Chapter 1502 Drink For Courage
Jake was laying in bed on his stomach randomly, his legs which had shoes on them were hanging out of the bed and it looked like he could not even walk properly or handle himself to sleep properly and fell on the bed, losing his balance.
'This asshole, he put on his shoes and I thought he left. If he wasn't planning on living, why put on shoes? Ruined my sleep and exhausted me by making me run to look for him while he himself is sleeping peacefully here.'
Noah felt like getting to him, holding his collars and punching him hard on the face, and even thought to kick him out of bed but… against what his angry mind wanted, he calmed down and walked ahead to make the drunk guy sleep comfortably. 'He was at least sane enough to not go out when he could not. He knows to use his brain even though it's rare.'
He removed Jake's shoes and put them next to the bed. He pulled him up in bed so his legs won't hang in the air.
"This guy is getting heavy like a bull...ugh.."
He managed to put Jake right in the bed and moved his legs to lay straight. Once Jake was settled, Noah covered him with a quilt and sat at the edge of the bed as he looked at that sleepy guy. He found it unable to move away from there.
This blond handsome guy was stuck in his heart like a painful thorn that he could never take out even if it pained him. He knew he had to continue living like this as he would always keep loving this guy. There would be no one but him.
Noah leaned closer, "You have kissed me forcefully so don't mind it," and leaned his face closer to Jake's as his lips touched his' gently. Noah closed his eyes and felt that gentle touch of his lips as if trying to imprint it in his mind. After a few moments he moved back and the gentle expressions on his face changed to cold ones.
"The first thing I'll do when you wake up is to kick your royal ass out of my home," he stood up, turned off the lights, and left to go back to his room.

Back in England.
Jiang Yuyan and Lu Lijun drove towards the place of the date. The black luxury car stopped by the beachside place. Lu Lijun stepped out of the car and went to Jiang Yuyan's side. He opened the door and offered her his hand like a gentleman. She accepted it and stepped out of the car.
Lu Lijun was holding a jacket in his hands for Jiang Yuyan which he put on her shoulders.
"Jacket?" she asked.
"It can be a little cold and you are wearing short clothes," he replied as he adjusted that stylish jacket on her shoulder.
"Thank you," she replied with a smile, only to hear him, "But, don't worry. You won't need this later."
He said it normally but Jiang Yuyan knew what he meant and little blush covered her delicate cheeks as she awkwardly cleared her throat.
"It's set," he said, letting go of her jacket and she looked around finally. On the right side, there was a sea and the sound coming from those sea waves was creating a pleasant surrounding. She looked at the other side and found the entire place was decorated with beautiful lighting and flowers and many other decorative things.
She observed the beautiful surrounding while holding Lu Lijun's hand. "Is this all for our date?"
"What do you think?" Lu Lijun asked as he gestured for her to walk ahead.
"It's beautiful," she said while looking around.
There was a small set of staircase which was lit with numerous lamps on both sides
She had never gone on any grand date outside except for her first date with Lu Qiang which he had arranged on her birthday in their house when he confessed to her. That was the place that belonged to Lu Qiang and it was given that he would prepare something for her birthday. Everything at that time was a surprise to her as she didn't know it was even a date but this time it was a different feeling she was having as she knew it was a date and she was looking forward to it. She felt like any young girl who was excited about her date and felt glad to see all these arrangements.
she walked on those wooden stairs to go up while holding Lu Lijun's hand, curious to know what was up there. Just as they reached up, her gaze was welcomed by the beautiful view of the well-decorated sitting arrangements made in the center of the wooden platform.? It was as expected every dinner date could have, but everything looked so beautiful with the atmosphere created there with numerous tiny lights and flowers, the sea breeze, and the sound coming from it.
It reminded Jiang Yuyan of her first date with Lu Qiang as he had made the same arrangements on that big size balcony of their home.
Jiang Yuyan walked over the flower petals towards that well-decorated table having two chairs around it. She observed the wine bottle placed on it along with the glass, "Seems like you want me to drink today."
"I thought you might need it," he replied, his words suggestive of what she needed it for.
"I might," she agreed and saw Lu Lijun pulling out a chair for her. She sat in it and then spoke, "It's sad you can't drink."
He pulled the chair out for him and sat as he looked at her, "I don't need the help of alcohol to gain courage," he commented, "but if you feel that bad, I can just taste it from you," his gaze moved to her delicate lips which already had wine red color lipstick on them.
Jiang Yuyan didn't deny his claim. She didn't think about it but as they were finally here, she needed the courage for this date to go as planned and she won't ruin it.
