After Johan left, Arthur spent the time watching the Technicians assemble the Dream Pod V3.
'The internals are a lot more advanced than the Dream Pod V1 for sure. I was able to do repairs on the first version myself, but I don't think it'll be easy to do even minor repairs for Dream Pod V3.' Arthur thought while watching it all.
In his past life, he had used the Dream Pod V1 till his death. It was still possible to play Morpheus Online on it, but it was definitely worse compared to the Dream Pod V3 experience wise.
It was also something that was prone to breaking from time to time, and Arthur had to fix it himself. There was no warranty on it either as he had bought it used.
It also meant that the Dream Pod V1 had already sustained wear and tear, causing it to be more prone to damage from normal use.
Since Arthur couldn't afford repairs, he had to do them himself. Thankfully, there were more than enough videos about it and he ended up learning how to do it all.
But the Dream Pod V3 was simply on another level. The components of it were not something a layman would be able to repair.
'Thankfully, it won't ever have to come to it. The Dream Pod V3 will be covered for repairs for a couple of years.' Arthur thought.
Not to mention, Dream Pod V3 was far superior to the V1. As such, the chances of it breaking were also less. Then there was the fact that this was a brand new Dream Pod V3 with basically no wear and tear on it.
All those combined meant that unless it was damaged externally, Arthur wouldn't really have to worry much about the Dream Pod V3 breaking down somehow.
"We are done." The technician said after about forty minutes. "Please take a look and verify it yourself."
"Sure," Arthur said before placing his hand on the lid.

"It's working perfectly." Arthur nodded his head. "Thank you."
"It's our pleasure as at Hypnotek we strive for excellence." The technician said in a practiced manner.
"Also, could you sign this?" The second technician extended a tablet to Arthur. "It's the confirmation of service."
"Oh yeah," Arthur signed the screen with the stylus, as well as gave the feedback as requested. 'Five stars for moving my stuff for free is easily worth it.' He thought.
"Thank you for your patronage!" the Technicians said before taking their leave.
With them gone, Arthur got to another task that was left.

Arthur got his biometrics bound to the lock. It would make it so that he wouldn't need the key card to access the apartment.

Arthur first finished the basics before moving on to some additional features.

Arthur tapped the 'Yes' option on the screen before the next prompt appeared.

"So I'll be saying this in the real world too, haha." Arthur couldn't help but chuckle.
He quickly repeated the words, finishing this step as well.

"Of course." Arthur selected the option on the screen, before hearing a notification on his phone.

"Confirm," Arthur replied, noticing that even the security system was manufactured by Hypnotek.

"That'll be convenient," Arthur muttered before finalizing it all.
He looked at his phone and saw that there were several options available for him to control the apartment. He could control all the lights, the air conditioning as well as the intercom system, all from the convenience of his smartphone.
'The inter-compatible systems of Hypnotek are simply too good.' Arthur couldn't help but think.
He hadn't used many of their products in his past life other than the Dream Pod V1, as he didn't have the cash for it. But now that he was finally experiencing them himself, he realized why Hypnotek was the industry leading tech company.

"That's done…" Arthur let out a breath before slumping into the comfortable couch.
It was a refreshing change from his stiff bed and the hard chair. He could relax as he wanted on the couch and not worry about anything.

But it didn't take long for another notification to pop up.
"Mmm… I feel too lazy to go out for food." Arthur just felt like lying down on the couch and watching some shows perhaps.
He lay on the couch for five minutes before an idea appeared.
"WAIT! I CAN ACTUALLY AFFORD FOOD DELIVERY NOW!" Arthur stood up while exclaiming.
Just thinking about the hundreds of potential options, Arthur's mouth started to water.
He quickly downloaded the food delivery app and scrolled through the numerous things that the establishments offered.
'So many choices…. This just makes it harder.' Arthur thought. "How do I pick?" he wondered.
After thinking for a bit, he decided to simply order from a high rating restaurant that was nearby. He didn't wish to wait too long for his food after all.
"Hmm… Hun Li's Dumpling Mountain… Interesting." Arthur saw that it was a decently priced restaurant that specialized in dumplings of various kinds.
It was also nearby, so the delivery would be quick.
'It's just down two blocks… I might go there in person too later.' Arthur took note before picking a few options through the menu.
He ordered an assortment of dumplings for lunch and also paid it off at the same time, costing him just 40 UC.
