Mr. Fang was chatting with Bolin and Chuanli in the living room, when they heard the trotting sounds from a female heeled shoes.
As the sound of the heels got closer, Chuanli and Bolin got distracted and became interested in seeing Zhang Liling in her outfit, but that wasn't possible.
Zhang Liling didn't have to pass through the living room before she could make it to the entrance, hence the reason they were not able to see her outfit.
"Should I have given her a ride?" Chuanli said to Mr. Fang.
"Sure, but you would be going home from there," Came Mr. Fang's threat which was disguised as a response.
Chuanli respected himself and focused on the meeting.
They were currently talking about recreating the scent that makes Mr. Fang comfortable.
Althought the scent would still not stop him from getting irritated from other people's scent, he felt it would be nice to create something that made him comfortable.
"I think we should go to the lab to check a few things out." Glancing at the man, Bolin asked, "Mr. Fang, what do you think?"

Zhang Liling was dressed in a sleeveless turtle-neck short black dress, which had a net material plus an opening in her chest area.
The dress was designed and patterned with Swarovski crystals.
The black dress hugged her figure and brought out her shape. Her fair thighs looked very attractive in the short dress.
Paired with a black stilletos and the new pink bag she just got as a present, Zhang Liling was ready for clubbing.
She was just lucky that Mr. Fang didn't see her in that dress, as he might have asked her to go back.
How would it be heard that he allowed her to go out from his house dressed like that? He wouldn't even mind if all her female classmates dressed worse than her. As long as she was coming out from his house, that was a no-no.
Zhang Liling took a cab from outside the estate to the address in the group chat.
She had a full blown make-up on her face, with a smile sitting on her lips.
She looked very beautiful and hot tonight. More importantly, she was ready to party!
Zhang Liling was sitting in the cab while looking at the evening life serene outside, when she heard her phone buzz repeatedly in her bag.
'It must be a call!'
Taking out her phone from her bag, she saw the caller ID and smiled. It was Tungmei, and she hurried up to answer the call.
"Liling, are you still coming, you didn't call me back?!" Tungmei's voice rang out in a noisy background.
Zhang Liling could hear the sound of cars driving pass by, and guessed she must be outside.
"I was so excited that I forgot to ring you, but I am already on my way. Where are you?"
"I'm outside, and... I just flagged a cab down! Talk to you later..."
Zhang Liling chuckled at her response and took her phone away from her ear, and as she tried to put her phone in her bag, she got a call from her mum.
She groaned unhappily.
"Why did she choose this time to call me?!" She mumbled to herself while staring hard at the caller ID.
All this while she was indoors she didn't call, but chose this particular time she was outside to call.
The only reason Zhang Liling's mood changed at her mother's call, was because the woman might ask her to not go to the club.
Well, she can just try to evade her when the time comes.
Glancing at her phone screen again, she swiped to answer the call.
"Hello, mum!"
"I promised to call back, so I'm calling back now. How was your day? Did your father call you?" Song Jujing called.
"No he didn't, and I hope he doesn't." Zhang Liling sighed as her mood turned sour.
If her father should call her, the summary of his words would be for her to come back to the house since her exams were over.
She would have no other excuse to give to him.
Song Jujing understood and chuckled softly. "If he calls you and says anything, tell me. I don't want you to go back to that house. Shi Wenqian is evil, and she would have more plans cooked up to hurt you now that your father is getting ideas about letting you have a high position at his company."
Zhang Liling glanced at the driver, and deliberately moved her phone a little away from her ear when her mother was speaking, to test if the driver could hear her voice.
Seeing that everything was fine as she couldn't hear her mother's voice from that distance when she did that, she put the phone back on her ear and sighed in relief.
Although her mother's voice couldn't be heard, her voice would still be heard if she mentioned any name relating to her family, and she would hate to do that.
Thinking of how to stop her mother from having that conversation, she heard a loud honk from a truck overtaking their car.
"Damn it!" She cursed under her breath.
Yes, she wanted to divert her mother's attention, but not this way. Now, the woman would know she was outside.
"Liling, are you outside?" Song Jujing asked with a tinge of concern in her tone.
"Yes, I am!" Came Zhang Liling's response which sounded confident.
"Oh! Call me back when you get home, or we can talk tomorrow morning. I have a dinner with a friend later."
'That's it?' Zhang Liling was stunned and only regained her senses when her mum ended the call.
Is she wasn't in the car, she would have leaped for joy.
She knew her mother must have thought she was on her way home from somewhere, and was very appreciative for her wonderful misunderstanding which just saved her from having a back and forth conversation with her.
Zhang Liling was also happy that she didn't have to call her back later. This was another news worth being happy for.
Zhang Liling remained all smiles until she got to the club. As soon as she stepped out, she got whisked away by Tungmei who had been waiting outside for her.
"Yah! Take it easy or I'm going to twist my ankle!" Zhang Liling informed in an urgent tone.
Tungmei finally stopped pulling her. "We are 20 minutes... What the???!"
What Tungmei's eyes saw, her heart could not believe, and her mind could not comprehend.
