"But even so, that is not something that I wanted us to discuss today. Instead, I wanted us to talk about the fact that there is just too much amount of money that is laying idle inside that bank account." The man continued.
"Well, it is true that it is not a crime for someone to possess that amount of money as long as the money is legal. But, you should know the situation that the country is experiencing. We are currently in need of much more money for development."
"Even though it is true that we can actually borrow the money from other countries, but, we don't really want to give in to the conditions that they had placed, in order to give us the money that we need."
"So, what I really wanted to discuss today was just to find a method that we can use to contact the owner of that account. We want to get into contact with that person to see if that person is capable of lending us money."
When the man saw the weird expressions on the faces of everyone present in the room, he coughed slightly and continued, "I know what you are all thinking. But, we are not going to borrow the money from him, but rather, the source that he is receiving the money from."
It was only after he mentioned this that finally, the group of eight people present in the room finally relaxed a little. After all, the government was going to lose its reputation if it borrowed from a citizen, only because he had a trillion dollars in his account.
"I can understand your point minister. But, do you think that the source of his money is actually going to agree to lend us such a big amount of money?" A middle-aged man asked.
"I am not sure about this and that is the reason as to why I wanted us to discuss about the matter today. After all, we don't have that much of a solution to the problem that we are facing now." The Minister of finance replied.
"But, shouldn't Mr. President be informed of something like this?" Another man who seemed to be way older than anyone present in the room asked.
"You should know the character of the president right now. As long as he decides on something, there's no way that we're going to change his mind. And currently, he has decided that the finance that we have received, is going to be spent on 'that' project. For the other sectors, they are definitely going to be ignored." The finance minister replied with a bitter smile on his face.
The conference room went silent again. It was only after a moment that suddenly, a man with a bald head spoke. "I guess all of this is pointless. Even if we want to borrow money from someone else, we will have to get the president's approval of the matter."
"And as we all know about it, the president's personality is not like just any person. He doesn't want to owe debts, and had it not been for the fact that he had been previously persuaded, he would not have even considered those countries."
"And now that they had given unreasonable conditions to be able to give us the money, I'm sure that the president is not going to agree to anything along the lines of 'borrowing', especially from an organization that we know nothing about of."
After his words fell, nobody retorted. After all, they knew that what he had said was actually the truth. But, there was nothing that they could do.
Perhaps they had come over simply because they wanted to console themselves, or perhaps, they were just getting desperate.
Since they were the ones that were in charge of the finances of the country, they were the ones that were being questioned about money by different ministries in the country.
And of course, since the project that the president had decided to fund was considered a secret, all these other ministries did not know about it.
So, all the burden was left for the minister of finance to take care of. But, there was nothing that he himself could do, considering that there was actually no money that he could give to these ministries.
The president had already given his word, and since he currently possessed the most authority and the most support in the country, there was nobody that was going to object what his decision was.
As for the president himself, after he said that all the money had to be invested in that project, he didn't even care about the other ministries, and neither did he care about their complaints.
Whenever anybody from a particular ministry went to him to complain, he would always direct them to the minister of finance.

And during just four days ever since the car was introduced to the public, the progress that had been made was so great that several industries that were involved in the automobile industry began experiencing losses.
At the same time, the market value of these companies had also began plummeting.
