Arthur went on to kill a few more Long Claw Trunel Prowlers and obtained more experience and their claws.
"Hmm… I got 71% Experience now." Arthur looked at the stat window.
He was close to the next level up and just needed to hunt a few more mobs. Though when he looked at the time, he also knew that he needed to be faster.
"I got about three hours left." Arthur looked at the clock.
His goal here was to get an assessment of the Trunel Woods as well as to map out the area. After all, Arthur had never actually been here in his past life. And the maps he had seen were also different due to the changes that happened over time.
If he wanted to carry out his plans, he needed the most recent layout of the area. Which was exactly what he was doing right now.
Arthur wasn't going straight into the depths of the forest either. Instead, he was roaming around in a wide area, looking for one of the bounties he had taken. By doing both things, he was hunting two birds with one arrow.
'If I can find the Wrapping Vine Viper, I should get enough experience to level up again.' Arthur thought. 'But before I fight it, I need something else…'
Arthur wasn't just looking out at beasts but was also watching the ground. He carefully looked at the vegetation that grew, as well as the small plants that were scattered between them. In the darkness, it would have been quite difficult for others to notice them, but Arthur was taking full advantage of his passive night vision.

'There's another one…' Arthur glanced at a slightly moving tree and the pair of eyes that were hidden in its thick foliage.
A minute later, another corpse decorated the ground while blood stained the grass.

Having killed and hunted another Long Claw Trunel Prowler, Arthur continued his journey. It took him an hour of wandering and hunting more Long Claw Trunel Prowlers before he finally found what he was looking for.
"And there it is…" Arthur kneeled on the ground and looked at a tiny flower that was growing under the base of a tree.
The flower was barely the size of a coin, while the plant it grew on was just five inches tall in height. It had small leaves, and white petals looked unassuming overall.
If anyone else walked past here, they would easily ignore it and not think much about it.
Though it was also normal, as it looked too mundane. Only the player with specific skills or luck might be able to discover the uniqueness of the flower.

"Perfect." Seeing that he had found exactly what he had been looking for, Arthur was pleased.
He carefully plucked the small white flower and wrapped it in a small piece of cloth so as not to damage it.
"There we go… now I can hunt for the snake freely…" Arthur said before standing up.
There was a reason that the Wrapping Vine Viper was difficult to hunt for newbie players. The snake itself might not have that much of physical strength, but it was deadly due to its venom.
Many players would die of the venom and would be unable to cure it in time.
Of course, they also had the option of buying a detoxifying potion in the town, but the cost for it was inhibitory for most. Not to mention, the potion would only work once.
If the Wrapping Vine Viper bit them again, the venom would spread again. And if they resisted using the potion, they would just end up dying before they could hunt the Wrapping Vine Viper.
So if one wanted to get the bounty, they either needed to be strong enough to kill the snake in a very short time or be able to prevent themselves from getting poisoned in the first place.
It was a difficult task and would get the players stuck for a bit. But all was not over just yet.
Morpheus Online had some difficulties that were complex to resolve at the start. But once the players adapted to the game, they would realize that there were several approaches to every problem.
For example, in the case of the Wrapping Vine Viper, one didn't necessarily need to be stronger than it. They just needed to prepare beforehand. And one didn't need a lot of fortune to get the detoxifying potion either.
All they needed was the will to explore and learn.
The solution to the Wrapping Vine Viper's venom was found in the same place it lived too.
One simply needed to find the White Button Trunel Blossom and use it before fighting the beast. Once they did that, they would be free to fight without the fear of getting poisoned.
This method was also the most effective and would be discovered a long time later. After all, the Wrapping Vine Viper was not a mob that would be one time occurrence.
It might have a bounty, but it was also a reappearing mob. It simply happened to be rare and needed some time to appear again. Thus, the bounty would reappear every so often.
Eventually, a few of the players happened to stumble upon the White Button Trunel Blossom and learned about its effect. Once that happened, the bounty became easy to do and was one of the first things newbie players in the town would take.
"Now to just look for the snake… though it shouldn't be that far." Arthur muttered, knowing that the Wrapping Vine Viper was usually discovered within a hundred meter radius of the White Button Trunel Blossom.
With his night vision, it only took Arthur about fifteen minutes to discover the snake.
"Hmm… Its camouflage is rather good." Arthur thought as he looked at the snake that was wrapped around a tree trunk.
There were other vines wrapping around the tree branch, which made it look like the viper was the same as them.
"Dragon's Insight!" Arthur used his skill.

This was especially concerning due to the fact that the snake's speed was simply too high!
'This might be one of the highest agility in mobs in this area…' Arthur thought after looking at the stats of the beast. 'Though the rest of its stats are low compared to its agility and dexterity.'
The main method that the snake used to kill its prey was through the use of venom, thus it didn't need much physical strength. All it needed was speed to prevent itself from getting injured by the others.
Though now that Arthur knew all this, he could deal with it easily.
'Time to get started.' Arthur took out the white flower and quickly ate it.
