As she took in the scene before her, Ye Mingmei finally realized she had truly been brought to Yu Xiuzhun’s territory.
Even the clothes on her body had been changed.
Her original little dress had been replaced with a silk nightdress.
It was very fitted and quite comfortable.
Ye Mingmei’s nerves tightened; she immediately climbed out of bed and rushed to the bathroom, where she started checking the mirror for any signs.
After searching for a long time, she found not a single mark.
Only then did she breathe a sigh of relief.
Yu Xiuzhun hadn’t touched her; her imagination had just run wild.
Yet, considering his wicked behavior, it was truly strange for him to abduct her and then do nothing.

After hesitating for over ten seconds, she quickly left the bathroom and went to the closet to retrieve her suitcase.
She changed into a set of clothes, then covered her face with a scarf.

Just as she was about to sneak out of the living room, she bumped into the butler coming towards her.
"Miss Ye, you’re awake."
The butler lowered his head slightly in a respectful greeting.

In no time, she had reached the courtyard, just a step away from the villa’s gate!
Ye Mingmei’s face lit up with joy.
"Miss Ye, Mr. Yu has just sent Miss Yang away for your sake." The butler’s voice suddenly echoed behind Ye Mingmei.

Ye Mingmei froze, unconsciously stopping in her tracks, and turned to look at the butler.
