Alister knew that the Fire Dragon King would be of great use for him. After all, the Fire Dragon King was technically the strongest man in this world if Alister and the two gods weren't included.

In the end, even after the Headmaster of the Long Academy took out his top-grade Electric Dragon King and performed his half-dragon half-human form, the Headmaster was ruthlessly swatted to the ground by Alister's palm like a weak fly.

The Emperor of the Zhou Empire was slapped to the ground along with their ancestor by Alister. However, he was displeased with how stubborn they were even when faced with his power so he could only continue beating them up without seriously injuring them.
It was only when the crown prince of the Zhou Empire pleaded and showed his submission that Alister mind controlled the Zhou Emperor and Zhou Ancestor while crowning the Zhou Crown Prince as the emperor. Of course, Alister didn't forget to place a mind bug on the new Emperor of the Zhou Empire.
Alister repeated that same process in the Ling Empire since it just so happened that these two empires seemed to have the same stubborn emperors and ancestors. But in the case of the Ling Empire, the crown prince was as stubborn as his father so Alister could only crown the crown princess as the empress and left the management of the Ling Empire to her.
He didn't care much about who would lead those top forces as long as they were obedient to him. So even if the new Emperor of the Zhou Empire and the new Empress of the Ling Empire weren't Revered Constellation powerhouses, Alister didn't mind since that was the least of his problems.
After Alister dealt with the Long Academy, Zhou Empire, and Ling Empire, he headed to the rest of the top forces.
Those who had evil intentions would be mind controlled by him while those who were obedient would only be planted with a mind bug.
In the end, after a few hours of effort, Alister finally conquered all of the top forces in the Star
