Chapter 210: Whitebeard
The Conqueror's Haki of the World's Strongest Man is no joke. As soon as Whitebeard unleashed it, everything came to a standstill for a second before his Haki showed its true might.
It affected the very nature itself! The Crystalised sea surface shattered into millions of pieces while the sea billowed swaying the ship from side to side. The world lost its color as the sky darkened with Cumulonimbus clouds.
It's the strongest and most overpowering Haki that Blaize has ever seen. It was tempered and polished by battling top powerhouses of the world.
Facing such an overbearing momentum, the Marines lost all the colors on their face as sweat drenched their forehead.
If not for Blaize, they might have passed out at the first second. On the other hand, Regis struggled to remain on his feet as Blaize didn't shield him from the haki.
Meanwhile, Kuina fared better as her ambition to become the 'World's Strongest swordswoman' didn't let her submit to Whitebeard's Haki.
"The arrogance of the World's Strongest Man! His haki is something else! Even some Vice Admirals won't be able to hold their senses against this level of Haki!" Regis uttered, wiping the sweat off his forehead.
Kuina gripped her sword in longing. 'This is the Haki of World Strongest Man!'
Blaize's black hair fluttered against the wind along with his White Marine cape. To a person of his level, the intimidation power of Haki of Supreme King is nothing but a grandstand.
Blaize grinned as his Conqueror's Haki burst out and openly collided against Whitebeard. Unlike Whitebeard's, his Haki is natural and dominating.
The clash of Supreme kings affected everything in the surroundings while crackling torrents of black and red energy rose to the sky and sealed the air.
The clash generated a massive shockwave that pushed and ravaged everything in the way. Just from the collision of willpower, a massive rift formed in the sky as if the heavens split.
"Such powerful Haki...It's no worse than Oyaji!" Commander of the 3rd Division, Diamond Jozu commented with his hands folded.
"The title 'Strongest Marine' befits him!" Marco voiced his thoughts.
The pirates onboard Moby Dick are amazed by Blaize's show of Haki as only a few could stand face to face against their father in the world. Though they heard of Blaize's name before, it's just that!
Just a few seconds into the clash, Blaize found Whitebeard's haki getting weaker as time passed. Aside from him, no one could notice it.
Looking at the towering man, the person he admires, Blaize felt pity. The Strongest man in the world isn't in his prime anymore. It would be a miracle if Whitebeard battled with fifty percent of his strength.
Thinking through, Blaize abruptly cut off his Conqueror's Haki.
Noticing this, Whitebeard muttered inwardly, 'Attaboy!' and smirked: "Gulalalaa. Brat, you are interesting! At least, you aren't like other Marines that I find sickening. But..."
Blaize didn't mind the other party calling him 'brat', as Whitebeard is of his Grandfather's generation. The sudden pause in the speech made him raise his eyebrows,
Pausing for a moment, Whitebeard's momentum underwent a drastic change. "Aren't you underestimating me a little bit?"
As his voice thundered, Whitebeard leaped high in the air and whirled his naginata over the head; black lightning flashed around the weapon, symbolizing the infusion of Haoshoku Haki.
Whitebeard swung his weapon down towards Blaize as his figure closed Marine Warship, with overwhelming strength and vigor.
Facing Whitebeard's attack, Blaize didn't dare underestimate it. He threw a punch of his own, imbuing his right arm with Haki of Conquerors.
"Boom!"
Their attacks didn't make contact, but a deafening blast resounded over the sky as a spherical red energy formed in the middle before blasting into a horrifying shockwave.
The shockwave didn't traverse sideway but surged straight into the sky scattering the clouds, as clear blue sky came into everyone's view.
Exchanging blows, Whitebeard led Blaize away from Gold Pearl Island which is the home of ordinary locals. Aware of the intention, Blaize pursued the former.
After a few minutes, both Blaize and Whitebeard stood at the mountain peak of an unknown Island that had no occupants.
Spreading his arms wide in a striking manner, Blaize looked at the giant of a man who was thrice as tall as him and uttered, "Whitebeard...
The Strongest man in the world...With your deteriorating health, can you bear that title, anymore?" His voice resonated around.
Whitebeard replied in a sneering tone. "You noticed them. Well... it doesn't matter. And, I haven't reached a state where brats like you can come and comment. I am Whitebeard!"
Roaring, Whitebeard dashed forward and attacked with his naginata while Blaize retaliated with a punch of his own.
"I wanted to fight you in your strongest state, Whitebeard. Let me test your limit since you are confident in your strength." Saying this, Blaize burst with full strength.
At that same moment, Marine Warship and Moby Dick followed the two and anchored their ship a little away from the Island as they know what the clash between such figures would do.
At that moment, the Pirates and Marines noticed the Marine beings swimming away from the island. From the distance, they also noticed the birds on the island fly away in panic.
"It's like that time...when we met Roger Pirates..." Marco spoke, thinking back to the past.
"Yeah. It was a wonderful time. We were young and wild back then, guarded by Oyaji from all sorts of trouble." Diamond Jozu chuckled.

The contact between Blaize and Whitebeard alarmed Marines and World Government alike. Ending the call with Five Elders, Sengoku roared at the Marine officers, Headquarters Captains, and Rear Admirals, standing before him.
"You guys can't even find what's happening there?"
Marine officials sweated unable to answer Sengoku. It's all because they couldn't reach the Den Den Mushi of Vice Admiral Blaize's warship.
"We informed Admiral Kizaru who was close to the Whitebeard territory. We will soon receive the update." A Rear Admiral briefed.
