It didn't take long for Adam's group to guide Jake to their base. It was located north of the location where they could find the dungeon, and the trip had been very peaceful since they cleared the monsters of the area several times a day. They were a pretty organized group, even though that mission and the environment weren't the bests for a guild, they were making things work... they were probably there because few people would think of using the same world. It also would be easy to defend against attacks.

With magic, the guild members created an extended area of the vegetation. Probably with the same Earth magic that Rick's magicians used to raise the walls. After all, Jake and the others could see the same walls made of brick, but he also could see some steel spears at the top of the walls.

"Does Luke really have the power to Teleport back to the tutorial zones of the game?" Lana asked while they were walking.

"Yes, but it requires quite a bit of mana," Adam replied. "While we have the resources to use his skill pretty often, we don't do it since we don't know what might happen if we alert other players or even people from Earth."

"Why does Luke stay there now and then?" Louise asked.

"Well, we probably aren't the only ones who can use that power, so we need to keep things in check there," Adam said. "We also need to check for potential members, although I don't think Luke is the best person to do that."

"I would bet that he is also there to scam the new players by selling items that are easy to find here," Jake said.

"Well, we can't deny that is also a good way to raise coins," Adam said. "Nevertheless, while he sells overpriced things, you can't deny that he is also helping them since those items can't be found in the tutorial zone."

After reaching the place, the group noticed that there were no guards at the gate. The atmosphere in the area also seemed a bit weird, not in a bad way, but Jake felt a bit uncomfortable. While there were many buildings inside their territory, they didn't see any bigger than the others. They were mostly residences slightly taller than the others.

"You don't have shops or armories here?" Lana asked.

"Nope, if we get some valuable items or weapons and we don't need them, we sell ourselves or trade with each other," Adam replied. "We don't have many rules here, unlike the other guilds. The only thing the guild master asks of us is to go and work together one week per month clearing dungeons and doing some other missions."

"Seems like a nice place, don't you think, Jake?" Louise asked.

"I wouldn't know," Jake shrugged.

The place didn't have many people walking around or doing anything. Still, the number of houses was pretty high, so Jake assumed that many people were working on missions. Still, the few there didn't look interested or bothered by the new group.

"You guys are lucky. Today is the day off for the guild master and Luke. They should be in that building," Adam said. "Good work today, guys. See you later."

After saying goodbye to his teammates, Adam guided Jake and the others to that building that he had mentioned. It seemed that it was the house of the guild master, but it wasn't much bigger than the others. The entrance was open, and thanks to that, they found Luke sitting on a steel chair and talking with a blond man who had slightly long hair and green eyes. Both of them looked at Jake's group when they appeared, even though they didn't make any noise.

"Well, well. Look who has finally appeared," Jake said with the same annoying smile as usual. You are really something else, champ. Not only did you arrive sooner than I predicted, but you also found another cutie along the way."

"Please come in," the blond man said. "It is finally good to meet you all. Luke talked a lot about you guys. The witch that could drain mana from enemies spells, the priest that doesn't need mana to use Heal, and the swordsman who has seven innate skills."

Jake furrowed his eyebrows in annoyance. He thought that he escaped the eyes of more experienced players by a stroke of luck, but it seemed that wasn't completely true.

"I am sorry for having this guy spying on you, but he believes that people with innate skills will become very important in the future, so he tries to build a good relationship with them," the blond man said. "Ah, before I forget it, my name is Frederick. You can call me Freddy."

"Okay, Frederick," Jake said and then grabbed a chair to sit in the corner of the room.

"I told him he was like that," Luke shrugged.

While the girls were grabbing their chairs, Jake noticed that they looked weird. A bit rough and not detailed like the chairs on Earth, but it was only natural since it probably had been made by magic. It was still a bit shocking to know that humans could create steel now.

"Chris is the one who made the chairs," Luke said. "Pretty neat, right?"

"Why are you telling me this?" Jake asked.

"Cause you are the type who gets upset when others know about your skills, and you don't know theirs," Luke said.

"Even if you know the name of my innate skills, you don't know what they can do… completely," Jake said.

"You are right. Do you care to enlighten us, then?" Luke asked.

"No, we didn't come here to talk about nonsense," Jake said.

"We would like to confirm if you can go back to the tutorial and log off from the game," Lana said.

"Yes, I can," Luke said. "To go and return, and I need one hundred thousand points of mana, though."
