Even with Mr. Fang's assurance, Zhang Liling refused to change her mind about her decision.

She insisted on not promoting her brand directly under her, forcing Fang Bingwen to come up with another solution which she willingly accepted.

Everyone, including their friends from different countries were going to promote her brand 'Glint' and bit just them alone.

With so many people from different parts of the world promoting the brand, including people from outside of their circle of friends, it would be hard for anyone to know that she was the true owner.

Fang Bingwen was trying to tie any loose ends to ensure that she didn't regret any decision because if her stepmother who was not worth it.

After discussing for a while, they got into action to start promoting her new brand.

First things first, Fang Bingwen created a group and added all of their friends and acquaintances to it before addressing them.

He made it clear of who the brand actually belonged to, while asking them to keep it to themselves.

Next, he set out a few instructions for a of them to follow.

At the end of the day, they were also going to share the graphics to their different friends and families to help promote the brand and make it go viral.

Meanwhile, the online ads were already running.

When Chuanli saw the message, he was the first to start creating an awareness before going on to message Zhang Liling concerning her brand.

He was already tackling her for not telling her about a great plan like that.

Soon, more of Zhang Liling and Fang Bingwen's friends who were still awake and was online at that time, immediately started promoting 'Glint'

Seeing her brand ads already being promoted online, Zhang Liling felt a sense of joy and accomplishments within her.

She was excited to have started something for herself.

That night, only Fang Bingwen started to promote the brand on his page. With Zhang Liling avoiding any thing that would link her to it because if the enemies she had.

The plan was for her to wait a few days before deciding to start creating the awareness on her page that way, people would think she was just following her boyfriend.

After the matter of her brand ads was taken care off, Zhang Liling brought up another important topic, and that happened to be the matter about employees.

"It's not too early to start scouting for them. That way, you will know you have everything ready. This will give you enough time to change anything." Fang Bingwen said while staring into her eyes.

"But I don't know how to go about it. This is my first time starting a company, what if I make mistakes? I can't hire a bunch of people who do not have any work experience. My business and I will suffer." Zhang Liling grumbled.

She too was a new comer in the field. She couldn't afford to hire newbies like her otherwise, she was better off being an employee under any company of her choice.

This was her problem. How to get the right people to work for her.

A deep sigh escaped from Fang Bingwen's lungs as he placed his hand on her shoulder and drew her in.

"Don't worry about that, we will do this together." He said, his soft tone resounding in her ears.

Leaning her head on his shoulder, she expressed her gratitude for his help.

"Thank you so much, Mr. Fang. I don't know what I would have done without you by my side. You are indeed a blessing to me."

"It's nothing. It's one of the least things I could do to help you. You haven't asked for my liver yet." He said as a smirk appeared at the corner of his lips.

Even at this serious moment, he couldn't help joking with her.

That goes to show just how much his sense of humour had increased after he let himself lose in front of her.

Zhang Liling laughed at his joke and hit him on the chest lightly. He didn't seem to stop amazing her.

Over the next few days that followed, Fang Bingwen helped her with hiring employees for her brand, which included office workers for different departments and store attendants, while she registered her business and got the licence.

Twice before her goods landed in City S, Zhang Liling hung out with Tungmei who asked her out after having not seen each other for a few weeks despite being in the same city.

The first time they both hung out, the two couldn't stop talking about how demanding their job has been.

"Do you dare to complain when you are the CEO of a future multi-million dollar company?" Tungmei queried as soon as Zhang Liling mentioned that she was stressed.

She couldn't help rolling her eyes at her.

"Hahahaha... Do you have something against me?" Zhang Liling laughed as she watched the frown on her friend's face.

For some funny reason, she seems to be annoyed and soon, she found out why.

"You are the owner of the company and you dare to say you are stressed? What about employees like us? If you say you are stressed, that means we have no hope."

Tungmei said this based on how most employees of different companies were treated as they were the ones that got the main jobs and being in that field, she felt to relate to how her very good friend was stressed.

For her, employees were the ones that did most jobs in a company, while the Bosses just looked over their work.

"I can see how much anger you hold against the Big Bosses and owners of any running business, but believe me when I say that I am stressed. CEO's do go through a lot of stress too."

Zhang Liling went on to give her instances by making her understand that no company owner would want his or her businesses to go down since they out w lot of effort into building.

In summary, she was trying to tell her that most of the times, it was the company owner that worked the hardest, as they would be doing everything they can to make their business continue to stand strong, while trying to expand.
