The next day when Jake woke up, he was feeling pretty good. Perhaps the next day, he will be completely recovered, but weirdly enough, the wound in his chest was still taking its time, turning into a normal scar. In any other situation, Jake would have thought that the enemy Cursed or poisoned him, but he knew for a fact that such a thing didn't happen. Regardless, he could only endure it while it heals completely. Fortunately, he didn't have to hurry for the time being. Unfortunately, Jake didn't know the meaning of taking it easy.
"Hmm… I need to do some research on this, but for now, time to check the next mission," Jake thought.

"As expected, I can already see the mission on the next planet… skipping the chance of getting an ordinary class might not be a good idea, but…" Jake thought while rubbing his chin thoughtfully.
Jake wanted to reach the frontlines and find more traces of the criminals since it was clear that their ring leaders would be getting stronger on those planets. Even if they made their bases after using the purple crystals, they only would be able to access worlds with the same level of strength… at least when it comes to monsters. Besides, Jake already has plenty of classes to level up, and he could skip a random one that wasn't even special.
"What are the Humanoid Snakes again?" "Jake thought. "I remember seeing something on the internet about it… since they are a fairly common type of enemy in games. Still, humanoid snakes… things are getting weird."
Jake selected that mission, and in the next moment, he was teleported to Gnuna world. He already had his hands on his sword when he landed there, but he only found himself surrounded by some tall grass and some trees here and there. The grass wasn't so tall to hide the enemies, so it was fine. There were some hills blocking his field in most directions, but that wasn't much of a problem.
"Crazy worlds like the previous one was are starting to get more hard to find, huh," Jake thought. "Come to think of it, I should definitely clear the crystal wolves' dungeon and then get the class and level up Cold Immunity while I am at it."
Jake began to move toward on the tall hills in the area while looking around. He thought he would find some people as soon as he landed, but he didn't see any signs of it. After thinking for a while, Jake realized that most of them would be in the last discovered zones.
Regardless, he had to head to other dungeons to find traces of people or monsters, and he eventually found a large flat land. On that flat land, Jake found some monsters and a destroyed village. It was pretty large, so it wouldn't be weird to call it a town since it probably had two thousand people living there once.

The humanoid snakes were like that, humanoid snakes… they had upper halves that were pretty much humanoid and lower half of snakes. Jake wondered why they were suddenly called lamia… Still, when he got close, he understood why. The humanoid snakes also used weapons like spears and crossbows. They also used some pieces of equipment to increase their defense, so Jake could tell that it would be hard to fight them. They had all the tools to keep the enemies at bay.
"They also look quite violent…" Jake said while they were looking around for new enemies. "It doesn't look like that village had been destroyed recently, so I wonder why they are still there."
The number was pretty high there, and Jake couldn't see the dungeon yet, so he imagined that they were targeting something, not someone. Regardless, Jake decided to walk around the area before facing the monsters. There were too many obstacles like hills around that massive field, big enough to hide many more armies of monsters.
In the end, Jake found traces of monsters around and of some battles, but they weren't recent. Those monsters were probably there because they already had a big army near the dungeon, and that field was pretty close to the area that people spawned to complete the missions related to that dungeon.
Now the only issue was how Jake should approach those monsters. Taking them down one at a time would be impossible. On the field, they will notice any signs of battles, and naturally, they will quickly approach to hunt anyone. Jake imagined that he would have to change his fighting style a bit to deal with them, but he wanted in a way where he wouldn't feel like things would get too easy. Eventually, he had an idea… And it seemed interesting, if anything.
