Chapter 520 Vincent's Death
"I never expected that you were going to run away not long after you came over." Jack who had just heard what Watson had said looked over and saw that the old man was already several ten meters away, running away. Without hesitation, he rushed after him.
Currently, Jack's speed had already increased drastically. So, no matter how fast Vincent was, he was still two stages below Jack in terms of levels. So, Jack easily caught up to him.

But from the looks of it, he had failed in his mission as a guardian. Not only was he going to fail the mission that was given to Derek, but, it seemed that he was no longer going to be capable of protecting Derek from Jack, if Jack wanted to kill him.
Jack approached him with steady steps. He had already decided to kill the old man, so, he was not going to play around with him. But, the old man was quite kind of resilient, something that surprised him.
If possible, he really would have wanted to recruit this guy to join his organization that was going to be built in the future. But, it was different. It was clear that this old man had already put his loyalty somewhere else. So, it was not going to be easy to change his mind.
Had It been a young man, then come up there would have been a chance of doing that. But, it was going to be a very difficult task for him to be able to convince this old man to join him.
"Can you… Can you spare… the young master?" Although he was undergoing a lot of pain, Vincent looked at Jack who was approaching and asked, with blood leaking from the sides of his mouth.

But this time, they had actually seen a person so strong getting killed easily by a youth. They did not know this youth as this was the first time that the majority of them were seeing him, and neither did they know the old man.

Jack did not care about what others thought about the situation. So, he went ahead and searched the old man, but, he was surprised that he did not find anything of value on the old man. It was as if the old man did not carry anything with him this time when he came over.
And, that was actually the truth. The old man thought that he was going to deal with Jack first, and after that, he will go back to the Panthers organization to watch over Derek to ensure that he had healed.
And, after Derek came out of his coma, they were going to leave this stronghold and go back to their own stronghold. But, he had not expected that he was the one that was going to die here, instead of being capable of taking care of Jack.
After realizing that there was nothing of importance on the old man, and even after picking a few useless things, the system did not give him any prompt of the income getting multiplied, Jack turned around and left.
As for the body, he did not care. After all, he believed that within the stronghold, there was definitely going to be a person that was going to be taken care of the corpses.

To him, since the greatest danger was gone, he decided to get out of here as soon as possible. Additionally, he was not even planning to go back to the Force organization base that was present within the stronghold, instead, he was planning to leave the stronghold in its entirety.
