Jiang Yuyan was wearing a simple but elegant formal perfectly fitted knee-length dress. Her hair was tied in a bun and she wore heels. She looked ready to go to work.
Just then Martha came and greeted Jiang Yuyan, "Good Morning, Young Mistress?"
"Morning, Martha."
"Breakfast is ready. All of you can please come to the dining room," informing Martha left.
Xiao Min immediately went to her, "Good Morning, boss."
Just then Noah whispered to Lu Lijun, "The way things are going between you two and you are even sharing the same room, shouldn't Martha call her the Fourth Young Mistress?"
"The day it will happen, I will give you whatever you ask me," Lu Lijun whispered back to him.
"I see it won't be that long. You better prepare to keep your promise," Noah commented and Lu Lijun nodded with a light smile.
Jiang Yuyan noticed the two but didn't know what they were talking about and heard Xiao Min, "Boss, do you plan to work today? You should rest."
"I will get sick with too much rest," she replied and walked ahead.
Noah stood up and greeted her, "Good Morning, President Lu."
"Morning," she replied and heard him again, "Apologies for troubling last night, President Lu."
"What happened?" Xiao Min asked worriedly.
Before Noah could answer, she spoke, "It's nothing, Xiao Min. Let's go for breakfast."
The boss and assistant walked towards the dining room and Noah smiled as he looked back at Lu Lijun who was still sitting on the sofa and was looking at his woman going away.
"Why do I feel like President Lu avoided looking at you," Noah asked.
Lu Lijun, who had noticed it too, stood up, "Don't know."
"Don't lie. You must have done something last night." He insisted as the two walked towards the dining room, "Tell me what you did last night."
"Something that Jake is dying to do with you," Lu Lijun answered.
Noah was about to open his mouth but closed it again to avoid hearing something even rash from his friend.
When they reached the dining table, Jiang Yuyan and Xiao Min were sitting in their chairs. Martha served breakfast and everyone started. Jiang Yuyan was quiet so Lu Lijun asked, "Do you want to say something?"
She looked at him and nodded.
"Go ahead," he said.
She looked at Martha, "You can move my stuff back to my room."
Before Martha could say a word, Lu Lijun spoke, "Why?"
"It's a big house and there are so many rooms, No need to stay in one room," she answered.
"That I know but you get nightmares and someone needs to be with you," he said and warned while his sight passed by Xiao Min, "Don't dare think about having someone else by your side in your room.'
Xiao Min suddenly felt like a criminal who was getting accused without committing any crime while Noah smiled at what was happening around the table.
"I am fine on my own," Jiang Yuyan insisted.
"You are not. Your method of distracting yourself from the nightmare is useless. You will need to use my method," he said as he looked straight into her eyes.
With her eyes wide open at this shameless guy, she felt like food stuck in her throat.

Lu Lijun passed her a glass of water. She accepted it and swore she just saw an evil smirk on his lips. For a moment she thought he was his elder brother who never bothered with embarrassing her in front of others by saying whatever they felt was right.
Noah knew something was there that must have happened as his friend was sure not a saint while Xiao Min felt like his boss like in the past when Lu Qiang was alive.
'Are these two getting along well now? she looks changed," Xiao Min thought, 'If it's the case, then all good.'
Noah, who was smiling, thought to continue this teasing as he was in a mood to get some early morning entertainment.
"By the way what method are you talking about Lijun?" Noah asked.

Jiang Yuyan put the glass back on the table with a loud thud and looked at Martha, "No need to move my stuff." She was worried that the shameless guy might answer his friend. To stop them further from talking, she looked at the three and said, "We should finish breakfast fast. I don't like to be late for work."
Noah did not dare say a word as the final decree came from the boss of Lu corporation while Lu Lijun acted as if nothing happened and continued eating. He could not deny she looked so adorable when she is flustered like this.
Jiang Yuyan was the first one to finish her breakfast and stood up. "I am waiting outside."
Xiao Min too had finished and stood up as he followed his boss leaving the two friends behind.
Noah looked at Lu Lijun, "I didn't know president Lu could act this adorable and cute other than being cold all the time."
"She was born like that but was lost somewhere," Lu Lijun commented and glared at his friend, "No need to observe how cute and adorable she is. You focus on your guy."
"I was just praising her. Don't act like I will hit on your woman," Noah countered and frowned, "There should be a limit to jealousy."
Lu Lijun ignored him and heard Noah again, "By the way what method did you use?"
"Why do you want to know?"
"I am curious. Oh, well, It might come in handy when someone around me is having a nightmare," Noah asked cheekily as he knew it was something naughty.
"Don't worry, Jake never has nightmares. I will share my method with him so he can use it on you as you like the one who can have nightmares."
Noah turned silent as there was a time in his life he had also suffered. Lu Lijun noticed this sudden change in him and realized he should not have said it.
"Noah, I don't mean to…"
"I know. It's fine," Noah assured.
