Chapter 455 455: A New Kind Of Monster
The sound of metal creaking and changing was heard as all across the field in front of him, the 20 eggs began to wobble and shake. But while that was going on, Cole was using a very dreaded skill. [Summon Deraka] and the Eldritch Chaos Wolf was not too happy to answer.
"Sounds interesting, but don't summon for something like this again, just use this." Deraka's voice sounded out in Cole's head, but as soon as he had finished speaking there was a sharp lance of pain that surged through Cole's head. It was powerful and painful enough that he crashed to the ground just to absorb the knowledge that he had just been given.
From then on it was as simple as sending a piece of Deraka, just a piece really….. to do it at once to a hundred people, using his body as a conduit was very painful, enough that he sustained severe damage to the point that spat out blood as the essence of Deraka did not just land snugly taking root in the energy stream of the wolves, but also. Flowing through the stone disks that they had been given to infuse their eggs.
The original silvery white eggs all let out a hum as they quickly changed into a shade of black, before transforming into 7 foot tall giant wolves. The Animechs were fierce and very much alive, but this was like a mounted, animal like form it wad very different from what Cole expected. The Animechs were fully alive, not the living machines that the Craftsman guild has been making but a full blown being with thoughts and ambitions and a whole lot of chaos to go with it.
Cole could hear them, all of them. It was like listening to children talking, all of them excited none the less about their new lives, Wolf like, dog like, their mannerism were something that Cole understood but beyond that he realized that each Wolf would have to find time to bond with their Animechs and train them, very much like one would train a real dog.
"Sit!"
Cole's voice rang out across the minds of the wolves, they connected to Cole through their bonds with their new masters. Of course Animechs could still be used by someone else, in some battles a pilot might lose his life but the Mech could still be salvageable. Never the less 100 mechanical wolves just about the same size as Morgan's Mechanism Direwolf Form, which was how the second floor had interpreted the form of his space ship.
All of the wolves say, their tails straight as the listened to the command of the alpha. The true master of this pack, unbidden the rest of the army and the company watched on in awe, it was a terrifying sight.
"Transform!"
Anyone who had ever seen the old transformer movies would have an idea of how awesome the sight of seven foot wolves shifting their bodies as clanks and clangs were heard, gears grinding as sparks raised up from their bodies as they all turned into 20 foot versions of their wolfish self. Of course this version had the same swirls and tattoos reflected on the body of the Raen they were bonded to, each tattoo was unique and the colors were different.
It made the entire company have a send of individuality too. But they were far from done as their rose up on their hind legs, developing pectorals and five claws fingers. Their body's shifted into 25 foot tall humanoid mechanical wolves, covered in some sort of black cloak and hood with a variety of different weapons unique to each Wolf hanging on their backs.
With this, without a doubt. [The Company Of The Wolf] is complete. From here on out Cole knew that he was next on the line to birth his own Animech, and truly just as Peronico had advices, he would be making a few modifications of his own.

[Use All Materials To Awaken Animechs?]
Cole had just emptied out his inventory. Of course he doubted if this was the way the [Alchemical Evolution Stone] was intended to be used, but all of this had gotten useless to him. He had thought he needed to reach the Titanium rank before he would be unable to use prisms, but getting his stats to the diamond rank, which frankly speaking was weird how quiet it wad being.
But ultimately these were all useless to him right now. But if he could create a powerful tool, Animech or armor from all of this. And with the ability to grow stronger, he would be making another advantage to his strength and right now he would happily sacrifice this all for that strength. It was just unfortunate that he couldn't add in the diamond prism he had left, but the stone could only combine things gold rank and below, any more would just be ridiculously overpowered.
Cole agreed and lightning struck down from the heavens, bright and powerful enough that Cole was almost thrown off his feet. A shockwave was released as a beam of reddish black light surged up from the egg as it turned pitch black, then shifted it shade to seek almost dark midnight blue. New tattoos burned themselves over Cole's chest as he cried out in pain, while those tattoos were equally etched onto the egg.
Lightning struck again, the ground shaking from the sheer force of it, as Cole took a couple of steps back. The egg rippled a few times as light began to waft of it, it was so much brighter that Cole had to shade his eyes as he watched with the rest of the world, the birth of a new kind of weapon.....a new kind of monster.
