In any case, the number of places where those factors exist is probably limited enough to let the guilds work to protect them."
A solo fighter like Jake probably won't be granted the chance to use the dungeon, even if the people there have no rights to claim ownership over the dungeon. Still, they had a good reason to do what they were doing… So, Jake will have to confirm that he wasn't an enemy to clear the dungeon.
