Bella let out a long sigh of relief and returned to the resting area of the villa. The villa’s perimeter was guarded by the Manasvir Empire’s Royal Secret Guards, who had become the Demon King’s “minions” and “lackeys”. The ones stationed inside were female demons. Bella’s safety could be completely ignored, but these guards were there to hold up her prestige as a Demon King. It would be too shameful if there was not even a single guard at the Demon King’s residence.
The demons did not interfere with the Demon King’s private life, so there were no demons stationed in private areas, such as the bedroom or the bathroom. These places all belonged to the New Demon Kings’ sphere of influence, so the Old Demon Kings wouldn’t send people to infiltrate.
The relationship between both sides was in a relatively balanced state. Before Bella found the Twelve Demon Kings on this side, she didn’t want to have any head-on conflict with the Old Demon King forces either.
