Chapter 210: Dark Side

After seeing this message, Pierce knew that the rewards for this mission would definitely be very rich. They would be far from what the bloodline items could compare to. In that case, the danger would also be high.

Pierce fell into contemplation as he looked at the stone key in his hand. The surrounding undead army, Vivier, and Frost had already begun the remodeling of the city.

In the courtyard, the 30 elves had already set up a few tents to rest.

To rebuild the city, they had to first destroy this large area of buildings.

Loud explosions rang, and dust filled the city.

Pierce and the others stood aside and watched a group of undead soldiers moving the wreckage.

The only bad thing about this Tower Defense world was that some construction related things could not be directly generated. They had to rely on themselves to build.

If Pierce did not have an undead army, he would not have rashly destroyed the buildings. After all, he still had to carry the wreckage back and forth, so he would rather continue living in the default building than waste his time.

Looking at the bustling scene in the distance, he picked up the hot tea beside him and took a sip.

He suddenly had an idea. He could use this time to enter the dark side and take the reward.

He immediately summoned Frost, Vivier, and the Undead Archangel. Then he casually picked a city wall and pressed the stone with strange patterns on it.

The originally solid city wall was pressed down gently by the stone. Then Pierce saw the stone enter the wall.

Golden runes and patterns began to spread out with the stone key as the center, and a circular portal appeared.

The portal was dark green and looked very strange.

Pierce frowned and let the Undead Archangel walk in first before the three of them entered.

Just as he walked into the dark green portal, Pierce felt the scenery before him darken.

After entering the portal, Pierce looked around.

What was fascinating was that the scenery here was mainly black. It appeared desolate and cold.

Was this the dark side of this world??

Pierce looked around curiously. This colorless scene was rare in the real world.

The Undead Archangel, Vivier, and Frost stood in front of Pierce, ready for this dark battlefield.

However, Pierce was thinking of what he should do now. He looked at his surroundings and decided to familiarize himself with the surroundings and see if he could discover anything.

Pierce told the others his thoughts.

With the surge of divine power, the four of them had completely left the land.

It was far easier to observe this dark side from the sky than from land.

As the four of them flew higher and higher, their visibility increased.

With their strength, their vision was far beyond that of ordinary humans. With the support of divine power, they could easily see everything on the ground.

As the surrounding scenery flashed past their eyes, the few of them flew further and further away.

Starlight started to appear, indicating the time of night. There were even snowflakes falling from the sky, making for a very beautiful scene.

But Pierce felt a deep fear in this beauty.

According to the hint given by the system, this feeling must be the fear of this fairy tale world.

If he was not wrong, this world was all about horrifying fairy tales, so it was natural for there to be strange and grotesque things. For example, the snowflakes in the sky looked very abnormal. In fact, the cold feeling was not that strong.

The Frost Dragon was the most sensitive toward this, since her attribute was the frost element. Pierce, who had the Frost Dragon bloodline, could also feel it.

As the group flew further into the distance, they finally saw a withered forest not far away.

While they were flying, they had only seen a few withered trees. Furthermore, this forest was the first sign of life they saw in this desolate dark side.

However, all the leaves had withered and were even falling. But according to the Undead Archangel, there was definitely something here.

Pierce was very confident in the perception of the Undead Archangel. After all, the current Undead Archangel was already a demigod, so its perception was definitely the most outstanding in the team.

Everyone slowly flew through the forest!

Pierce’s eyes suddenly lit up as he flew, as if he had seen something worth celebrating. And that was the truth.

In the middle of the forest was a clearing filled with wooden buildings. One could even vaguely see the flickering of flames. This should be a town of this dark side.
