Villain Ch 326. The Great Pyramid

"Yeah," Allen said with a determined nod. "I hope this conversation with Henry will help him think more clearly."

Allen felt a sense of relief knowing that Henry's words had made an impact on Elio. Perhaps having an outsider's perspective helped Elio see the situation from a different angle. Still, Allen couldn't shake off his own concerns about the others - Darren, Jacob, and especially Liam.

He knew that some men would get triggered because of competition. It was part of their pride and if Elio couldn't control his emotions or swallow his pride, since Allen was sure that Liam would treat it like a competition, Elio would back to square one.

For the next half-hour, Allen and Vivian found themselves stuck at the café, unable to leave as they listened to Elio and Henry engage in a lively conversation. The topic had shifted away from Sophia and Allen, delving into different aspects of Elio's life. Despite the initial tension, the atmosphere soon relaxed, and laughter filled the air.

As they talked, Allen couldn't help but notice the stark differences between Elio and himself. While Elio came from a supportive and loving family, Allen had faced a difficult upbringing, marked by broken relationships and a sense of abandonment. It was the reason why he remained optimistic and saw the good in people.

Elio's family had been his anchor, providing him with the foundation to become the leader and hero he was today. It was this support system that had instilled in him the belief that everyone deserves a second chance and that forgiveness was a virtue worth embracing. For Elio, it was second nature to be there for his friends and offer them a guiding hand.

Once Elio and Henry left the café, Allen and Vivian exchanged a knowing glance, their minds still processing the conversation that had unfolded. They decided it was best to give Elio some space to think things through, knowing that he needed time to process the complex emotions surrounding Sophia and Allen.

Soon, Allen and Vivian also decided to disband themselves and returned to their own apartment.

The clock struck at 1:31 PM. Allen, Larissa, Alice, and Bella, knew that they had some time to spare before the event they had been anticipating. They decided to seize the opportunity and embark on a hunt.

Inside the great pyramid of the Gorroc desert, the air hung heavy with a sense of ancient power and mystery. The walls of the labyrinth that lay before them seemed to reach into the heavens, casting dark shadows that danced eerily across the stone floor. The ancient language inscribed on the walls told tales of long-forgotten civilizations and the secrets they sought to protect.

As they ventured deeper into the labyrinth, the darkness seemed to envelop them, making it hard to see more than a few feet ahead. Yet, their spirits remained undeterred. Allen and the rest of their party had come prepared.

The map on the screen glowed softly, indicating the path through the labyrinth. Without it, they would have been hopelessly lost in the twisting corridors. This pyramid was said to hold treasures beyond imagination, and they were determined to claim them.

Allen and his party pressed onward to the third floor of the ancient pyramid after they killed some annoying players in the way. The once dark and foreboding labyrinth now seemed eerily quiet after the fierce clash they had just endured.

The higher they climbed, the more oppressive the atmosphere became. Dusty air hung heavy around them, laden with the ancient secrets of the pyramid's long-forgotten past. The walls bore inscriptions that depicted a long-lost civilization and its reverence for the Mummy King. The hieroglyphs told tales of a powerful ruler whose soul had been bound to the pyramid, granting him immortality.

"You know, I hate labyrinths!" grunted Bella in annoyance.

"Hold on, just a little more," said Larissa, encouraging Bella.

"Just remember, The Mummy King could be a handsome boss monster," Alice reminded Bella with an annoying smirk.

"What will you guys do if he is handsome?" asked Allen with a frown. They couldn't do anything to a boss monster except kill him and bind him with a contract. So it was simply useless.

"We can stare at him. What else?" replied Bella lightly. "Let's say he could be our oasis."

Allen cringed. "Excuse me. I'm not into a boy."

"Well… Your loss. But the girls can stare at him for our entertainment," said Alice with a shrug.

Allen shook his head from side to side and exhaled a long breath. 'I don't get it. Why do they want to stare at a monster?' he thought. "Just concentrate on the hunt, okay?" he finally said.

The Mummy King was no ordinary boss; he possessed cunning intellect and abilities that surpassed those of any foe they had faced before. This was not a battle they could win through brute force alone; they needed a strategy.

As the party made their way back through the dark and dusty labyrinth, they were suddenly confronted by a horde of mummies. With weapons raised and eerie moans echoing through the chamber, the mummies rushed forward to attack.

But Allen, ever quick on his feet, knew just how to handle the situation. "I will handle them," he said. With a focused gaze, he used his Telekinesis Blast. A surge of energy pulsed through his veins as he raised his hand, and with a swift motion, he sent a powerful blast of telekinetic force toward the approaching mummies.

In an instant, the mummies were lifted off their feet, their ancient weapons dropping from their grasp. The force of Allen's Telekinesis Blast was so powerful that the mummies didn't stand a chance. They were flung against the stone walls with a bone-crushing impact, and in just a flick of his wrist, they crumbled to the ground, lifeless. They were only level 45, so it wasn't a problem for Allen.

The party ventured deeper into the ancient pyramid to face the challenges of the next floor. They stood before a mysterious portal, its shimmering blue and silver hues dancing with an otherworldly glow.

"Ready, everyone?" Allen asked, his voice carrying a mix of excitement and caution. This was where the Mummy King would appear.

They emerged on the other side of the portal, their eyes widened in astonishment. Before them lay a vast ancient chamber. The floor was littered with bones, and the walls were adorned with ancient symbols that seemed to pulse with eerie energy. But among them, their sight was fixed on some beautiful monsters. Lamia.

Note: Right, so I want to advance the harem. Let me know who I should write for the next girl arc. You can comment +1 on the name.
