Chapter 76 Pampered by a Group of Young Beauties
Alex was quickly discharged from the hospital after stitching up his wounds. He would never forget the words that the doctor had said to him on that day.
"You must have a guardian angel looking after you, because the blade missed every major muscle, nerve, and bone in the hand. You should make a full recovery in a few months."
In hindsight, stopping a blade with the palm of your hand wasn't exactly the smartest idea. But Alex had moved before his mind could catch up with him. Thus, he had got himself injured in a way that was temporarily crippling, but thankfully not permanent.
With a bandage around his hand, Alex returned to his home, where his family lived, to find a peculiar sight. It was not just Min-Ah, Su-Jin, and Chae-Yeong waiting for him. But rather two other girls were waiting for him to return, which were Sakura and Dal. Both of which had incredibly anxious looks on their pretty face as they approached Alex and asked if he needed anything.
"We heard what happened and immediately took the day off from school. Are you alright?"
'Daddy, if you need anything, just let me know. I'd be happy to give you some comfort!"
Min-Ah and Su-Jin gazed upon the two shameless girls with envy and quickly forced their way into the conversation.
"Alex! Let your noona take care of you!"
"No! I am Oppa's first wife! The duty falls to me!"
Ultimately, it was Chae-Yeong who intervened, and forced the young women aside so that she could properly look after her son.
"Enough! All of you! Alex has had an incredibly tense day! And he needs to relax. Alex, take a seat on the couch, and I'll bring you a beer and a snack."
Alex did not say a word and did as his stepmother commanded, where she approached him with a bowl of white cheddar cheese puffs, and his favorite brand of beer. Immediately the other women vied for who was allowed to feed him, with Min-Ah squeezing her way into the seat next to her Oppa before any of the other girls could do so.
Since Alex had only one hand at the moment that could properly grab onto things, Min-Ah begin to feed Alex his cheese puffs while he watched tv and thought about what had happened earlier in the day. It was clear to the girls that he was taking his injury pretty hard. Or so they thought. In reality Alex was extremely pissed off at that stupid policewoman, who had interfered in him terminating the threat to Mimi's life.
Eventually, however, his mood shifted when the doorbell rang. Chae-Yeong opened the door, only to find that her favorite idol was standing in the doorway with her manager. If Chae-Yeong was holding onto something at this moment, she would have dropped it, instead she dropped her jaw, and spoke in a hysterical tone.
"Mimi!"
Mimi was, of course, confused why a mature Korean beauty was standing in the doorway of what should be Alex's home. And was quick to inquire about this.
"I'm sorry, I must have the wrong address… I thought for sure this was Alex's home…"
Chae-Yeong was stunned that Alex knew Mimi. After all, she had not been informed of what Alex was doing when he was stabbed. Only that he was attacked. Thus, she looked over at Alex, who was stewing in his own rage, while drinking beer, watching tv, and snacking on cheese puffs. She then looked back at the young idol and wore a bright smile as she invited the girl in.
"Oh, you're here for Alex? Come in! He's just recovering from the incident…."
Mimi entered the home and saw a bunch of young women surrounding Alex, doting on him, almost as if he were a Lion, and they were his lionesses. She was confused by the sight, and was quick to ask just what was going on.
"I'm sorry… I don't understand… Who are all these women, and what is your relationship with Alex?"
Mimi was too na?ve to understand that Alex was currently living the harem life, and could not fathom how all these Asian women were related to Alex. To which Chae-Yeong quickly explained in a way that would not reveal her dirty little secret.
"I am Alex's mother… And the two raven haired girls you see are his sisters. As for the rest, they are family friends who are concerned about Alex after what happened. But I'm confused. How do you know Alex?"
Alex quickly sighed as he stood up from his seat and walked over to Mimi, ignoring the rest of his women who were just pampering him moments ago.
"She's one of my clients… I told you I've been doing some work on the side as private security, right? Well, my employer asked me for a favor, and that favor was to protect her from the very man who did this to me…"
Alex then raised his wounded hand, which was wrapped in gauze, which caused Mimi to immediately react in shock. She grabbed hold of his wrist and inspected his wound for some time before asking for information about the man's injuries.
"I'm so sorry Alex, this is all my fault! You are okay, right? This injury isn't permanent, is it?"
Alex simply smiled as he petted the girl's hair, before assuring her she was not at fault for this incident.
"Relax kiddo, I was just doing my job. Besides, it'll heal soon enough. In the meantime, I'm just going to have difficulty with my right hand, not that it matters, as I'm a southpaw, anyway. I'm just glad you're alright. Thanks for stopping by. It means a lot."
Mimi blushed when she heard this, while her manager gazed at Alex with a hostile expression. This caused Alex to simply smirk in response to the woman's glare before speaking to his mother.
"Hey mom, I'm going to go take a shower. Do you mind entertaining Mimi and Ji-an for me until I get back?"
Chae-Yeong wore a pleasant smile and was just about to say yes when Sakura interrupted her.
"I'll join you! After all, you're going to need help in the shower now that you're crippled!"
This remark caused a great fight to break out among Alex's many women, which of course caused Mimi and Ji-an to become greatly confused.
"Like hell you are, you little slut! I'm Alex's noona! If anyone has the right to help him bathe, it's me!"
Min-Ah once more got the drop on the girls and grabbed hold of Alex's arm while pouting.
"Oppa is mine! I'll help him bathe, isn't that right Oppa?"
Of course, Dal could not let herself be counted out either, and quickly grabbed Alex's other arm.
"My mother is a doctor, and has taught me the basics of first aid! If anyone is qualified to help Alex shower it is me!"
This sight startled Ji-an, who was not nearly as na?ve and innocent as Mimi. She was just about to ask if Alex was fucking all these girls, including his step-sisters, when Mimi spoke up with an innocent tone in her voice.
"Is it normal for men and women to bathe together?"
Seeing how Mimi's innocent mind was about to be corrupted, Chae-Yeong put her foot down and yelled at all of Alex's other women.
"Enough, all of you! We have guests, and you are behaving like a bunch of bitches in heat! Alex can wash himself! Now help me prepare a meal. We are having a lot of people over today, and I need to make sure there is enough food for all of us!"
Alex was thankful for his mother's interference and quickly went up the stairs, where he proceeded to take a shower. If he thought the house was chaotic at this moment, he truly did not have any idea just how bad it was going to get.
Over the course of his shower, the doorbell rang with an unexpected guest visiting to check on Alex's condition. It was none other than Chun-Hei who felt incredibly guilty about apprehending Alex, which allowed the real criminal to escape.
The moment Alex emerged from the shower and descended from the staircase, dressed in nothing but a pair of compression shorts, he saw the woman he was most pissed at, gazing upon his chiseled body with an embarrassed expression.
Alex sighed and leaned against the wall before asking just why Chun-Hei had decided to intrude upon his peace.
"Just what the hell do you want?"
Despite encountering each other on multiple occasions, which led to the humiliation of the young policewoman. Alex did not seem the slightest bit happy to see the woman, which she, of course, knew was because of her own actions. Thus, she bowed before Alex and properly apologized for what she had done.
"I am sorry… I messed up and apprehended you while you were, in reality, the victim of this attack. And in doing so, I allowed the perpetrator to flee the scene of his crime, thus endangering both you and Mimi…. If there is anything I can do to make things up to you, please let me know."
Alex was not in the mood to torture the young woman, especially since Mimi was currently watching the scene, and thus he scratched his head with his good hand and accepted her apology, albeit begrudgingly.
"Whatever…. Let me ask you this: do you guys have any leads on who this crazy stalker actually is?"
Unfortunately, the police had no leads, and thus she shook her head and sighed heavily before admitting the truth.
"You can consider it a stroke of bad luck, but the descriptions of the perpetrator matched over a dozen of the other people who were in the crowd. You know the type, bespectacled, greasy, overweight, and riddled with acne… I'm afraid there is no way of knowing his identity…"
Alex simply stared at Chun-Hei as if she and her entire department were nothing but incompetent, but it was ultimately cut short when the doorbell rang for a third time. Alex did not bother giving Chun-Hei a proper response, and instead opened the door, where, much to his surprise, Hee-Young was standing in the doorway. Dressed in her office attire. Judging by the looks of it, she had actually left work early for the sole purpose of checking on his condition.
This confused Alex, who was just about to ask what the hell the silver-haired beauty was doing at his house, when she hugged him in a display of affection she had previously not given him. It was only after the woman realized she was actually hugging Alex did she quickly make some distance between the two of them. "Don't get the wrong idea! You're my employee, and thus it is my responsibility to make sure you are alright. After all, if I failed to do so, the reputation of my family would go down the gutter!"
The sight of the mature businesswoman hugging Alex, and being so concerned about his condition, startled Alex's other women, who were not aware of the relationship that he had with Hee-Young. None more so than Chae-Yeong, who was the jealous type, especially when it came to other women her age going after her precious son.
Chae-Yeong was just about to say something when another car pulled up in the driveway. To reveal both Jung-Hyun and Hae-won, who had also rushed over to Alex's home when they finally learned what had happened. The four Milfs stared at one another in awe, each of which suspected that Alex was sleeping with the others.
That is, of course, other than Hae-won, who was still nothing more than Alex's physics professor. And just when the group of mature beauties were about to start a catfight, another two cars pulled up in the driveway, to reveal both Sakura's and Dal's mothers.
While Chae-Yeong may have been aware of Alex sleeping with these two women on the yacht, she had no idea that he kept in contact with them and took them as his lovers. Thus, the man's home had suddenly turned into a mountain built on explosive gas. All that was left was for a spark to ignite and it would destroy everything.
Because of this, Alex felt the need to have a stiff drink…
