"You want what?!?"

"...How often do I have to repeat myself to someone like you? The Divine Relict, I will snatch it away from the three Alliances."

Dilan spoke calmly as if he was talking about taking a tea break or going for a walk, but that was not the case. He said that he wanted to get his hands on a Divine Relict that was sought after by three Alliances. There were, at least, ten Lesser Gods involved in the struggle around the Sun God's Territory, yet, Dilan didn't seem to mind that too much.

It didn't even bother him that the Sun God's strength increased manyfold thanks to the Divine Relict. On the contrary, it encouraged him to pursue the plan he had in mind.

"Are you serious?!? That's insane…" Lara burst out, and Marie felt exactly the same.

The sisters were not the only two who felt that Dilan was overdoing it. They knew that the Sun God wasn't much of a problem before and they could also tell that Dilan's strength had increased by leaps and bounds.

However, fighting the stronger version of the Sun God, in addition to at least ten additional Lesser Gods was a little bit too much. Dilan's Undying Origin ability might be something that exceeds the norms, by far, but he could still be caught and imprisoned.

As long as he was considered a big enough threat, he would be killed and caught while he was healing. His regeneration was not instant if his entire body was obliterated.

It took a while before he would be fully healed.

Though some knew that Dilan was capable of moving without a head, heart, or other organs by utilizing Astral Projection as a means to move his body like a marionette, the possible gains were definitely not worth the risk.

"I am not insane but I feel like the opportunity to snatch the Divine Relict is literally thrown into my face. I mean…literally!" Dilan said, pointing at the monitor to their left.

The monitor was connected to the radar function of the flying island and it showed some information about all living beings in their surrounding. These pieces of information included the mana fluctuations of living beings, the temperature in the surrounding area, and so on.

"After all, the Sun God, injured by the way, and a few flying chickens are currently on their way toward the flying island…"

Dilan didn't need to explain the radar function to anyone in the room. They had used it more often than Dilan, by now!

Thus, when the others turned toward the monitor their expressions froze and a young Ascender, a young woman who was present as the Chief of the Information department couldn't help but shriek.

"Four…four are coming to us…"

What the young woman meant was that four large dots of compressed mana had entered the range of the radar, and they were charging straight to the flying island…as if they were targeting the flying island!

"That's correct. There are four of them. One for the Sung God, holding Sun Divinity whose signature was already saved in the data of the radar, followed by some holy Lesser Gods with extremely pure mana…or holy mana, I am not sure."

Dilan was actually pretty sure what kind of Lesser Gods were pursuing the Sun God but he couldn't bother explaining any of that right now.

There was simply no time to do so.

He took a deep breath and shook his head.

"Tell everyone to hide in the barracks…we will have to welcome a bunch of unwelcomed guests!" Dilan ordered before he left the office.

The Hyel Destructo Armor emerged and it wrapped around his body while Oricalm's shape was slowly changing to a shapeless silver mass.

It didn't take him long to emerge outside the palace of the flying island but his head moved to the right while the Mystic Eyes were full activated.

He could see three human-sized bodies pursuing the bloodied existence of the Sun God.

The Sun God was already missing his left arm and his right arm was barely hanging onto a threat. His right arm held onto the crimson staff, his Sun Divinity, and the silver ring, which bathed in the bright sun rays of the suns around it.

His eyes were filled in desperation and a glimmer of hope emerged in the Sun God's eyes when he saw Dilan the moment he passed through the Curtain of Invisibility.

Ignoring anything else, he dived down and smashed into the ground in front of Dilan, unable to slow down his fall. The loose soil in front of Dilan burst open and dirt and debris were flung around while the bloodied figure of the Sun God was unveiled.

Several heads perked out of the windows and the door of the flying island's palace. Some gasped for air, others were shocked, while a few were overjoyed to see the Sun God on the verge of death.

However, what the last group seemed to ignore was the question about how the Sun God could end up in such a sorry state.

Dilan and the other Demi Gods knew the truth, which was also the reason why Dilan continued to stare in the direction of the Sun God's pursuer.

They had yet to step through the Curtains of Invisibility, thinking that it might be a trap created by the Sun God.

"Thankfully they're overly cautious. That gives me a few seconds," Dilan mumbled and he turned his head in the Sun God's direction, his eyes turning ice-cold.

"Didn't I tell you what I would do the moment you step onto the flying island?"

Dilan's voice was plain, no emotion shown. A bloody hue exuded from his body as he took a step closer to the Sun God which intensified the moment Oriclam took the shape of a shortsword.

A small smile appeared on Dilan's face, yet, the smile didn't seem to hold any emotions. It was just an empty smile…
