die together.

The options on the roulette were not fixed, and if some in the audience saw an interesting choice, they might shift their support to the new option. And gradually, this new option gained more and more support.

Clearly, that was what people wanted to see.

"Ladies and gentlemen, you are really challenging me here; you want me to take on two people at once."

Long Yi smiled.

Almost at the same moment, the brothers astonishingly dashed in opposite directions.

If they were not together, how could they collide?

In the box, First Prince Saint Cassio watched Ai Lin intently, "Miss Ailin, how do you think Long Yi is going to win?"

After thinking for a moment, Ai Lin said with a smile.

"Isn’t it obvious? Long Yi will definitely chase the bulkier brother first."

And at that moment, Long Yi’s body shimmered with Fighting Aura, and with a terrifying burst of speed, he quickly caught up to the bulkier brother.

During the previous fight, Long Yi had already ascertained that the bulkier one was not fast or agile, but he possessed great brute strength. As expected, when Long Yi caught up with him, the bulkier brother immediately enveloped himself with Fighting Aura for protection while swinging a punch at Long Yi.

Long Yi saw the other party charging and dodged to the side, avoiding the punch, and at the same time, he landed a punch on his soft ribs. The other party immediately howled and fell backward. Long Yi then followed up with a sweeping kick, laying the bulkier brother flat on the ground.

"That’s right, finish it with a punch."

In the box, Ai Lin said with a laugh.

Bang!

A heavy punch struck the younger brother’s head, and everything went black before his eyes.

"Then a magic spell, I bet it’s going to be Darkness Descending," Ai Lin suggested.

Almost simultaneously, Long Yi’s body flashed with runes and a dark crystal spread in a not too big, not too small area at his feet, while a huge Array unfolded in the sky above.

It was indeed Darkness Descending!

First Prince Saint Cassio glanced at Saint Julio beside him and then at Saint Antonio behind him. Shock was evident in all their eyes. They were certain Ai Lin didn’t know Long Yi. But with a simple exchange, how could Ai Lin so accurately predict all of Long Yi’s moves as if they were completely clear to her? How terrifying was Ai Lin? To know your moves before the fight even started, how could one possibly stand a chance against such an opponent!

"Alright, now he should be going after the older brother," said Ai Lin with a smile. 𝗳𝐫𝚎𝗲𝚠𝚎𝗯𝕟𝐨𝘃𝚎𝗹.𝗰𝗼𝗺

Just as expected, after casting Darkness Descending, Long Yi turned and rushed towards the direction of the shorter older brother, leaving only the bulkier younger brother lying there. A few warriors were beside the younger brother; one attempted to rescue him, but he barely reached out when he felt an unspeakable heaviness in his hand. If he had not been promptly pulled back by someone at his side, he would have certainly tumbled into the range of Darkness Descending!

Thus, they could only cast spells from afar, trying to destroy Darkness Descending.

Generally speaking, destroying the black crystal stones should be enough. But these crystal stones could actually regenerate endlessly even after being destroyed! They were as durable as the Mountain Giant’s armor!

The Arena had boundaries, and although the shorter older brother managed to dodge, he couldn’t keep getting farther away indefinitely. Long Yi quickly closed in on him.

"Start with a Chain Lightning to probe the way," suggested Ai Lin.

Boom!

An arc of lightning streaked through several people.

"Then follow up with a Fighting Aura Slash to test their defense," continued Ai Lin, just as Long Yi’s Fighting Aura Slash swept through horizontally.

"Charge in, first with the left punch, then the right. Deploy the Crystal Stone Armor to defend against the combined attack of those around you, that’s right, just like that. And then explode the Crystal Stone Armor once more, seizing the smaller brother while they are defending! That’s it!"

Ai Lin exclaimed excitedly.

At this point, the three princes were stunned. If at the beginning one could assume that Ai Lin might have guessed correctly by chance, now the situation was becoming alarming — she even knew which fist Long Yi would throw first! With such insight, and as a Sanctuary Mage, who in the whole Divine Auffa Empire could be her match? Even a fellow Sanctuary Mage would be toyed to death by her, wouldn’t they? (To be continued.
