"Come and try, shithead," Jake said.
When he felt the enemy moving his weapon, Jake charged. The difference in sides was too big. Trying to block the attacks was a waste of time, so he aimed at the enemy's left leg when he passed nearby the sword before it could gain speed. Still, the enemy sensed his intentions in the end and made a shadow spike emerge from his knee to impale him. It stopped his charge, but the enemy at least trembled a little.
"I still can do something with my strength…" Jake thought and then jumped away when he sensed the next attack.
The swing of the sword was weird since Jake was too close, but the weapon still passed nearby. The shockwave made him spin in the air before he could land. The shadow titan used that chance to kick him, but Jake still trusted his sword toward it… he was sent flying dozens of kilometers upward, but at least he pierced the enemy's feet as well.
The power of the kick had been so high that Jake left the planet and saw himself unable to use only his leg strength to kick the air to return. The impact caused by the collision of attacks made the whole world tremble, and the shockwave pushed everyone away… those who had some power only flew away for a couple of kilometers, while the others were sent flying dozens of kilometers away from their original position… Louise and the others looked to where the shadow titan was supposed to be and only found a massive sphere of light there and some massive boulders falling around… that area covered by snow became a massive hole and Jake was nowhere to be seen…
