Wang Jian wanted to create a burning desire for vengeance in Han Xifeng's heart. Moreover, it's primary target would be the Night Dagger Clan with Crimson Mammoth Warriors being her secondary target.

'It will be easy to make her submissive. I probably don't even need a contract for this. I just need to promise her that I will demolish the Night Dagger Clan for her. And in return, she just needs to give her the only thing she possesses.'

'She is the heroine who feels most intensely for Lin Feng. Losing her would be a huge blow to his luck and my Destiny Points will definitely go past the Hundred Thousand mark again.'

'Maybe it could cross the two hundred thousand mark this time.' Wang Jian couldn't help but smile as this thought crossed his mind.

Now, it was time to conduct a deal with her.

However, just as Wang Jian felt that Han Xifeng was in his grasp, she did something that tossed his calculations out of the window.

As Han Xifeng created some distance from the battlefield, she pulled out a rare talisman known as the Hundred Miles Teleportation Talisman from her storage ring. The talisman was old and worn, with intricate symbols etched onto its surface. Han Xifeng focused her Qi into the talisman, pouring her energy into the symbols.

As she did so, the talisman began to glow with a bright light, and Han Xifeng could feel its power building. She closed her eyes, concentrating on the talisman and the energy flowing through her body.

Suddenly, there was a loud crackling sound, and a burst of energy erupted from the talisman. Han Xifeng was enveloped in a blinding light, and when it faded, she found herself several hundred miles away from the battlefield.

As she caught her breath and tried to make sense of what had just happened, she realized that she had used up a significant amount of her Qi in the process. She knew she needed to rest and regain her strength before continuing her journey.

As Han Xifeng activated the Hundred Miles Teleportation Talisman and disappeared before his eyes, Wang Jian was following her closely behind. He was left completely dumbfounded as he never expected her to possess this rare talisman.

But soon, Wang Jian realized the potential implications of Han Xifeng's escape. He knew that he needed her to complete his master plan, and her sudden disappearance could prove to be a major setback.

With a scowl on his face, he began to scan the area, hoping to find some clue as to where Han Xifeng might have gone.

Little did he know that she had just teleported several hundred miles away, far beyond his reach.

"…Shit! I was too overconfident!" Wang Jian cursed underneath his breath.

"There is still time. That talisman wasn't the Thousand Miles Teleportation Talisman. Perhaps some sort of inferior copy. I should be able to catch up to her."

Thus, Wang Jian immediately spread his divine sense and scanned the region around him as he ran around.

The biggest problem for him was that he had no idea in which direction Han Xifeng had teleported.

While Wang Jian was searching for her, Han Xifeng came across a shocking individual. It was none other than Lin Feng!

This was absolutely the worst timing for her to meet him.

Han Xifeng informed him of everything that transpired while he was in the Thundering Hemlock Woods.

"That's right. The Crimson Mammoth Tribe waged war on us because of our actions against Kang Huian. Considering their temper, it wasn't a surprising thing."

"But why? I specifically told the Night Dagger Clan to not mention anything about that," Lin Feng muttered.

Han Xifeng gritted her teeth upon hearing the name of that clan and venomously spat, "Who knows. Maybe this was another one of their schemes. I don't care their reasons; I just want them to pay for their actions!"

Lin Feng didn't like how Han Xifeng was talking about the Night Dagger Clan, but he didn't admonish her.

He could understand her raging emotions. The Night Dagger Clan had just betrayed her tribe which resulted in the total annihilation of her tribe. Her father even had to sacrifice himself just to ensure that she escaped.

This must have been a significant blow to her.

"Go on ahead," Lin Feng spoke softly.

Han Xifeng nodded, "It was unknown how information was leaked. Initially, it was through rumors and eventually, the Crimson Mammoth Tribe demanded Kang Huian from the Night Dagger Clan."

"The Night Dagger Clan accepted their demands and delivered Kang Huian to them. After she returns to their clan, the Crimson Mammoth Warriors waged war on us. In consequence, my tribe allied with the Night Dagger Clan, and we started ambushing their members." freew(e)bnovel.com

"…I see," Lin Feng whispered as he was lost in deep thought.

He couldn't believe that the situation devolved so quickly after he left. It was as if several months or years had passed after he was gone.

"Initially, everything was going wonderfully. The Crimson Mammoth Warriors countered swiftly, but we easily dealt with it. We even forced them to switch their hideout to another one. But this was an underground hideout. This time, we received the Night Dagger Clan's assistance as they provided us with venomous ants. These venomous ants poisoned the members of the Crimson Mammoth Tribe and weakened them considerably."

"After a day or so had passed, we felt it was best time to take out the Crimson Mammoth Tribe in one swoop. However, this was all a ruse!"

"How so?" Lin Feng couldn't help but ask.

"The Crimson Mammoth Tribe members were not afflicted with the poison. Instead, they were healthy and robust! They gave off the appearance that they were affected by stationing weak men in their hideout. Once the battle began and the situation got a bit worse for them, the Night Dagger Clan attacked us suddenly. Lots of Crimson Mammoth Tribe members suddenly jumped in from the nearby trees as if they were waiting for this opportunity."

Han Xifeng's voice quivered as tears welled up in her eyes, "My entire tribe was wiped out in just a matter of minutes..." Her grief erupted in the form of sniffles and sobs.

Soothingly, Lin Feng embraced her and promised, "Don't worry, everything will be alright now that I'm here."
