Villain Ch 225. Reflection

The doppelganger rose from the throne, his movements were fluid and confident. The clanking of armor resounded. The chamber filled with tension as the two identical figures stood face to face, their eyes locked in an intense stare-down. Allen's heart pounded in his chest, his mind racing. This was the first time he faced a monster that had a similar appearance as him and he bet the doppelganger also had the same skill set as his.

The doppelganger extended a hand, his voice dripping with smugness. "Impressive, isn't it? I'm a reflection of your own strength and potential," he remarked, his words punctuated by a sly grin. "But make no mistake, Azazel. This is no ordinary battle. This is a test of your true character and your ability to overcome them."

After that, the doppelganger made its savage lunge towards Allen, it was as if a mirror image of him had come alive, clad in sinister claws that mirrored his own.

Allen's heart raced within his chest as he witnessed the doppelganger's lightning-fast movements. It was a terrifying sight to behold, for the creature moved with the same ferocity that Allen himself had displayed during the events.

His breath caught in his throat. He knew that evading the doppelganger's onslaught would require every ounce of his agility and reflexes.

Swiftly, he flicked his wings to dodge and activated his Demonic Aura at the same time.

[Count down: 15 minutes.]

- CRASH!

A loud impact sounded, reverberating through the chamber and causing the very air to tremble. The force of the doppelganger's demonic claw piercing through the floor sent shockwaves rippling across the room, leaving behind a visible crack that snaked its way across the stone surface.

Allen's eyes widened in shock, his heart pounding in his chest. The realization of the doppelganger's strength hit him like a freight train. The doppelganger's sly smirk only added fuel to the fire, a chilling reminder of the imminent danger he faced.

Reacting swiftly, Allen called upon his Demonic Lance skill, summoning a barrage of black lances that streaked through the air toward his doppelganger.

But the doppelganger was no novice; he deftly countered, hurling his own demonic lances with deadly precision toward Allen.

The clash of the lances in midair created a cacophony of sound, a thunderous symphony that echoed throughout the room.

The impact was staggering, an explosive collision that sent shockwaves rippling outward. Smoke billowed, obscuring their vision, while debris scattered in every direction.

The sheer force of their attacks propelled both Allen and his doppelganger in opposite directions, their bodies propelled through the air like ragdolls. It was a testament to the tremendous power they wielded and the immense strain of their battle.

Allen raised his hands in a cross-motion, desperately attempting to shield his face from the devastating impact that reverberated through the room. The force behind the collision threatened to throw him off balance, but he managed to land on the floor with a semblance of stability.

As the smoke cleared, his eyes locked onto the doppelganger standing before him, their mirrored forms separated by only a few meters.

The tension in the air was palpable as the two of them squared off, each assuming a battle stance with unwavering determination etched upon their faces. Their eyes locked, intensity burning brightly within their gazes. It was a silent exchange of understanding, a mutual recognition that only one would emerge victorious from this perilous encounter.

Without warning, they both lunged forward simultaneously, their movements mirroring each other with uncanny precision. The clash of their claws echoed throughout the room, a symphony of steel meeting steel. Each strike carried the weight of their strength.

Their movements were a blur of agility and finesse, their bodies weaving through the air with the grace of seasoned warriors. Allen relied on his agility and quick reflexes, utilizing his Demonic Claws to deliver swift and precise strikes.

The doppelganger, an exact replica of his own movements. They traded blows, each maneuvering to find an opening in the other's defenses. The room filled with the resounding clang of their weapons colliding, the echoes reverberating off the walls.

The intensity of the battle escalated with each passing moment.

Sparks flying with each collision. Allen could feel the strain on his muscles as he exerted all his strength to parry the doppelganger's attacks. The adrenaline coursed through his veins, fueling his determination to emerge victorious.

The room seemed to shrink as their battle intensified. They moved with lightning speed, dodging and countering, their movements almost a blur. But the doppelganger's expression remained unchanged, that sly smile etched upon his face as if relishing in the battle's intensity. It was unnerving as if he derived pleasure from their deadly battle.

As they exchanged blow after blow, Allen's breathing became labored. He knew he had to dig deep within himself to find the strength to continue. His mind raced, seeking any advantage he could exploit. But the doppelganger proved to be an equally formidable opponent, matching his every move with precision and grace.

Wounds adorned their bodies, evidence of the ferocity of their encounter. Blood trickled from gashes and cuts, mingling with the sweat that soaked their clothing. The pain was a constant reminder of the high stakes of the battle. Allen's determination grew stronger with each passing moment, fueled by the knowledge that defeat was not an option.

Their HP and DP points hovered at a delicate balance, neither giving an inch to the other. It became clear that the fight would not be decided by raw strength alone.

Allen's mind raced, searching for a strategy that would tip the scales in his favor. He had to think outside the box and utilize his skills and abilities in ways he hadn't before. More than that, the time was ticking, he knew he had to do it now! He had come this far and had no interest in going through that annoying labyrinth again or fighting against an endless monster horde like the second test.
