The entire mountain range was overflowing with corpses and Dilan didn't have enough storage rings, or storage space to store everything in it.

Thus, he made his way down to the city his father had constructed when the Primordial Ascension had begun.

He avoided the guards at the entrance by using Instant Teleportation to appear in the middle of the City.

Afterward, he went on his way to a shopping alley to buy a bunch of Tier-2 Storage rings.

There were no large-scale storage rings for him to purchase, forcing Dilan to be satisfied with a dozen Tier 2 storage rings. He paid with Tier 2 Essence crystals and left the City without hesitation.

'Looks like nobody has figured that their pillar of support died. They don't seem to be afraid of the fourth awakening, not in the slightest!' Dilan figured the train of thought of most citizens in his father's city but he could only think of them as foolish.

Their only ray of hope was Arnes Cier, and they would succumb to the disappearance of that ray. Dilan didn't like leeches and most humans in the city seemed to be exactly that.

At least half of the citizens inside the city had never even seen an Essence crystal. That was something Dilan would never allow the people in his group, lazy and a pushover.

The humans of Arikan would have to figure out ways to survive on their own, while Dilan decided to leave after he collected all the monster corpses and their Essence crystals.

Nial had summoned the Nightmare Demon three times in a row. This was quite an astonishing feat because it was unusual to be able to summon a Demon of choice. Dilan shouldn't have been able to summon the Nightmare Demon a second time in the first place.

However, in the end, it was quite obvious that Dilan had the ability to summon a Demon of his choice using the Blood Eclipse Necklace!

The Nightmare Demon had worked hard for several hours and his gains had been grand as well. There had been a bunch of powerful Chaos Monsters as well, providing the Nightmare Demon with traces of the power of Chaos.

After they were done, the Nightmare Demon cursed a few times at him before he was finally able to return to his realm.

As for Dilan, he made his way back to Camsun as well.

It was not difficult for him to fly anymore, even if he was a tad slower than Rory. Nonetheless, Dilan used the additional time to his advantage. He thought about lots of things and tried to figure out his next action plan.

Because he was so deep in thoughts it felt like only a bunch of minutes had passed when Dilan returned to the continent he had conquered not too long ago.

He landed on the ground, activated [Walk of Thunder], [Second Acceleration] and he reallocated his Health to further increase his Agility with the use of [Switch]. Afterward, it took him only the use of the Gravity Domain to decrease the gravitational force weighing on him before he broke through the sound barrier the moment he dashed forward.

Dilan was not sure how fast he was but it took him not even half an hour to cross a small part of the continent and get home.

He found his way to the Sanctum of the Old Vampire Lord, the Undying Group's headquarters. And the first thing he saw there was Rory's large red body.

Dilan appeared next to Rory, who was astonished to see him.

And not even a moment later, Lara and Marie spotted him as well.

"Dilan!!" Lara screamed with sheer joy, her voice overflowing with happiness and relief.

"You're back already!!!" Marie joined her younger sister's scream and shot forward.

The sisters hugged Dilan tightly, without asking a single question. They could feel the tension in Dilan's stance and body, and the uncertain expression on his face.

It was almost as if his entire being was trying to ask them if they would leave him for having killed their father. Of course, they wouldn't break ties with Dilan for what he had done, but that was just what Dilan's subconscious asked himself.

He knew why he had killed Arnes Cier, but he could never be certain that his sisters could understand, or justify his actions as well.

His sisters were the most important to him and he would accept their opinion of him regardless of how bad it was. A small part of his heart hoped that they could understand him, even if it was just a little bit.

But even if they wouldn't be able to understand him and if they started to loathe him, Dilan would continue to protect them until the end of time, and he would do whatever it took to make sure that they would be able to live a great and terror-free life.

"I'm back, you little pests, haha," Dilan laughed and he ruffled through his elder sisters' hair once again.

Usually, they would start screaming at him at this point, but Dilan realized that they ignored their disheveled hair. They kept hugging Dilan and it looked like they didn't intend to let go of him in the next few minutes.

People from the Mekaz military base, who had been discussing work and where to store their stuff, looked over, just to see the three siblings hugging each other once again.

To them, it was not an unusual sight to see a loving family of three doting on each other. However, what they couldn't understand was the utter shock in the eyes of the Undying Group's members.

The higher authorities of the Undying Group the Soldiers had been talking to stared at the brightly smiling image of their own leader in disbelief and their jaws hit the ground.

They rubbed their eyes multiple times in utter disbelief, feeling certain that something was wrong with their eyes. Yet, even after several minutes had passed nothing seemed to change.

"What the hell? Is that really the same cold and merciless boss I know?" One of the higher-ups of the Undying Group couldn't help but ask. He squinted his eyes, which didn't help in the slightest.

"Cold and merciless…Dilan? Isn't he disciplined and gentle?" One of the Soldiers asked just as stupefied at the words of the higher-up of the Undying Group.

'Gentle?!' Most Ascenders belonging to the Undying Group took in a collective gasp of breath as they heard what that poor and oblivious Soldier asked.

They looked at the first batch of the Mekaz military's Soldiers in pity, and some even patted their backs to give their condolences.

The Soldiers didn't understand what was going on. They just thought that the pat on their back was a means to welcome them. Thus, the Soldiers saluted their new comrades, feeling happy to have found such a great new working environment.

Most Soldiers were getting excited about their future in the Undying Group, and the future growth of the Overlord in Camsun.

"Dilan, you're back already?" Yvonne appeared next to the three siblings after a few minutes had passed. The sisters separated from their little brother and they looked at the young, yet charismatic and beautiful-looking Yvonne.

"Oh my…you are so beautiful…are you maybe his girlfriend?" Marie asked shamelessly, hoping that the beautiful young woman would answer her question with a 'yes.' Yvonne was a little baffled by the sudden question but she didn't say no.

On the contrary, her cheeks turned a little rosy, only for Dilan to interrupt before Yvonne could say anything.

"Sis, I don't have time for a girlfriend. I had to find you guys!" He quickly exclaimed, which made Yvonne to issue a scoff at Dilan's answer.

"Oho!!"
