'Zhang Liling get your acts together!' Zhang Liling cautioned herself.
She couldn't believe that she was having crazy thoughts about her idol and her husband. Had she carried her naughty thoughts from Mr. Fang and over to them?
She really couldn't tell.
As Jia Li sat next to Fu Hua, she couldn't help commenting on Jia Li's outfit with a smile.
"Do you really like my work so much?"
Looking down on the beautiful floral dress that hugged her curves, Zhang Liling couldn't help smiling.
"Yes, I do."
"She also wanted to get in your good books," Fang Bingwen added from the side, which earned him a glare.
"Hahaha... It's not bad to please people. Liling made me happy by wearing the dresses I designed. I appreciate her support and efforts." Jia Li commented.
Who wouldn't like to see their dresses worn by people even if it was done on purpose.
That joy of seeing your work being used by other people or worn by them, was at another level.
Getting support from her idol, Zhang Liling calmed down a bit as she had earlier thought that Fang Bingwen was about to ruin business for her.
Was he trying to sabotage her new relationship out if jealousy?
"My idol is really the one that understands me the most." Zhang Liling said with a smile as the corners of her lips curled into a smile.
She looked happy to be supported by the woman she loved and admired.
"I saw the gift you gave to me, and I must say that I am impressed. You didn't just set up a brand for yourself, but you did well to improve your products. It is clear from your makeup products that you did your research very well."
Jia Li couldn't help but to compliment Zhang Liling on her brand after receiving her products and trying them on for herself.
She really was impressed.
"Thank you," Zhang Liling giggled while fiddling with her fingers.
She was suddenly feeling elated being praised not just for her personality, but on the hard work she had out into her brand.
What was better than that?
She had even preferred getting complimented for her brand to attracting the glory for herself alone. That way, her spirit would be riled up to work even harder.
"There is nothing to thank me for, I was just saying the truth. I would have loved to apply your products on my face, but as I didn't want to keep you waiting, I had to come out as I was."
Smiling, Jia Li gestured with her hands.
"On this note, I would like to propose a deal to you."
Hearing that, and knowing that it was something that was going to be beneficial her given the kind of person Jia Li was, Zhang Liling adjusted her sitting position as her ears perked up.
"Would do you say about Glint partnering with FJ for this Christmas show we have in November?"
"What? I-Is that even possible?"
Zhang Liling who had unknowingly shifted to the edge of her seat, seemed to be in doubt.
Does her idol know what it means for a tiny brand like Glint at the moment, to partner with the big FJ Styles for their Christmas collection show?
No. She didn't think she understood what she was saying.
As for Fang Bingwen and Fu Hua, both men remained silent and watched the dialogue between the two women.
"Of course it's possible. My darling can speak to the board about that as I want to do something for you. It is normal for majority of the big brands out there to not want to use small brand when they are having a big show as there is nothing to gain from them.
But in this case, things are different. I just want to help in this format to boost your brand because your products are worth it, and you are a new entrepreneur in this huge market."
Seeing those eyes as beautiful as a doll, Jia Li couldn't help but to keep the smile on her face.
"Well, we are doing this only once, so you can relax. But when you brand gets bigger, you will have the opportunity to fight with other brands to be a part of our fashion show sponsors." Jia Li winked.
For a few more minutes, Zhang Liling was speechless. She could feel all kinds of positive emotions swirling in her, but she didn't know how to let it out
Thankfully, Fang Bingwen was next to her so she was able to grab his hand for support.
"D-Do you really mean what you say?" She couldn't help but want to get reassured about her words even though she heard them clearly.
She wanted to get one more affirmation of her promise before she would jump for joy and of course, Jia Li's gave into her little demands, with Fu Hua adding to the point.
"Ms. Zhang, I will help to keep my wife's promise. You must be lucky for her to want to do this, as she normally doesn't interfere with decisions of this sort in FJ. I will speak to the directors a d get this deal settled."
Truly, Fu Hua had been saying the truth. Jia Li was someone who didn't like to abuse her powers. Even being Fu Hua's wife, she had never directly influenced a decision not meant for her to make but for Zhang Liling, she was willing to do it just this once.
How much does she really love this crazy fan of hers?
Understanding how huge this opportunity was for her, Zhang Liling country sit still. She left her place next to Fang Bingwen and immediately went over to give Jia Li a huge hug.
With her arms wrapped tightly around her, she had almost suffocated her if not for Mr. Fang reminding her to get off, only then did she react.
It was a big deal to choose a new name like Glint to partner with them by making up their models for the fashion show to release a new collection.
It really was a big deal because Glint would become more popular and more attention would be given to her for partnering with a brand like FJ.
For this big deal, Zhang Liling was grateful and couldn't stop thanking Jia Li and Fu Hua.
Some minutes later, their conversation carried off until Jia Li had to stop them.
"If we don't eat now, the food will turn cold."
At that reminder, they all rose to their feet and went over to the fine dining area with Fu Hua leading them.
Half an hour later, they were done dining and Jia Li finally went to bring her children.
As Zhang Liling had bought them a lot of things from clothes down to books and toys, it was only right to bring the children over to thank her and Fang Bingwen.
According to Zhang Liling, she picked the gifts while Mr. Fang paid for them.
Jia Li couldn't help laughing when she heard her put it that way. She was so funny.
A few minutes later after Jia Li had gone up the stairs, she returned holding the hands of two children, while the third one walked behind her.
"Mummy, is Daddy there as well?" A five year old little girl asked from Jia Li's right side as she raised her little head.
The little girl was dressed in a light pink sleeveless dress that reached her knees, and had a matching-colour headband on her head that pulled her entire full black strands of hair backwards.
"Yes, An Na, Dad is in the living room, you will see him now."
The little girl's name was An Na, and her handsome twin brother who looked like the mini Fu Hua dressed in a black trouser and spotted flowers on his sky-blue shirt was, Kai.
Both children were still of the same height and looked nothing like each other. Anyone who saw them separately would never know they were things unless they already knew them facially to be Jia Li and Fu Hua's twins.
And behind Jia Li was the nine years old famous first great grandchild of late Grandfather Fu, Jasmine.
How much the little girl had grown up to be.
She looked more mature than her last photos on the internet. Her height had increased, and her baby fat was disappearing from her face.
The little girl who had been plump before, was now quickly shedding of her baby fat.
At the moment, her younger sister An Na who seemed to be the younger version of her, had taken over from her looks and body size from when she was younger.
Together, Jia Li and her children made it to the living room where Fu Hua, Zhang Liling and Fang Bingwen were waiting.
"Wow!"
As soon as her eyes caught sight of the beautiful seeds from her idol, Zhang Liling rose to her feet with a wowed expression on her face.
"OMG! They are beautiful and looking all grown up!"
