I spent some time with Vanessa, it must be the first time we've talked just the two of us for so long.
Seeing the master's statue and the realization of who I am today compared to my past all got me stuck in the memories of how I got here.

But I found something of value that day, it was power, the power to fulfill all my desires, the power to do the killing I always thought of.
I didn't pay attention to anything else but that, I didn't care about anything else but what I would do with this kind of power.
All I wanted was that and I would do anything to get that power, I didn't care if it was the child or one of his so-called children, all I wanted was the power of a Vampire.
For a commoner like me, the tales of the great power of Vampires and how immortal monsters they are were things that one heard from the voices of fear of those who spoke about it.
I couldn't let this opportunity pass, being a Servant, maid or slave didn't matter to me as long as I obtained that power to release all the darkness within me onto others.
It started as hatred and obsession with power at first, thanks to which I stopped seeing other things that I was going to gain that day.

I look out over the city from where we were standing and it was amazing the way it was possible to see it.
After a few seconds, the sun disappeared leaving only darkness.
I was happy, looks like it wasn't just me wanting to beef up our defenses so everyone is safe.
Since our Evolution, I can feel that we are connected.
After the master has just given us this power I want to use it for the good of them and everyone around.
When night fell I went back to the mansion, I'll have to think about how I'm going to get used to this.
