Chapter 343 – A Tragedy Caused by An Accidental Kiss (Finale)
Mo Yanxi looked at her brother and asked, “Big Brother, is An Baobei still in character? I’m confused!”
Ye Yanchen sounded annoyed as he answered, “I don’t know. He’s abnormal anyway. He’s not a good guy!”
An Yichen got angry at this. “Ye Yanchen, you’re the bad guy! Weren’t you the one who took Xiaoliu inside with you? You guys are here watching television while I was left all alone outside. I don’t believe Xiaoliu would do something like that!”
Mo Yanxi then said, “Baobei, I was the one who dragged Big Brother inside! He even said I was childish!”
Though surprised that it was Mo Yanxi’s idea, An Yichen insisted, “Well, I want to challenge Ye Yanchen!”
“Come on then! I’m not afraid of you!”
An Yichen stared at Ye Yanchen angrily, “Ye Yanchen, I won’t go easy on you!”
He then ran and pounced on Ye Yanchen!
However, he tripped and fell onto Ye Yanchen instead.
The both of them fell onto the sofa and kissed each other on the lips by accident.
This stunned Mo Yanxi!
Ye Yanchen froze while An Yichen tried to get up.
Mo Suqing and Leng Xiyao happened to walk in at this moment and they witnessed An Yichen sitting on Ye Yanchen.
Mo Suqing was rather confused at the sight, while Leng Xiyao asked, “What are you guys doing?”
This shocked An Yichen and he slipped and fell onto Ye Yanchen again, causing their lips to hit a second time.
Why did this have to happen twice?! Ye Yanchen couldn’t believe his luck.
Mo Suqing and Leng Xiyao rushed up to pull them apart.
Mo Suqing then said, “Er… I’m feeling a little unwell today. I’ll bring the kids back. We’ll visit again next time!”
Leng Xiyao laughed. “Sure! Go back then! I won’t walk you out!”
She then led An Yichen upstairs while Mo Suqing led the other two kids out.
After this, there seemed to be an air of awkwardness whenever Ye Yanchen and An Yichen met.
Both Mo Suqing and Leng Xiyao had probably wanted to keep this matter a secret, but Mo Suqing did not expect for Mo Yanxi to spill the beans when they got home.
When Mo Suqing saw Ye Zhongjue sitting in the living room, she realized she had forgotten that he was supposed to pick them up.
Ye Zhongjue was surprised to see her back so soon. “You’re back so early! Why didn’t you call me?”
Mo Suqing wanted to tell him only after the kids went upstairs, but Mo Yanxi answered immediately.
“Big Brother and An Baobei kissed. Mummy got a shock and brought us back!”
Mo Suqing facepalmed. My dear daughter, what’s going on with you today!
Instantly embarrassed, Ye Yanchen dashed upstairs!
On the other hand, Mo Yanxi looked extremely happy about what happened.
Ye Zhongjue then asked, “What’s going on?”
“I have no idea. Yao and I saw them kissing when we walked in, so we pulled them apart and I brought A’jiu and Xiaoliu back immediately. I was so preoccupied with getting out that I forgot to give you a call!”
Ye Zhongjue laughed. “How could it be that serious?”
“It is!” Mo Suqing then walked over and took a seat beside him.

Ming Jinhua took care of Mo Suqing’s youngest son after she gave birth, and the couple was able to go on holiday in Europe with their twins.
They travelled to a place called Fantasy Island. It was a place where one could witness beautiful scenery.
The island was actually owned by Ye Zhongjue, and Mo Suqing fell in love with it the very first time she visited, which was also why they wanted to take their kids there.
Ye Yanchen and Mo Yanxi were both seven by now, and they were in Grade 2.
Ye Yanchen was a fast learner and he was already at the level of a middle schooler. He had almost learnt everything that was required in the high school curriculum as well.
However, Mo Suqing was of the opinion that it was better for him not to skip any grades because she wanted him to enjoy his childhood. To this, Ye Zhongjue had agreed.
Leng Xiyao happened to call Mo Suqing when they arrived on the island.
“Suqing, where are you now?”
“I’m on Fantasy Island. I promised to take the twins here!”
“Why didn’t you invite me! I want to visit the island too!”
“Sure!”
Actually, she hadn’t forgotten about the time that the two boys kissed accidentally. Two years had already passed, but according to Mo Yanxi, Ye Yanchen and An Yichen hadn’t spoken much since then.
Mo Suqing couldn’t help but wonder if she had overreacted at the time.
“Yao, how about you take Baobei along? The scenery on Fantasy Island is great!”
“Okay, wait for me. I’ll be there soon!”
Leng Xiyao arrived the very next day.
The twins were playing in the sand when they heard an airplane fly overhead. Looking up, they saw a private jet with the Leng family’s insignia.
Ye Yanchen stiffened upon seeing the plane.
Mo Yanxi found it weird that Mo Suqing would actually invite Leng Xiyao on the trip when she seemed totally fine with Ye Yanchen avoiding An Yichen for the past two years.
An Yichen was the first to alight from the plane, with Leng Xiyao and Leng Haoyun following closely behind him.
An Yichen had grown a lot in the past two years, and he looked more and more dashing.
Ye Yanchen had also grown into a charming young man.
Though two years had already passed, there was still a slight hint of enmity between the two.
Ye Yanchen was the top of his class, while An Yichen was brilliant in mathematics and music.
Ye Yanchen had also clinched first place in sports. The two of them seemed to have never stopped competing with each other.
Mo Suqing greeted them enthusiastically when she saw the Leng family.
“Baobei looks more and more like a little prince!”
Leng Xiyao said, “Stop singing praises of him. He’s going to get too conceited. Look at A’jiu and how mature he is. I very much prefer kids like him!”
An Yichen looked at Leng Xiyao and said, “You can always give birth to another one, I won’t mind it!”
Everyone laughed at this.
An Yichen then went over to play in the sand, but he and Ye Yanchen continued ignoring each other.
Ye Yanchen asked Mo Yanxi to join him as he walked on the beach barefoot, but Mo Yanxi rejected his invitation and said, “Big Brother, you play on your own first. I’m building a castle with Baobei!”
“That’s for little kids!”
An Yichen retorted, “Aren’t you a kid too? You’re only seven. Others might call you a genius because you’re smart, but you’re no adult!”
Ye Yanchen was at a loss for words.
He looked at the two of them and decided to go back to their villa instead.
He felt upset, but he didn’t know why he felt that way.
He then decided to take a nap. It was already evening by the time Mo Suqing woke him up.
The others were having a seaside barbecue right now, and it seemed as if An Yichen and Mo Yanxi were enjoying their dinner.
For some reason, Ye Yanchen was annoyed every time he heard An Yichen’s name.
But he was starving, and there was no way he would let himself go without dinner.
He went out to see everyone outside enjoying themselves.
Mo Yanxi and An Yichen seemed to be having the time of their lives as they ate.
Ye Yanchen still couldn’t understand why he felt upset when he heard their laughter. I wonder what’s wrong with me.
Mo Yanxi passed some food to him when he arrived and said, “Daddy made this. It’s very good!”
Wow, it’s yummy! Ye Yanchen marvelled to himself.
He wanted to ignore An Yichen at first, but when he saw An Yichen, warmth seemed to bloom in his heart. For some reason, An Yichen’s smile seemed to bring him satisfaction.
Mo Suqing and Leng Xiyao started singing a while later, and the kids joined them in their revelry.
Though they were no choir, the joy in their voices were apparent...
