Chapter 572 One Shot?!

Villain Ch 572. One Shot?!

The undead emperor stood tall, a macabre manifestation of Mei Ling's unresolved emotions. Luxurious garments draped over lifeless limbs, the attire contrasting sharply with the lifeless pallor of the corpse. Hollow eyes stared into the abyss, devoid of the vitality that once characterized an emperor in the prime of life.

This undead marionette, a puppet animated by Mei Ling's potent emotions, seemed poised to execute her bidding. The eerie atmosphere intensified as the emperor woke up. The chamber resonated with an otherworldly aura.

The Undead Emperor (Mini Boss) <Level 150>

Simultaneously, the status above Mei Ling also changed.

The Ghost Lady (Boss Monster) <Level 151>

Outside the transparent barrier, the girls stood frozen, their eyes fixed on the unfolding nightmare. Gasps escaped their lips, and their hearts pounded in unison at the grim realization that Allen now faced not only a formidable mini-boss but also the resurrected emperor as a boss monster. The situation was far from favorable, casting a shadow of worry over their faces.

"Oh no," Jane muttered, her voice laden with concern, while Bella's panicked expression mirrored the urgency of the moment. Alice voiced the shared sentiment, "We have to do something!"

The girls frantically scanned the barrier, their eyes darting across its surface as if searching for an invisible seam. Allen, seemingly isolated, was left to confront the dual threat. Shea and Zoe, not willing to stand idle, knelt beside the barrier, examining its structure in hopes of finding a hidden mechanism or trigger.

"We need to break this or find a way in!" Shea exclaimed, frustration etched on her face.

Zoe, her analytical mind working, inspected the barrier more closely. "There might be a pattern or trigger. Stay alert, everyone!"

Bella, driven by urgency, pounded her fists against the barrier. "Come on! Open up!"

Jane, however, maintained a somewhat calmer demeanor, observing the scene for any clues. "Maybe there's a key or a switch somewhere."

The girls brainstormed, their collective desperation pushing them to explore every avenue.

Inside the transparent prison, the struggle intensified for Allen. With a scowl on his face, Allen eyed the emperor, who seemed determined to rise from the coffin. "Oh no, you don't," he muttered, his tone carrying a hint of complaint. The situation, already complicated with Mei Ling's spectral presence, now featured an undead emperor eager to join the fray.

Allen extended his hand toward the coffin, focusing his Mana on his Telekinesis Blast skill. The heavy stone lid began to lift into the air under the invisible force of his power. With a determined flick of his fingers, Allen maneuvered the lid to close the coffin once more, aiming to keep the resurrected emperor at bay.

The lid met resistance, an unseen force pushing back from within the coffin. The dark aura, a manifestation of Mei Ling's vengeful spirit, fought against Allen's efforts. It was a metaphysical tug-of-war, the struggle between a determined player and the supernatural remnants of a tragic past.

Despite the resistance, Allen persisted. The lid closed with a resounding bam, striking the emperor and forcing his undead form back into the confines of the coffin. The struggle continued as the dark aura resisted, attempting to pry the lid open. Allen, gritting his teeth in concentration, fought against the force, determined to keep the undead emperor contained.

Sweat trickled down Allen's face as he maintained his focus. The girls outside the barrier watched with bated breath, realizing the gravity of the situation.

The lid wavered, caught in a back-and-forth struggle, but Allen's skill prevailed. With a final exertion of telekinetic force, he managed to secure the coffin. The lid slammed shut, sealing the emperor's undead form inside. The dark aura, momentarily thwarted, receded back into the confines of the coffin, leaving a tense silence in its wake.

[You have hit The Undead Emperor for 1203 HP]

But he didn't stop there.

With the coffin now secured by the telekinetically controlled lid, Allen wasted no time in unleashing his next offensive move. A wicked grin crossed his face as he raised his hand, preparing to deploy his Demonic Lance skill. In an instant, ominous black lances materialized above the coffin, hovering menacingly.

With a swift motion of his hand, Allen directed the six lances downward. The black spikes descended with deadly precision, piercing through the sides of the coffin. The lances transformed into large, cruel spikes that acted as impromptu locks, securing the coffin and its lid in a macabre display ofcombat.

But Allen wasn't done. He unleashed the full force of his Demonic Lances, commanding the remaining ethereal weapons to rain down upon the coffin. The lances descended like a relentless storm, cruelly assaulting the stone structure. Each impact reverberated withechoes, as the coffin transformed into a nightmarish iron maiden, a cage of torment.

The emperor, trapped within, could do nothing to evade the relentless assault. The black lances dealt damage with each brutal strike, their existence causing harm to the undead monarch. It was a calculated move by Allen, exploiting the game mechanics to create a deadly trap for his foe.

[You have stabbed The Undead Emperor for 1023 HP] X 41

[You have defeated The Undead Emperor!]

That easy win made the girls' jaws drop. Because it not only killed the emperor but also stopped the dark aura that leaked from inside the coffin.

"Holy... did he just one-shot the emperor?" Zoe exclaimed, her eyes wide with disbelief.

"I think so. Did you see that? The coffin turned into a freaking iron maiden!" Vivian added, pointing at the now-menacing structure.

Shea shook her head in amazement. "I never expected that. We were prepared for some intense battle, and then he pulled off a move like that."

Jane, recovering from the surprise, joined in. "So much for the mini-boss fight. Allen just made it look like a stroll in the park."

Alice chimed in. "Well, if it works, it works. But what now? We're still stuck outside this blasted barrier."

Allen, who was now face to face with Mei Ling, locked his gaze on her form.

"Now, it's your turn," Allen declared.

Mei Ling, her once-confident demeanor shattered, stood in silence. Her ethereal form seemed to flicker as if affected by an unseen turmoil.
