Cole knew how dangerous [Wrath Drive] could be, especially to himself, so he really could not keep it active for too long. He could only use it to cause as much damage as he could before having to deactivate it and use it normally. And this was just the only chance at clarity that he got, before he stepped out of the shadows, his [Fade] skill getting deactivated as Black Malakai slid into the throat of the bandit that was aiming his rifle from the top the town's precinct.
Unfortunately there were two of them on top of the building, but Cole was well aware as he grabbed a hold of the second Rifle pointed in his direction and raised it into the air just as the Bandit fired off a shot. Cole stabbed his blade into the woman's gut and dragged it upwards to her throat and in between her breast as her insides spilled out.
Her screams were drowned out by the shot from her rifle, Cole let the barrel go quickly as heat had built up from it. The woman fell back, over the edge of the roof of the precinct as she fell to the street with a splat, the rest of her organs falling out and painting the ground with it. Cole used [Camouflage] a less energy intensive skill from his clothes/armor and blended in to the sign on top of the building, then he shifted his gaze back to the street.
There was a clamor being raised, no one had seen Cole or how he had killed the woman, and the fact that he had vanished just as quickly had people being worried. A man stood at the entrance of a saloon, of which there were actually two in the entire town, he barked out a few orders as Cole noticed the scar on his face and the ogre behind him.
There was no need to stand on ceremony as he replaced the bullets in his rifle with the Exploding fire tipped bullets he had bought. He leveled the gun in his direction and used energy manipulation to pour a bit into the gun, building up power as he looked through the sights and counted to three seconds, waiting for just the right time when his attention was shifted, and funny enough right in the direction of where Cole was.
He couldn't see the death above him, and Cole had made sure he was not against the sun, but rather the sun was behind him, helping give a little bit more obscuring to his form. [Eagle Sight] [Spiral Shot] there was a flash of fire from the muzzle of the gun as the bullet tore through the distance then tore through his target's skull.
The man's body was thrown back into his ogre pet/person, but that really wasn't the end of it either as the bullet had still gone through him to dig itself into the massive barrel chest of the ogre. What came next was like fireworks, or maybe not as the ensuing explosion splattered chunks of flesh all over the entrance of the saloon. It seems those bullets worked like a charm.
But now everyone knew where Cole was, and they opened fire post haste. [Shadow Dance] dropped him from the roof, to the couple of bandits who were gathered on the porch of the precinct. Cole's appearance shocked them as he slammed the butt of his gun into the jaw of one, spinning him right in the direction of his own partner's gun. He sent a super kick to the jaw of the man behind him, dazing him just as a shot rang out behind him and the first bandit he attacked dropped with a hole in his head.
Cole pulled the trigger and his rifle spat fire, blasting the bandit responsible for the friendly fire situation backwards and with a massive explosive hole in his chest. He let his rifle hang over his body as he jumped into a shadow behind a window, his left arm leaving behind a [Chaos Blast] as he showed up on the opposite side of the street, right over the entrance of the saloon as the skill went off.
[Boom!]
He rest of the bandits on the porch were blasted apart and away as the doors and the windows to the precinct were ruined terribly and massive hole was left on the side of the building. Cole turned around, ducking under a wild swing as his danger senses were overwhelming him. Plus [Sin Seeking Eyes] had warned him ahead of time, giving him a little premonition of the hit that was coming.
But even if he dodged the clotheslines, there wasn't anything he could do for the massive hairy foot that smashed into his sternum, breaking a lot of his ribs, as he was blasted across the street, right back to the precinct he had blown up, through the walls, and right into the bodies of three other bandits. Cole felt pain, and it was what deactivated [Wrath Drive].
But even with that sill deactivated, Cole had bonuses that were active and improving his abilities the longer he fought against the odds. But right now he really couldn't focus on those bonuses… his chest and insides were on fire as he coughed out a mouthful of blood, his internal organs following right behind it as it slowly became difficult to breathe.
[Sin Reaper] [Sin Eater]
He used both sill simultaneously on two of the bandits laying right beside him. The one on the left got the reaping as his vitality was sapped completely, the one the right had his energy drained, and all the while Cole could feel [Demonic Constitution] hurrying to heal the damage that had been caused to him. The third bandit was thankfully passed out, and he just needed to be in contact for at least another 5 seconds before he would have fully drained this two and taken them out of the equation; but nothing ever goes the way you plan it.
*Bang!*
It didn't matter how much power you had, or how good you armor was, a blunderbuss at point blank range was more than enough to end you and whatever heroics or badassery you had going on. Cole's body crashed to the ground, more than half his head missing as the bandit who had slain him raised his gun into the air in victory, happy that he had ended this wannabe Bass Reeves…. Except of course all he had done was gotten and quickly reviving Cole angry as his body disappeared from the floor and reconstituted itself with the Cradle, Back at the Camp.

Cole growled out in annoyance as he marched out of the facility and went right up to the bulletin board, the moment he got close enough to it, there was a loud notification, a sound that was heard by more than just Cole himself. The notification for a bounty being completed spread across the camp as Cole submitted the first bounty completed.

Cole didn't stand on ceremony, for one he never thought that it would be possible for him to deal with all the bandits and robbers in that town without losing a life or two. He was just really angry that had been killed without seeing the person who did it, only that blunderbuss in his face.
But no matter, since he could recognized the gun it pretty much meant that it would be way easier to locate the fucker and kill him. Besides this particular conflict was not yet over, and there were still too many bonuses to be had. Cole had to kill fifty people to get 25 points of stats, the onus give to him by his Mass Murderer title. This was just as good a time as any to fight a large number of enemies.
Plus the more enemies he fought the bonus to his stats, and that was his Rambo the Commando title bonus, and the stat gains would not reduce until the entire fight was over, which mean until the last enemy is dead even when they had been killed, he would still have the bonus. He would go back and slay them all like some avenging angel, but for now….. He had to refine his race, there was nothing wrong with more power.

This was longer than the last time it happened, but that wasn't enough time for the idiots who were sitting around with their thumb up their asses doing nothing. He would be right back, but with this little respite it would be nice to check up on his grandmother and Tehilla…. They should be at their destination right now.
