"I transferred half of my shares to Liling. In summary, she is the latest shareholder of Zhang Corp. You should welcome her." Saying they, Song Jujing sat on her seat without breaking her gaze from him.
It was not like Zhang Renshu did not understand her the first time, it was just that he couldn't believe his ears.
Why would she take such important step without informing him first.
"Jujing, what happened to telling me about this first?" He asked still on his feet.
"At least I did not give the shares to outsiders. Soon, I would have had to transfer the shares to her, but it is no harm doing that now. Being a successful brand owner, she gets to contribute a lot here."

"This is Director K, he is also a board member. He has been here since your father started Zhang Corp. " Song Jujing said calmly.
"Hello, Director K," Zhang Liling greeted while reaching out for a handshake.
Now being an official member of the Zhang Corp's shareholder was enough to get around the circle. Zhang Liling must get in good terms with the important ones in order to not be completely left out.
After the introduction, Song Jujing took Zhang Liling and went straight to Zhang Renshu's office.
"What are you two doing here?" Zhang Renshu inquired as his gaze followed them till they came to a stop in front of him.
Then without seeking his permission, they took the sheets there.
"Zhang Renshu, what's so wrong about giving my shares to Liling. Have you forgotten that you don't have any right to tell me what to do with my things?" Song Jujing asked.
She was definitely not there to pamper him.
He made it look like he did not acknowledge Zhang Liling as his daughter in front of the shareholders. Why was he acting like a child!
"You don't need my permission, but you have to tell about it first. Look at the two of you doing things together and making decisions without including me. What kind of family are we?"
Pointing at Zhang Liling who didn't seem to care about his feelings at the moment, he said,
"You got engaged and you didn't let me know. I had to find out through the news like those viewers. Both of you met the Fang family without me, I had to find out through my sources. What does the both of you take me for?"

Zhang Liling was about explaining things to him, but Song Jujing intervened.

Looking between her father and her mother, Zhang Liling knew they were about to go at each others throat and quickly put an end to it.
She didn't have the time and energy to watch them lash out at each other. She would rather go home to start making plans for her wedding ceremony than watch them fight, something that would yield to nothing.
"Dad, actually I came here to report something very important to you. You and mom will be the first person to hear the news, so no need to still be angry about the past."
Hearing her words, both man and woman turned their attention to her.
"What do you want to say?" Song Jujing inquired while giving her the raised brows.
Having received the baton to deliver the news she had, a smile turned up on her face as she happily announced, "Fang Bingwen and I are getting married on the 15th of October."
"Fifteenth of October? That's in a month or less." Song Jujing said on realizing how short the time was.
On the other hand, Zhang Renshu was concerned about a different thing. Without a change in his facial expression, he asked with his gaze on her, "When did you two decide on it?"
Seeing how close the date was, he was thinking that she had already decided to marry on that date since a long time ago, but was only telling him now.
He felt like he was left out again and she telling him now was just a cover up. But to his doubt, she gave a different rresponse
Still with a smile, Zhang Liling answered. "We decided about the date yesterday evening. We have been dating for quite some time and getting married a month after getting engaged is not bad. There is no need waiting anymore before we both get busy with our jobs."
"If you two are getting married soon, I must meet the Fang family first." Shifting his gaze to Song Jujing, he added, "I believe you will be in a better position to schedule the meeting. Don't you agree?"
Song Jujing scoffed. 'You think I don't know your pride is stopping you from reaching out to the Fang family first?'
