''Kruh, krah!'' The leading Orc commanded the rest of the Orcs to go after the white-haired human.

The Orcs looked reluctant and even fearful when looking at the Centipede's body, but soon, their bloodlust and hunger defeated the fear.

They had some difficulties starting the climb with their massive bodies, but the spikes managed to carry their heavy bodies, and slowly, they started making their way to the top.

Only the leading Orc was left in the ground, but even he started climbing rapidly with hot breath leaving its disgustingly large mouth.

Isaac, who had reached the halfway mark on his climb, noticed the scene of green-skinned monsters coming after him.

''Haaahhh...'' He wiped his sweat and leaned closer to the purple armor, which made his posture rock solid.

After stabilizing his current position, he grabbed his Musket Rifle from his back and took five bullets from his leather pouch.

He started reloading, and soon the chamber was full.

He put the Musket Rifle back on his back and continued his climb.

*Bang*

Suddenly, the Centipede's large body started moving up and down, destroying the ground below and making a large dust cloud.

Isaac paled and used all his strength to grab the spikes. He looked below and saw the destruction mere movement caused, and he was certain that if they were still there... They won't even have time to react before death was upon them.

The Centipede soon again stopped moving, and Isaac noticed that the light around the cave system had decreased significantly.

A million fireflies that were still floating in the ceiling have been reduced by over half!

Isaac looked below and saw that none of the Orcs fell down, but they looked much more fearful than a moment ago.

''I have to hurry...'' He muttered under his breath and started climbing faster. Next time Centipede does something, it might not be as tame.

The Orcs also understood the severity of the situation and decided to start climbing as fast as their large bodies allowed them.

Half an hour and a few near-death situations later, Isaac reached the top!

He looked extremely relieved after grabbing the last spike before the top. He used it to pull himself up, and soon he was standing straight.

But, he didn't have time to relax as he quickly said, ''Interface.''

A holographic screen appeared in front of him, and Isaac decided to assign the stats before the Orcs reached the top.

First, he tried to press Strength, but to no avail, it didn't do anything.

He sighed and went to the second choice, which was agility.

[AGI: 55 -> 60]

[SP: 70 -> 65]

[VIT: 70 -> 80]

[SP: 65 -> 55]

[STA: 35 -> 50]

[SP: 55 -> 40]

[PRE: 100 -> 110]

[SP: 40 -> 30]

[CHA: 20 -> 30]

[SP: 30 -> 20]

[DEX: 41 -> 61]

[SP: 20 -> 0]

''Haahhh...'' Isaac closed his eyes and soon opened them again, feeling much more powerful.

But, after he opened his eyes, he saw that there was someone already waiting for him.

''You gotta be kidding me...'' Isaac was looking straight at the tail, which was only an inch away from his face.

He didn't move or do any sudden movements; he didn't even dare to breathe too loudly.

*BANG!*

A massive hand appeared only a few meters away from Isaac. The hand belonged to the first Orc that reached the top!

The Orc was breathing loudly and glared at Isaac with hate; soon, he pulled his body up and roared, ''KRAH!''

Isaac paled and quickly moved his head to the side while the tail brushed past his cheek and struck the Orc in the chest, making a sizeable hole in the muscular torso.

''Urgh...'' The Orc, with shock, stumbled backward, but he took one step too much and started falling down from the Centipede's body.

The tail quickly changed its trajectory and rushed towards Isaac, who was already prepared and used the thin blade to clash with the sharp tip of the tail.

*Clank!*

The tail quickly overpowered Isaac in a battle of strength.

Isaac's physical strength is too low for him to win in a battle of strength; the result was him getting pushed back with each collision.

Sparks flew as the tail and the blade collided; it even made a sharp sound that made the ears of everyone who heard it tickle in pain.

Isaac felt annoyed at the random and sharp attacks of the tail, which was getting harder to block with each passing moment. His arms had to suffer the full brunt of the attack, which made it harder for him to keep holding the gun.

In the distance, he saw more and more Orcs reaching the top, who only moment ago, had to see another one of their brothers dying.

Their rage was already blinding them, and once they saw Isaac battling against some unknown entity, they didn't care and started running straight towards the white-haired human.

Soon, the last Orc also reached the top. He was the leading Orc who was barking orders to the Goblins and other Orcs.

His menacing-looking red eyes saw Isaac, and with roars of rage, he also started running with its massive body, making a large booming noise with each step.

Isaac's current situation wasn't looking favorable. The tail was still doing everything in its power to kill the white-haired human who attacked its master.

*Pam!*

The tail did a sudden change in trajectory, and Isaac wasn't prepared at all!

The smooth side of the tail struck Isaac in the shoulder, making a loud sound of flesh getting smacked, and who knows what kind of damage that single strike did to Isaac's body, but it was clear what the shock of the attack did.

Isaac's feet left the ground, also known as Centipede's body, and was sent away like a ragdoll.

He crashed on the ground head first and rolled dozen more meters before coming to a stop.

[-200 HP!]

[HP: 50/400]

Isaac tried to breathe, but the air left his lungs after he crashed on the hard Centipede's armor-like body.

He could barely breathe, and his right shoulder was completely numb, but the pain sensors still registered as pain in the same magnitude as pinching.

It wasn't very painful, but the same pinching sensation was all around his body, making it very uncomfortable for him.

The only reason why he was still alive was because the armor he was wearing managed to block most of the damage.

He felt lucky but also unlucky that the tail was only targeting him and not the Orcs.

Looking behind him, he already saw the Orcs rushing towards him, while the tail was moving with random zig-zag movements, but it was also inching closer and closer.
