Having obtained the rewards, Arthur was ready to leave the office of the Guard Captain. But before that, he had one more thing left to do.
"Oh, I also was told that I'm supposed to give the trophy here?" Arthur spoke up before showing the head of the Adult Black Scruff Wolf Leader.
"You killed the old wolf… that saves us some effort." Fredric nodded his head. "You can get your reward from the office next to mine. The bounties issued by us can all be claimed there." He informed.
"Sure, I'll do that then." Arthur said before leaving the office.
He walked out into the corridor and turned towards the only door that was next to the guard captain's office. Unlike the captain's office, this one wasn't open and he needed to knock on it.
~knock~ knock~
"Come in." The voice of a man could be heard.
~Creak~
Opening the door, Arthur walked in only to find three people in the room. Unlike the others though, they weren't dressed in the guards' attire and looked more like clerks.
"What do you need?" The man sitting nearest to the door questioned.
The other two men though ignored him and were deep in work. They seemed to be busy writing documents and were probably at it for a while considering the look of exhaustion on their faces.
It was already evening, thus it was obvious that these people were working overtime now.
"I'm Arzhur and I'm here to submit a trophy," Arthur replied to the first man.
"Hmm… The Adult Black Scruff Wolf Leader." The clerk easily recognized.
Next, he took out a large binder, from which he pulled out a bounty page.
"There are no records of you taking it beforehand," the clerk spoke.
"Yes, I killed it while on the way to the town." Arthur replied. "Is there an issue?" He asked.
"No, it is all the same." The clerk replied before writing something on the binder and then stamping the bounty page. "The bounty for the Adult Black Scruff Wolf Leader shall be considered complete." He stated.

"Here's the reward for the bounty," The clerk said before putting silver coins on the desk.

Arthur was happy with more coins and quickly stored them away for later. But before he could leave, he was interrupted.
"Since you managed to kill the old wolf, would you like to try your hand at a few more?" The clerk asked. "Though I'll tell you that these bounties are harder than the old wolf." He added.
"Sure, I'll take a look," Arthur replied, thinking that he may as well take the bounties for later.
"See which ones you want. We have six active bounties as of now." The clerk turned the binder toward Arthur, letting him take a proper look.
While there were many bounties in the binder, Arthur could tell that many of them were either old bounties or had been completed.
'Hmm… let's see…' Arthur read through the bounties.

Looking at the six bounties, Arthur recognized all of them except two.
'Except for the Hammer Leg Strider Beast and Ember Bellow Lizard, the rest of the bounties are the same as before.' Arthur thought. ' Though the Blood Mane Sickle Beast bounty was something the players were unable to take back then and it was removed from the bounty list. I think one of the NPCs might have done it.' He remembered.
"The bounties are in the order of difficulty." The clerk spoke. "Since you were able to hunt down the Adult Black Scruff Wolf Leader, I recommend you to try the Rock Stomping Wild Stallion." He suggested.
"Oh? Not the Wrapping Vine Viper?" Arthur asked.
"While the Wrapping Vine Viper is physically weaker than the Rock Stomping Wild Stallion, it also has venom. A new adventurer like you is unlikely to have the resistance to it. Not to mention, the Wrapping Vine Viper is good at hiding." The clerk explained. "On the other hand, the Rock Stomping Wild Stallion is a beast that just has physical power and is thus relatively straightforward to handle."
Arthur knew about all the beasts that were on the bounty list, including the last two that were not there before.
'I might not know about these beasts being on the bounty list, but it doesn't mean I don't know the beasts themselves…' Arthur thought to himself. 'Both the Hammer Leg Strider Beast and the Ember Bellow Lizards are mobs that shouldn't be in a beginner area like this. Which means they are outliers…' he analyzed.
The two beasts were actually normal mobs that were found in higher leveled areas and would not be found here.
'But if they are here, it only means that they were driven over here… They might be the weakest among their kin and had to get away…' Arthur internally smiled. 'The Ember Bellow Lizard is perfect for me, it shall be the first Draconid I kill!' he decided.
Arthur knew about the Ember Bellow Lizards and also knew that they were considered as Draconids. They were normally found in caves, but finding one here was unusual.
"Have you decided?" The clerk spoke up again, seeing that Arthur was silent for a bit.
"Yes… I'll take them all." Arthur replied.
"All of them?" The clerk showed surprise on his face. "You should reconsider, The Trunel Orc Chief and the bounties above it are all stronger than Level 30." He warned.
"That's fine. I don't intend to take them on right away. I'll get a bit stronger first." Arthur assured the clerk. "Don't worry, I won't get myself killed for no reason." He added.
