After being brainwashed, Alter Miaomiao turned into one of the first generation war marionettes. He was the 13th member, and he forgot his previous name.
He now went by the name Samael.
In the Netherworld Prison, Samael learned the new cultivation method, exclusive to war marionettes. He learned how to shroud his body with the mysterious gas to hide his cultivation base and appearance. He also comprehended the secrets of seven basic elements, 108 advanced elements, and a few compound elements.
Lilith also helped him. She taught him how to manage the karma centipedes inside him, but he failed to comprehend the Law and transcended the karma tribulation.
Lilith deemed him as a failure. One day, when Samael was in a trance, Lilith mocked him, "You are the same as your father. He has no affinity with Negative Karma, and he can never succeed in mastering it. Ha! It's always up to me when he needs to cleanse the accumulating centipedes."
Samael suddenly woke up from the trance and questioned Lilith, "Who is my father?"
"Who else? It's Devil."
"Where is he? Why did he leave me here?"
"You are here to train under me, of course. Well, you have less than 50 years to become a deity, or your father will abandon you for good."

The luck power broke Devil's brainwashing technique and freed Alter Miaomiao. He regained his memory!
Upon getting his memory back, he was shocked by the Devil's plans. Moreover, he felt betrayed once again.
Enraged, Alter Miaomiao secretly schemed to backstab Devil at the critical moment. He secretly created secret arrays in his soul, which would trigger when he died.
After the meeting, Devil ordered everybody to leave Netherworld and besiege Kishin Douji's Constellation Sectors. He also told his pawns, the great demon successors.
Seven second-generation war marionettes were deployed to the frontline to bait Kishin Douji. Each of them had inherited various famous demon bloodlines, namely Beelzebub, Satan, Lucifer, Leviathan, Mammon, Belphegor, and Asmodeus.
Samael carried the bloodline of Asmodeus, but he wasn't sent to the frontline. Levy was also held back by Lilith.
The war began, and the seven agents were quickly killed by Kishin Douji.
As soon as these angels were killed, Kishin Douji was cursed by a mysterious power, continuously weaken his providence.
Then, Samael heard Devil's voice transmission, which he sent to Lilith. However, all archangels could hear it since everyone had a fragment of the Devil's soul.
'The backup plan is completed. Kishin Douji shouldn't be able to remember anything if he regresses again.'
'What about the primary objective? Shouldn't we focus on that objective first?!'
'Let me complete my secondary objectives first. I need to make sure that I have a backup plan if I fail to disable his regression power in this timeline.'

Alter Miaomiao vaguely sensed the fluctuation in Devil's voice and his feeling.

This formation can only be activated when Mao Miaomiao, aka Samael, is killed. Once activated, the soul fragment of Devil's clone, namely Samael, and the conscience of Mao Miaomiao will fuse together and give birth to a newly completed soul of Mao Miaomiao.
Timeline Migration Vortex Array
This formation can only be activated when Mao Miaomiao, aka Samael, is killed. Once activated, the current timeline shall be destroyed, and the soul of Mao Miaomiao shall be transferred to the closest parallel timeline at the pre-set designated time and merge with his counterpart's soul.
The combination of arrays instantly destroyed the hope and dream of the Devil. The timeline was destroyed along with both Kishin Douji and Devil, whose regression abilities were disabled by curses.

Unfortunately for Lilith, she didn't get to learn it. Once everything was transferred to Miaomiao's brain, the murals were disintegrated into dust.
Lilith was enraged and thought that Miaomiao intentionally destroyed the murals to prevent her from learning them. She captured Miaomiao and put him in the lowest depth of prison.
She demanded the secret of time-and-space, and Miaomiao quickly cooperated since it was not his anyway. He wrote the complete technique on a stone wall.
Lilith learned it without problem, but she couldn't master it in a few years. She transferred Miaomiao to the first level of Hell and threw him in another prison, where she kept Wei Yuan and others there.
She forced everyone to stay there until she truly comprehended the law of time and space.
Everyone became Hell's prisoners. They couldn't cultivate as this place was filled with negative karma, which suppressed their Qi and blood.
When everybody was in despair, Miaomiao successfully upgraded the Isolation Training Space to the max level and opened a portal there, allowing everybody to migrate to his dantian world.
Then, he contacted Devil and Joshua, asking for their help.
Unfortunately, no one came to save Miaomiao.
Soon after Miaomiao had requested help, Devil killed Joshua! The news of Joshua's death appeared on Miaomiao's system screen.
Not long after, Devil visited Miaomiao in the prison. However, he offered Miaomiao a deal.
The Devil wanted to obtain the secret of the Unholy Karma Element, and he would free Miaomiao if he could learn it.
The Will of Samael immediately triggered and warned Miaomiao not to trust Devil. Miaomiao caught the hint and refused.
Devil was enraged. Since he couldn't find any of Miaomiao's friends and family there, he went back to the mortal world and dragged Liu Guang, Ma Xingjuan, and Kang Yan to the Netherworld Realm.
He threatened Miaomiao.
"If you don't want them to die, transfer your memory to me!"
Miaomiao reluctantly cooperated. He transferred a portion of his memory when he dual-cultivated with Xu Chu to overcome the karma tribulation to the Devil.
The Devil was satisfied and angry at the same time. He crippled Liu Guang, Ma Xingjuan, and Kang Yan's cultivation. Then, he confiscated Kang Yan's soul-bound weapon before he left Miaomiao alone.
He reneged his promises. Devil didn't bring Miaomiao out with him!
Devil and Lilith never visited Miaomiao again since that day.
The three women cried in despair as they lost their cultivation future.
Fortunately, Miaomiao sent them to his dantian world and let the rich Qi in his body heal them. They regained their power slowly, but they also hindered Miaomiao's cultivation speed.
Miaomiao spent his time converting negative karma in the Netherworld into Qi while his alternate consciousness spent time with his wives and Siren City's people, whom Miaomiao had migrated there.

The development kept surprising Miaomiao even though the first failure timeline was a lot darker. At the same time, the birth of a new baby inside his dantian space confused Miaomiao.

Currently, your counterpart's dantian world has been upgraded into pseudo planet in a void space, and it is capable enough to house many physical lifeforms in there.
