It was the present and future that was important.
Song Tingshen raised his head to look at her. His eyes were full of smiles. “Then I’ll thank you in advance.”
Ruan Xia had been concerned about the plot to begin with. Due to Song Tingshen saying plenty of things along that line today, she determined that Song Corporation really was going bankrupt just like in the novel’s plot. Fortunately, she had prepared for the worst from the start, so she wasn’t too upset now.
She was more worried about Song Tingshen’s mental state than losing her current quality of life. He was actually very proud. Could he really accept his company going bankrupt? He seemed fine right now, but she didn’t know if his smiles were real. Was his relaxed posture real?
The only thing she could do was stand by his side to support him no matter how bad their situation became. She would even rush in front of him to protect him if needed.
