By the time Arthur was done writing the article, it was already afternoon.

This still left him with several hours of time till the login time, this he decided to do something else that had been on his mind.

"Since I already did some running in the morning, I may as well start my workout routine." Arthur muttered to himself. 'My first goal is to simply get into the habit of workout and then to build stamina.' He thought.

While he knew of several workout and diet regimens in his mind that the E Sports teams used to implement, all of them needed for Arthur to be at a base level. Which he certainly was not at. His body wasn't exactly in the right shape and wasn't getting the proper nutrients for the past few years.

Only recently was he starting to eat better and it would take some time for his body to adapt to it.

After all, long term malnutrition wasn't something that would be fixed overnight.

'At the very least it'll take me a month.' Arthur estimated.

His body's condition also meant that he couldn't exercise too much. If he pushed his body in this state, he would only end up damaging it.

But some light exercises without straining himself would stimulate his body, and help him metabolize the nutrients better.

With all that in mind, Arthur finally began his workout with some warm up and stretches.

After that he started squats. He did ten repetitions and his legs were already burning, prompting him to rest.

'At least one more set…' Arthur motivated himself and got back into it.

He did manage to finish the second set as well and then moved onto the next exercises. Push ups were a lot harder than he thought, and he barely managed to do five before his arms gave up.

And just as he wanted to continue through the pain, he suddenly heard a notification.

>Warning! Player Arthur's Stamina is below 10%<

"Huh?" Arthur stopped and laid on the ground, his eyes observing the red warning flashing in front of him.

"I guess it'll help in knowing when I'm at my limits. If I push myself beyond these I'll only end up damaging myself." Arthur said before drinking some water.

He also looked at his stamina, finding that it didn't restore a fast as it did in the game.

In fact, it took over an hour for it to reach 90% and then another fifteen minutes to reach the full 100%. This let him know that his stamina's recovery wasn't exactly linear.

'Interesting… Wonder how else are these stats affected… What will happen when I am sick for example?' Arthur couldn't help but feel fascinated. 'Will my HP decrease or will it still be stamina? Perhaps it'll just be the maximum stamina that decreases.' He wondered.

Arthur didn't just do this either. He also took notes, to ensure that he knew of all changes. After all, there was no telling when this information would come in handy. He didn't wish to miss important things like this after all.

His memories were getting fainter by the day, and if it were not for the fact that he had recorded everything early on, Arthur would be at a great loss now.

After the workout, Arthur also noticed that his Hunger bar was low, thus he went and made some lunch. Wanting to get on a healthy diet, Arthur made a sandwich with some Whole Wheat bread, stacked some tomatoes, cabbage and peppers in it and then fried an egg for some quick protein.

For the rest of the time, Arthur either spent it reading more things or checking news. He monitored every little thing that could lead to something major and also set up alerts for everything related to earthquakes. Having died from one, Arthur wished to be ready for any of them now.

He also knew about the ones that would be coming in the future now.

'Though how would I interfere in an earthquake?' it was this part that kept Arthur in a loss.

He did think about informing authorities, but what credibility would he have?

In fact, it could cause him trouble as the law enforcement might think that he was trying to spread mass panic and hysteria.

"And if I do get it right, I'll be put under even greater scrutiny. The government would want to know how I knew it." Arthur understood that both options would be disadvantageous to himself.

The only safe option for him was to avoid the area where the era quake would strike entirely. Though it would also mean letting others die.

~SIGH~

"It's not like I'll be able to save them all anyways…" Arthur had learned that firsthand.

The best Arthur could do was to save himself and continue to grow his personal wealth and power so that perhaps in the future he might be able to do something without any issues.

After all, if one had money and power, there was nothing in the world that couldn't be accomplished.

Arthur ended up spending his time thinking of many things before it was time for dinner. Whipping up some Black pepper chicken curry with rice, Arthur stuffed himself and then entered the Dream Pod V3.

>User Arthur Grey detected<

>Identity Confirmed!<

~HISS~

The lid of the Dream Pod V3 closed, sealing Arthur inside it.

A flash of lights went past Arthur's vision and soon enough, he was at the desktop screen. A few notifications were also present there for Arthur, but he ignored them for now.

'All of them are related to the forum guides anyway.' Arthur shook his head and focused on his main task, and entered Morpheus Online.

~SHUA~

A few seconds later, he found himself back at the Inn.

"Let's get going. The Armor is waiting for me!" Arthur was rather excited for it.

With a pep in his step, Arthur left the Inn. But as soon as he stepped out, he felt the heavy atmosphere.
