Chapter 1498 Experienced Woman
The entire day Lu Lijun continued to work as Jiang Yuyan enjoyed the peaceful beach, playing in water and collecting beautiful shells along with.
Finally Lu Lijun finished work and closed his laptop. He had to bring Jiang Yuyan on a date that he had planned for her as a surprise- a special date and a special night for both of them. Lu Lijun walked down the stairs that led the way from the cottage to the beach.
Jiang Yuyan was sitting on the beach while waiting to witness the beautiful sunset. Lu Lijun went to her and sat next to her.
She looked at him with a pleasant smile, "Did you finish work, finally?"
"I did," he looked back at her and continued to observe her face.
"What happened?" she asked.
"You look like Yuyan in the past who used to be happy like this," he replied as his eyes admired that beautiful face of his woman.
She narrowed her eyes at him playfully, "You mean I again look younger now like in the past even though I am old?"
He tucked her floating hair strands gently behind her ears, "Other than changing your hairstyle from young girl to matured woman, you still look the same."
It delighted her as the smile on her lips widened, "Really? That's a good thing to know."
"Does looking young matters a lot to make you happy like this?" He raised a brow.
She nodded, "Which woman would not like to hear that she still looks young? It's like every woman's dream is to look forever young."
"Well, it doesn't matter to me. Even if you look old, you will still be my Yuyan."
"Sweet talker," she chuckled, "It's good that I look young as I can't be less attractive than you. Your beauty makes me nervous that you will be so handsome and I'll be old soon."
"Beauty?" he raised a brow again. Handsome should be the word to describe him.
"Don't you know how beautiful you are?" she asked, "so beautiful that I wonder how can a man be so wholesome. So beautiful that I don't want to see anything but you."
He felt speechless as he didn't expect her to say it like this, "Shouldn't I be the one to say this for you?"
"Well, I am experienced in the matter of love so you don't have to woo me with such a sweet talk. But as it's your first time, I might try to woo you like this. Isn't it good to have an experienced woman?"
He offered her a questioning gaze. "Am I being underestimated for being inexperienced?"
"Maybe," she chuckled, "It's not my fault that I am experienced."
He stared at her for a while as his gaze changed.
"What?" she asked, feeling a little doubtful of this change.
"Then, when do you plan on using this experience on me?" he leaned closer and whispered, "maybe tonight? Will you take a lead using that experience?"
With her eyes opened wide, Jiang Yuyan felt her heart skip a beat as she didn't expect him to take things this way. She was just teasing him and he….
"Will you let me see the experienced you, Yuyan?" He looked back at her, "pleasing me, teaching me and showing me how it is done?"
"You..are being shameless again.." she replied in a low voice.
"I am just taking advantage of having an experienced woman as you said just a while ago," he replied, looking at her shy and lowered face.
"I didn't refer to what you are saying."
"I was just teasing you," Lu Lijun held her chin and made her look at him. "Don't worry, though I am not experienced, I will take good care of you."
Yuyan's face turned red at what he said and no word could come out of her mouth while her eyes only observed that handsome confident looking face.
"Hmm?" he let go of her chin to ask what was in her mind.
"Will it ever bother you that…I have already…I mean…Umm.."
Her lips were sealed before she could say anything further and he kissed her gently. He let her go after a while and looked into her eyes with a gaze filled with love. "Never. It never bothered me and doesn't matter to me."
"I just thought that...I am not v...."
"That thing which is gone, is just useless thing to even mention about," he interrupted her as he looked into her beautiful eyes. "That thing doesn't give me any proof of what kind of a person you are. It doesn't tell me how much you love me or how much I mean to you. It proves and shows nothing about you which I can feel and see with my heart. With it's gone, you are still the same person, you are my Yuyan. So do not think or mention it ever. Understood?"
Jiang Yuyan nodded like an obedient girl and smiled at him.
"Good girl," he patted her head and then heard her, "Oh, it's so beautiful."
The two looked at the sea where the sun was ready to hide behind that vast seabed and the sky was decorated with beautiful colors, making it look like a beautiful painting.
Lu Lijun followed her gaze and watched it as well as he wrapped his hand around her shoulder. "It feels beautiful like this."
She smiled and nodded. Once the sun was set, he said, "We have to get ready and leave."
"A date?" she asked.
"Hmm! Let's go." He stood up and offered her his hand which she accepted and both returned to their cottage.
When they entered the drawing room, Yuyan saw there was a big size gift box placed on the sofa, "What is it?"
"It's for you. Open it," he said and walked with her towards the sofa.
She opened the box while Lu Lijun stood by the side with his hand tucked in the pockets. Inside the box there was a dress, accessories and pair of heels. She touched the red dress, "It's beautiful," and then looked at him.
"It's for our date."
"Did you select it all?"
"Hmm. I think this dress will look prettier when it's on you."
She narrowed her eyes at him, "Shouldn't you say I will look prettier when I wear it?"
"You are already prettiest and you make things around you look prettier."
She sighed and closed the box, "There is no defeating you in a word fight."
"You can defeat me in another kind of fight," he offered her a meaningful gaze with a light smirk.
She sighed and stood up, "I will shower and get ready."
He nodded, "You go ahead. I will put this box in the bedroom."
Jiang Yuyan walked ahead and went to the bathroom while Lu Lijun carried that box for her. She didn't look hesitant to go on that date and instead looked excited and much willing which showed she was finally ready for him, ready to accept him entirely. A light smile painted on his lips as he put that box on the bed.
