Chapter 231: Chapter 163: Completely Renewed! _2

"I am your golem, naturally I should know this," the Golem spoke.

"Bullshit!" Long Yi didn’t believe such nonsense.

"This is the truth, indisputable," the Golem insisted.

"Okay then, tell me, behind my buttock..."

"You have a mole on the left side of your buttock," the Golem interrupted Long Yi.

"Damn it! Did you peek at me during the special training?!" Long Yi vocalized in a fit of anger.

Long Yi couldn’t help but feel teary-eyed. He felt as though he was stripped naked, having no secrets in front of the Golem.

"Sis, is there anything you don’t know?" Long Yi asked nervously and cautiously.

"There is one thing I don’t know," the Golem replied.

"What is it?" Long Yi’s eyes flickered with hope.

"But I can’t tell you," the Golem added.

"Oh Golem, I really want to know whether your master sent you to protect me or to play with me till death?" Long Yi wanted to weep but had no tears, he looked up at the sky without a word for a long time.

In fact, Long Yi was just blabbering.

He was now nothing but grateful for the Golem’s help.

Just now, he went through three months of torment in that strange space, and yet the outside world remained the same. Although Long Yi was frightened upon recalling the happenings over these three months due to his courage.

Three months of sleepless nights, numerous instances of hovering on the brink of death, countless departures of loved ones, and many moments of mental breakdown and recovery.

For the time being, Long Yi didn’t have the courage to go through it again. Of course, for the time being, the Golem didn’t have the ability to open that space again either.

However, everything that Long Yi had gained made him feel that all the torment he endured was worth it.

Now Long Yi has reached the peak of Tier 19 Fighting Aura, and with just one more step, he would reach Tier 20 Fighting Aura. That was the limit of Fighting Aura that Long Yi could suppress. Beyond that, Long Yi would unleash all his power, causing Bajie to Ultra Perfect Evolved into an adult dragon!

By then, Long Yi would soar with Bajie!

But Long Yi asked the Golem to stop the special training, not because he was lazy but because he had reached the peak of his Fighting Aura, but his combat skills and knowledge reserves were not yet ready, and he had to continue his studies at the academy.

The Golem, who knew Long Yi very well, did not object to Long Yi’s arrangement.

Now, Long Yi stood on the brink of the peak.

When Long Yi appeared in front of Ai Lin, Ai Lin was still discussing matters with Little Zi and four researchers, including Professor Ding Ge. The group was in heated debate, but Ai Lin had slowly gained the upper hand. Three of the researchers had conceded, only Professor Ding Ge was still arguing persistently.

However, upon seeing Long Yi, Ai Lin immediately lost interest in the debate. She happily ran up to him.

"Brother Long, Brother Long, look! I just leveled up! I’m already at Tier 18 Mana!" Ai Lin said excitedly. But when Ai Lin glanced at Long Yi, she gasped in surprise!

"Peak of Tier 19?" Ai Lin whispered it so softly she could scarcely hear herself.

"Shh, it’s by coincidence, I’ll tell you when we go back," Long Yi replied.

"Okay!"

Ai Lin obediently responded, then her gaze moved onto the figure behind Long Yi.

"Bro... Brother Long, who is this?" Ai Lin asked in shock looking at the Golem. Despite its cold and impersonal aura which wasn’t like a human’s, the Golem’s perfectly sculptured and hot body could make anyone feel threatened.

"Is this a golem?"

Professor Ding Ge moved closer, his eyes full of astonishment. The other three researchers also crowded over, their eyes equally shocked.

"Yeah, right?" Long Yi smiled and answered nonchalantly. The Golem indicated that it could no longer enter Long Yi’s personal space due to some reason and could only stay by Long Yi’s side. Long Yi thought, he had been tortured by it for three months anyway, it seemed inappropriate to treat it as an object and throw it into the space. So, he just allowed it to stay by his side. Although the Golem was rare, this place was a hub for geniuses, there wouldn’t be any commotion, would it?

From what it seemed now, Long Yi was wrong.

Even though there were only four people here, a commotion had already started.

A Golem! Nations had researched for years to develop one! Although they had made quite a few, none were successful! Yet, this damned kid just casually had one by his side! Could this be tolerated?

"Kid! Where did you get this Golem from?" Professor Ding Ge interrogated.

"It was passed down by my ancestors!" Long Yi answered.

"Bullshit! Can this thing even be passed down by ancestors?!!" Professor Ding Ge cursed.

"Damn it! Half the genes in your body were passed down from your ancestors! What? You don’t understand genes? That’s due to your insufficient knowledge! If I say it’s ancestral, then it is ancestral! My father is a blacksmith! I am also a blacksmith! She’s the goddess of blacksmiths! You understand nothing!"

Long Yi retorted without hesitation, he was behaving in a completely irrational manner.

"Since Brother Long says it’s ancestral, then it must be ancestral!"

Little Zi immediately sided with Long Yi without the slightest hesitation.

"Yes, Brother Long never lies!"

Ai Lin also instantly joined in without any hesitation.

"Well..."

Professor Ding Ge looked troubled. For them, while the Golem was important, it was not their main research subject, and they didn’t have much knowledge about it. Magic was what they were most concerned about, and both Little Zi and Ai Lin were irreplaceable in their magic research.
