Chapter 2013: Chapter 482: Tormenting Each Other, No End Until Death (Part 8)
Yun Ya’s gaze landed on a spot, eyebrows slightly raised, picking up a tray with glasses of red wine, and walked through the crowd.
She accidentally bumped into someone, the girl lowered her eyes in panic: "I’m sorry... I didn’t mean to."
An unusual glint quickly flashed in Allen’s eyes as he looked at the frail-looking girl in front of him, raising an eyebrow and smiling: "I think you did it on purpose."
The girl was so anxious that she was about to cry.
"Little sister, look, your actions have dirtied my clothes. Can you afford to compensate me for this outfit?"
Neo smiled helplessly and said, "Don’t make it hard for the little girl."
Mr. Junior Muffy was really too licentious, not even sparing a waitress, though I must admit, that little waitress, despite being a bit scrawny, had quite the charm, even if he couldn’t exactly describe it.
"Duke, your words are incorrect. How is this considered making things hard? Little sister, how about this, you take me to the restroom and I won’t hold you accountable for your mistake."
The girl bit her lip, looking pitiably, "Alright... okay."
Watching their retreating figures, the man unconsciously moved closer to the girl, who seemed like a frightened little rabbit. Neo couldn’t help but chuckle, a trace of disdain flashing in his eyes.
It seems he’s tricking the girl into the restroom to make a move. Really... so licentious, how did Elder Muffy choose such an heir?
Not even considering what the occasion is.
Neo smirked and stopped paying more attention, something flashed in his mind, but it was too quick to grasp.
"Duke Neo?" someone called him, and that thought quickly vanished, Neo smiled and started conversing with the person who approached.
In the restroom, Yun Ya threw off his hand, giving him a cold glare: "Taking advantage of Miss here, you’ve got a death wish."
Allen laughed mischievously: "Hey, it was just to appear convincing, otherwise I’d lose my character, wouldn’t I?"
He then leaned closer to Yun Ya and smiled: "How long has it been since I last saw you, come, give me a hug."
Yun Ya slapped his incoming big face away, "Behave, I’m talking business with you."
Allen, seemingly boneless, leaned against the wall, "Speak then, were it not for you, I wouldn’t have bothered to come, a bunch of hypocritical people gathered together spewing hypocritical words, really makes me uncomfortable."
Yun Ya whispered a few sentences in his ear, Allen raised an eyebrow slightly, "Interesting, this Young Master likes it."
"Today’s party is finally a bit less boring." Finishing his words, he lowered his eyes to look at the girl in front of him, raised his hand to touch her face, quickly withdrawing before Yun Ya could get mad, disdainfully curling his lips: "So ugly, hurry up and change back, it’s making me uncomfortable."
Yun Ya glared at him: "It’s not for your eyes, now hurry back for me."
Allen raised his brows, put his hands in his pockets, walked a few steps, suddenly turned his head, and smiled: "Hey, how many favors do you owe me? Remember to repay, okay? Preferably in kind...." Finishing his words with an evil smile, he whistled and walked away.
Yun Ya arrived at the edge of the banquet hall, secretly observing the crowd, her gaze landing on Xi Lin, her eyes slightly narrowed.
Xi Lin’s eyes swept across her surroundings, secretly frowned, maybe she was just overthinking.
She whispered to Lemp: "Make sure everything goes without fail."
Lemp curved his lips, "Don’t worry."
Xi Lin glanced at Lemp, a fleeting glint quickly passing through her eyes.
At an angle where Xi Lin couldn’t see, a glimmer flickered in Lemp’s eyes and his mouth curved askew.
Just then, a commotion emerged from the entrance, everyone turned towards the sound, only to realize that Sangque had appeared. Beside him walked a woman in a black evening gown, with a black lace hat tilted on her head, revealing a sharp half-profile. Her red lips were fiery, exuding a powerful aura. Walking beside Sangque, her presence was not inferior to his, and she even exuded a faintly menacing authority.
