Silence dominated the conference room for a very long period of time, before it was finally broken by a man who had a scar on his face.

"Where the heck has the pride of all of you gone to? Don't tell me that you're going to give up in just one week. How do you think people will talk about us, giving up when the competition has just begun?"

After his words, the conference room remained silent once again. Nobody had anything to say about what the man had said for a period of time.

"You know Simon, you have to put that pride of yours aside. Considering the losses that we have suffered during the past one week, I am not ready to continue suffering even more losses. For that reason, I am going to sell my hotel to whoever the owner of the Glaze hotel is." The sharp nosed man stated.

Silence once again dominated the conference room. Everyone began thinking about it, and they themselves began making their own decisions.

In the end, a decision was made. Everyone for themselves from there on. Previously, they had worked jointly in order to try and prevent the Glaze hotel from dominating the hotel industry.

But, since their efforts had failed, there were some of them that thought that it would be better if they decided to give up on that. Even though it was true that they were going to have a lot of trouble by starting another business, it was way better than continuously suffering losses until their hotels went bankrupt.

But of course, there were some of them that were not going to agree to give up on something like that easily. After all, they had placed a lot of effort in the business, some of them having spent decades of their life in the hotel industry.

For that reason, there was no way that they were going to give up. Even if they were going to fail, then they were going to fail with pride, rather than simply giving in. How was their reputation going to be affected if they decided to give up when the competition had simply began?

The group finally parted ways, and those who had decided to sell their businesses to Jack decided to go together, with the intention of trying to know who the real owner of the Glaze hotel was, and trying to make sure that the benefits that they were going to get were at the highest level that they could get.

To deal with this, Jack didn't want to face them himself. So, he decided to send Denali to deal with the issue. After all, it involved a lot of paperwork, something that Jack didn't want to engage in.

As for him, since he was going to get some of the top hotels present in the country, then, it was obvious that in just a matter of time, he was going to completely dominate the hotel industry.

As for what he was going to do next, he had decided to shift his attention back to the entertainment industry.

During the past week, he had not been simply dealing with the Glaze hotel. Instead, he had been utilizing both his professional script writing and songwriting, to create several quality works.

The merging of the two companies had already been completed. Kalmond Entertainment Company had simply joined The Rose Entertainment Company.

And with Jack's arrangement, Alex was able to provide some of those hardworking stars present in the company. For these people, Jack decided to offer them a new contract.

The contract's content were simple. They were going to be working for The Rose Entertainment Company until their retirement period. Of course, that was unless the treatment that they received in the company had dropped to an unbearable level.

In case they decided to break the contract, then they were going to have to live with the fact that, all the works that they produced, would be under the name of The Rose Entertainment company.

Even though the conditions might be harsh, Jack wasn't willing to force anybody to do that. That was just a matter of decision. If one agreed to the contract, then they were going to be provided with lots of quality works.

The company was going to promote them, in order for them to reach the very top. All that they had to do was to perform well.

Due to the harsh conditions that were provided in the contract, many of the stars that have been selected definitely refused. But, there were a few of them that agreed to that.

These were those people that had a difficult life. For them to be able to be signed by The Rose Entertainment Company, that was their dreams come true.

But, due to the management that was present before, they had not managed to get to the top even after putting a lot of work. So, they were definitely desperate to get another chance to reach the top.

After they agreed to this, the works that Jack had been preparing for the past few days were distributed to them. And when they received them, these people all suddenly felt that they had made the right decision.

With the promotion from Alex, who was the CEO of the company, these people were all given chances. During the following week, they should have already done enough practice to start releasing the works that they had been given.

It wasn't just the acting department, but even the singing department as well. The songs that Jack had written were classic. If they were released, they were going to be a hit.

To make sure that nothing went wrong, Jack had even provided a music sheet. With this, the producers had an easy time creating the instrumentals for the songs.

Additionally, to promote this songs, Jack had decided that some of them were going to be used in the scripts that he had written. Once they were produced, these songs would perhaps be the theme songs.

Since the production of the scripts was going to take a long time, Jack had decided to resort to short clips to boost the popularity of the rose entertainment company.

As for the songs, the production was going to begin during the following week. Jack had already spent a lot of money to acquire the top producers, directors, and other people that were required for quality work.

As the second week ever since the Glaze hotel began making a big move, several types of reports began appearing on the news.

<Abcd hotel has been acquired by the Glaze hotel.>

<1234 hotel has been acquired by the Glaze hotel.>

<#(-& hotel has suddenly gone bankrupt.>

<Soaring Eagle hotel is on the brink of collapse, with the owner of the hotel not being found. It is as if he has disappeared.>

When this happened, a commotion rose among the netizens, as well as other people that were following the hotel industry closely. They couldn't believe that such a drastic change could happen in just a matter of weeks.

As some of the hotels began going bankrupt, those people that had refused to sell their hotels finally came to a realization that they were going to suffer even more, if they dared to continue competing with the Glaze hotel.

For that reason, they desperately decided to seek attention of the person who was in charge of acquiring the hotels. And of course, since they had already caused Jack to lose a lot of time, Denali decided to make sure that the price that she offered was lower than she would have offered normally.

With her business skills, it wasn't anything difficult for her to convince these people. And in the end, she finally managed to acquire the very last hotel that was yet to go bankrupt.

And with the acquisition of the last hotel, the Glaze hotel finally became the biggest hotel. Even though it didn't monopolize the entire food industry, it had already managed to be a step away from being able to monopolize the hotel industry.

And with the completion of this, Jack was finally only four companies away from completing the condition that had been stated by the system. He was looking forward to the upgrade of the system authority that was supposed to happen in the near future.

As for the Soaring Eagle hotel, even though it was still present, it was just a shell of its previous self. The reason behind this was due to the fact that, when the top echelons of the hotel noticed that the hotel was going to collapse, then they decided to make sure that they benefited themselves.

For that reason, scandals began appearing one after the other, a certain amount of money disappearing without a trace, certain low quality products being bought at a very expensive price and so on.

This was like the final nail on the coffin for the Soaring Eagle hotel. Jack didn't have to make any other move for it to collapse.

Due to that, during the third week after the Glaze hotel made a big move, the Soaring Eagle didn't exist anymore as it had been acquired by Jack.

Of course, John had no choice but to sell the Soaring Eagle hotel. Even though it was against his wishes to sell the hotel to Jack, he didn't have a choice because of the huge amount of debts that he had incurred.

He had to try and get a source of money, to start paying off the debts. But, he wasn't even given a chance before he was taken away by the military. It was finally time for him to serve a sentence for the crimes that he had done, by collaborating with the enemies of his own country.

And as he monopolized the entire hotel industry, Jack finally turned his attention towards the entertainment industry, where, his efforts had already began paying off.
