Rio summoned his purple stage Silver-Bloom king sword as the boy had decided to fight the lord beast.
Buzzing thunder danced around his body, illuminating him in blue as he used [Thunder Enchantment] to enhance his feet and sword.
Previously, Rio was not able to use his thunder elemental attack in front of others. He knew it could put him in trouble if others find out so he saved it as the last resort.

The lord beast was annoyed that two of his lunchtime snacks were ejected by the AI watch and the other one was stolen by the crimson-haired humanoid creature.
The giant monster patted the ground with its left claw as its eyes narrowed, preparing to lunge at its prey.
The lord beast thought it would be the one to attack but Rio disappointed him as he charged at the enemy, his grip on the silver-bloom king's sword tightening as it flickered with crackling thunder.
Seeing the boy leaping in its direction, the giant shadow viper fox hissed in anger and lunged towards him, showing sharp fangs at him in violent fury.
The crimson-haired boy dodged the attack at the last second as he used [Devlin's Movement Technique], vanishing in the air from the lord beast's sight.
The giant shadow viper fox was dazed as its prey suddenly disappeared, eyes filling with bewilderment.
Soon it felt a gush of wind right behind it as Rio struck back the giant monster's body with a powerful thunder-enchanted slash of his silver bloom king sword.
Unfortunately, his elemental enhanced attacks only made a small scratch on the lord beast's body
The beast had 150 physical power which made Rio's attack useless against its defense. If his purple stats points were a little higher then he could've wounded his enemy.
The giant shadow viper fox snorted at his weaker strike as if provoking him and making fun of his useless effort.
'Ah...his defense is so high. I need to use the kiting technique.'
Rio made a distance from the lord beast as he discovered his desperate situation where his attacks were not much effective to break the monster's defense.
The giant shadow viper fox glared at the boy with his red eyes that were filled with rage and desire to trample on this annoying human.
It launched itself at Rio again, who used his [Devlin's Movement Technique] to dodge but the beast was cunning as it was prepared this time.
It moved its long tail to hit the boy, catching him off guard and sweeping him to a far away distance.
The heavy attack felt as if it had broken his bones and crushed his muscles. The pain was so intense it burnt as if thousands of ants were crawling on his body.
'Ah...damn it... what a sly old fox.'
Rio tried to get up as blood flowed from his wounds. He used his silver-bloom king sword to support his body to stand up.
Soon the beast jumped in his direction again, its razor-sharp claws extended.
Rio narrowly avoided the attack, but the fox's sharp teeth grazed his arm as it passed by, splattering the boy's blood on the ground.
"Argh...." Rio gritted in pain as his face scrunched in agony.
He made a distance from the lord beast using his [Devlin's Movement Technique].
'I can't worry about my pain. I need to stay focused...so I can save Nyla...'
The boy collected himself as he wanted to save Nyla's life.
The fox circled around its prey, its red eyes locked onto Rio as it was preparing for its next attack.
The crimson-haired boy readied himself for the fight, charging his sword using [Overload Destroyer] which hummed with sound as the thunder crackled at the edge of its blade.
Just as the fox was about to lunge again, Rio saw an opening and kicked the ground beneath his foot to lunch himself at the beast with incredible speed.
He struck out with his sword filled with [Overload Destroyer], aiming for the fox's vulnerable belly.
With a flesh-tearing sound, the blade sank deeper into the creature's belly, causing it to let out a pained shriek. Its blood gushed out, dying Rio's hands and ground in red.
*Howl!!*
An enraged cry escaped the beast's mouth as it swung the mighty tail around in fury, catching Rio off guard and knocking him to the ground.
The giant shadow viper fox loomed over him instantly as it wanted to tear apart the human who injured it, its sharp fangs bared.
The crimson-haired boy used [Devlin's Movement Technique] to disappear and dodge the attack with a hair breath.
The battle raged on, with Rio dodging and the giant shadow viper chasing its prey with rage.
The crimson-haired boy could feel the sweat pouring down his face as he swung his sword again and again, trying to land a decisive blow.
The fox was fast and agile, while Rio had a big reason to not give up which was to save the vibrant girl who had broken her AI watch.
For what felt like an eternity, the two clashed on the battlefield, each one trying to get the upper hand.
Rio's muscles strained in exhaustion as he battled the beast, but he knew he couldn't give up as the boy had to save Nyla.
"I need to kill the lord beast... I can not lose this..." He complained inwardly.
The boy remembered how his teammates died in the fight against the giant shadow viper fox. He couldn't allow the same to happen to him as this would take away Nyla's life who was unconscious in the bushes nearby.
Summoning all of his strength, Rio started charging his sword by using [Overload Destroyer].
He faced the creature with renewed determination and began to dodge the upcoming attacks again and again.
Rio was kiting the lord beast to charge his sword with the [Overload Destroyer] using a higher amount of mana.
When he had used his thirty percent of mana to enhance his silver-bloom king sword, the boy decided to not dodge the giant shadow viper fox's next attack and took the strike head-on.
The shadow viper fox claw came towards him, meeting the sword's bade which penetrated its flesh, making it Howl in agony. However, it also wounded Rio on his left shoulder, as the blood gushed out from both the beast and the human.
Breathless and covered in sweat and blood, Rio was once again swept by the tail and thrown far away to the ground.
The beast cried in pain as its body was invaded by his sword charged with [Overload Destroyer].
Rio bleed profusely and a small blue orb started revolving in his hand that didn't grow in size.
*Howl!*
A terrifying heart-wrenching cry resounded in the forest as the giant viper fox shrieked in pain.
It glared at its target with hatred who looked lifeless in the distance.
Blood was coming out from the giant shadow viper fox as it licked its wound to mend it before deciding to run toward its target.
The ground shook as the beast galloped toward its enemy, leaving behind a cloud of dust.
A figure in distance slowly stood up and hovered its hand to throw away a small blue sphere towards it.
The giant viper fox eyes shone with arrogance as it snorted at its target and decided to take it to head it wanted to finish its the human in one hit.
"Heaven Destroyer!!!" Rio executed his next attack to send it away.
The blue illuminating ball disappeared into the middle air and appeared right in front of lord beast's head, a bewilderment shone in its eyes which changed into fear as the ball touched its body, growing in size to envelop him fully.
A big explosion occurred, and the crimson-haired boy teleported out and shielded Nyla by placing himself against the attack.
The lightning sphere enveloped the lord beast, buzzing like thunder as it devoured the monster completely inside.
*Boom!*
The ground shook with terrifying shockwave as the [Heaven's Destroyer] battle technique art was detonated, swaying and shattering many trees in its wake.
A bright blue light spread to illuminate a three-meter area, and a deafening explosion was resounded.
The impact of the explosion sent debris flying in all directions with a shockwave creating a terrifying pressure, hitting Rio's back and causing numerous wounds.
Breathless and exhausted, Rio gently lifted Nyla into his arms, checking if she was okay.
After a few moments passed, the cloud of dust cleared gradually.
An enormous crater was formed, and the edges were crackling.
A notification was heard in his mind that confirmed he succeeded.

Rio collapsed on the ground, hugging Nyla in his embrace.
