Chapter 233: Chapter 164: The Four Heavenly Kings
"Eh? What’s all this about?" Long Yi was inexplicably shocked.
"Then why did you disappear the day after I transferred to the school?" The pools in Mina’s eyes were becoming more apparent and looked like they were about to overflow!
"It’s not like that! This is what happened!" Long Yi quickly summarized the event of his unfortunate touching of a thunderbolt, becoming unable to take care of himself and running the Imperial City for help.
"So, I wasn’t avoiding you. You see, as soon as I felt better, I came right back," said Long Yi.
"Really?" Mina’s teary eyes began to ebb.
"Really! I swear!" Long Yi was telling the truth; he wouldn’t lie to a child.
"I knew it! Brother Long surely wouldn’t dislike me!" Mina happily lunged her body towards Long Yi, causing him to spin in circles while holding her before he finally stopped.
"So, this is a golem, huh?" Mina only noticed, while spinning in circles, that a person had been silently standing behind Long Yi. The golden body, extravagant curves, the person who constructed this golem was certainly twisted! Even though the Sea Clan and humans have differing aesthetics, they share similar aspects like specific special preferences.
Mina approached the golem, her hands suddenly grabbing its chest.
"So hard!" Mina exclaimed in surprise.
"I am made of metal," the golem replied.
"Nonsense! I saw them jiggle just now!" Mina retorted disgruntled.
"Jiggle?" Long Yi was clueless.
"Jiggle!" Mina confirmed.
"Yes, jiggle." The golem replied. As it moved around, the metal began to jiggle elastically.
"Your creator is a real pervert," Long Yi was at loss for words.
"Indeed, he is a pervert, you are very wise," the golem agreed.
"He is not only a pervert but a freak!" Mina fiercely declared, setting her eyes onto the golem’s chest.
"Yes, he is indeed a freak," the golem affirmed.
"Aren’t you worried about talking about your creator this way?" Long Yi found the golem increasingly incredulous.
"No problem. My creator admits it, his eighteen wives agree with it, and his twenty-six daughters share the sentiment," the golem answered.
How enviable!
Long Yi sulked, grinding his teeth.
"So freakish," Mina clung tightly onto Long Yi’s hand.
The golem paused, then abruptly corrected: "No, the statistical error, nineteen wives and thirty daughters."
"Why are they all daughters, doesn’t he have sons?" Long Yi quickly picked out the detail.
"Yes, they all inherited their father’s characteristics. They are strong and quite lusty. Of course, they value etiquette, and so they are much more outstanding than their father despite their lustiness, and they remain gentlemanly," the golem replied.
"Hmmm, I feel a sense of déjà vu, as if I’ve seen this somewhere before," Long Yi scratched his head, unable to remember. He gave up and started asking about Mermaid Mina instead.
It turns out, Mina could not find Long Yi and came looking for him after school only to find Bajie and Xiaoyou napping in the dorm room. These two dragons shared a common trait despite their size difference: laziness.
With Long Yi absent, the dragons were too lazy to find food and were starving in the dorm. Mina happened to show up, and after communicating a bit, she supplied them with lots of food. In gratitude, Bajie immediately treated Mina as a benefactor, even teaching her his unique barbecuing skills.
Having spent her life in the ocean, Mina never encountered fire before, and while she had tried barbecued meat imported from humans, she never tasted freshly made ones.
Then, in the ensuing days till Long Yi’s return, Mina got her fill of barbecue, learning everything from purchasing fresh meat to grilling and choosing the right condiments, already becoming a cooking expert.
After tasting a piece, Long Yi was amazed. This little mermaid Mina indeed had a knack for it.
However, unfortunately, the strong aroma of barbecued meat in the room was too much for sleep.
The next day was combat training. Long Yi realized he hadn’t attended combat class in a while. Due to the Dean’s special permission, he and Ai Lin could skip any class. However, curious about combat classes, Mina wanted to go, so Long Yi accompanied her.
Despite being in the third grade, some in-flight combat training was still required. As Long Yi’s dragon couldn’t fly, he couldn’t participate. From Long Yi’s perspective, these so-called physical trainings were child’s play, leaving him bored and sleepy.
On the other side, the older Dragon Riders stared ardently at Long Yi.
At this moment, Long Yi was sitting on the ground, visibly bored. To his left was the pure yet sexy Ai Lin, who now felt closer in their relationship, naturally leaning on Long Yi, whispering something from time to time with a hint of shyness and sweetness on her face, causing many guys to grind their teeth in jealousy. On his right was Mermaid Princess Mina, sparking numerous fantasies with her unique alien charm and nobility. Yet the lively and adorable Mermaid Princess chose to sit next to that stupid, dull, and thick Long Yi, it was utterly unbearable!
Standing behind Long Yi was Little Zi to his left, the cute maid who always had to maintain her decorum, even if it led wolves to ogle her in amazement. To his right was the newly added golem.
